(Translated by Google) This hospital does not treat patients in any respectful way. In addition to long waiting times, employees are unempathetic, unfriendly and let people who are in an exceptional situation feel their position of power. No warmth or humanity. What kind of tour does that have to be?

You should be ashamed of yourself. I went to the emergency room earlier because my 7-year-old son had severe ear pain. We were in the waiting area for 3 hours and there was no sign of a doctor who would take care of a child and at least examine it. After several questions to the nurse about the waiting time, I received no answer as to how long it would be before I, as a father, made the decision to leave this dubious and inhumane “hospital” immediately, as no support would have come anyway. With this in mind, I would like to express myself in a friendly way and at least give you the opportunity to let this situation pass through your conscience and to be genuinely ashamed of your behavior. Health policy has now fallen very low in Germany and thank God my case was nothing serious otherwise worse events could have been expected. Just be ashamed of yourself, even this 1 star is too high for your performance.

We have been here more than once and it has always been the worst thing I have ever done, no one to consider you, rude answers, we had to wait more than 3 hours just for a 10 minute check!!! I don't care if you're busy, it's not my problem, talk to the state about adding more nurses. I want my son to be well looked after!! Never again in this horror hospital!!

I am from India and new to Rhein Kreis Neuss region. When my wife was pregnant, we had to decide a hospital for the delivery of my daughter. We saw 3 hospitals within 12 kms radius and finalized Lukaskrankenhaus with a strong gut feeling after the initial Gerburtsführung. The doctors and nurses working in the Kreißsal and Kind Station are doing great job under the leadership of Mr. Garcia. They have great knowledge on the pregnancy and child care. The deliver process was great. Special thanks to the Hebamme Lena Benning & Doctor Judi who had tons of patience and made us happy with the delivery of my child. There is only one improvement area that I can tell. It would have been nice to arrange a room for all the husbands where they can rest for a while and get back to room when needed. Thanks a lot once again for the great service !! I recommend this hospital for the very safe baby delivery. Cheers !!

Absolutely negligent! After waiting 6 hours we were sent home. Emergency appendix surgery was then carried out in Cologne. You should be sued. And that doctor in the emergency room was so unfriendly and incompetent. Disgusting

October 27, 2019 Cardiology, stay 5 days, best treatment on all levels. Staff very friendly and attentive; Doctors take their time; The bedside staff who bring the patients to the examinations inform the patient every step of the way and the kitchen is top notch. Mind you, I am a statutory health insurance patient. November 18, 2020 Surgery, stay 2 days, experiences see above. I am completely satisfied here and would put my trust in the entire house again at any time if necessary. This is how hospitals work! March 6th, 2024 ENT inpatient stay 4 days, my overall impression has not changed. From the doctor to the nice ladies who bring the food, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. As always, I had a very good time here.

They let my grandfather die inhumanely. My grandfather went to the hospital three weeks ago in the evening because he was suffering from shortness of breath. It quickly became clear that he would not survive this. In the 9 hours in which he died, not once was a doctor there to check whether he could be relieved of the pain and freed from fear. The entire family was present, otherwise a nurse probably wouldn't have come and checked on him as he was dying. In the moments when a family member looked for a carer to get help, they were found drinking coffee in the lounge. When my grandfather made it through terrible suffering and they were looking for a doctor to report this, people shouted through the lounge: "There's someone dead, that's yours!" Conclusion: Never this hospital again! It no longer deserves the good reputation it had back then!

Should be good if you are local. Not really friendly to foreigners and they through you got Corona even you’ve been tested. By emergency case you still need to fill in forms first. The employees prefer you not to stay at hospital and will try hard to kick you out anyway. Try if you think you’re hard to die or you prefer to wait a long time for a doctor. Good luck!! But anyway doctors are good.

My wife gave birth to 2 children here via cesarean section. Both operations went great and we had a great team around us the whole time. The midwives were always in a good mood. Our first child was in K11 and K12 and everything was great too. And at that point it was very crowded there. Many thanks again to all employees. K12 even remembered us after 4 years.

My husband has often been a patient in this house and we have always been very satisfied. But I can't understand what has been happening to me with the endoscopy for almost 14 days. My husband died on Saturday in another hospital and I've been trying to cancel two endoscopy appointments for almost 14 days. This morning it was the same as usual for me again. Either no one answers the phone or you are immediately thrown off the line or "The subscriber does not wish to accept any calls at this time. Please try again later." If I didn't care about freeing up appointments for another patient, I would simply stop getting in touch and let the appointments slip by.

Hospital is getting older, but the people working there are making the best out of it, and it counts (kudos for C2 and C3 team). Communication could be better though, in particular when it comes to actual doctors working here.

Horrible service. Waited 4 hours and NO attendance. Public healthcare in Germany is a total joke!!!

Literally the worst service ever. Came here with my friend who broke her finger. Two doctors shouted at us at 1am because we didn’t know where to go for the X-ray (we have literally never been in Düsseldorf before ever nor speak fluent German). Felt so belittled and talked down to. Worst service in healthcare I have ever ever received.

Giving birth in the hospital was a positive experience. The medical staff was caring and knowledgeable, and the facilities were clean and well-equipped. The support throughout the process helped ensure the birth was safe and positive. Definitely recommend giving birth here.

Surgery and stay C5 From admission to stay to discharge, I can only report positive things. Everyone (reception, nurses, Dr. Schwarz and also the anesthesiologist) were very friendly, helpful and calm. I would like to thank you for your care and very nice support!

(Translated by Google) My baby (9 months) was half-heartedly examined at night by a doctor at the clinic (no pediatrician on emergency duty) (without taking a blood sample), because "fever is not that bad and completely normal" (up to 41 ° C) and a few too Can last for days. Then drove the day to another hospital with a referral from the pediatrician and my child was admitted and treated for sepsis. Unfortunately we have had bad experiences here on several occasions. Absolutely not to be recommended unfortunately.

Also falls du das liest! Danke! Danke! Danke! ❤️

I went to the emergency room with my 80-year-old father today because he was complaining of severe arm pain. The process was relatively quick, but the young assistant doctor (hello Adrian!) was very snobby and would have preferred not to listen to us at all. My father asked him several times for pain medication but didn't get it. Instead, a prescription to pick up such a remedy from a pharmacy. Problem: it was a Saturday afternoon, so only the emergency pharmacies were open (and of course not the ones directly at the hospital!). Luckily we have a car to reach one of these pharmacies. What do people actually do who don't have this opportunity? After several positions in the German health system over the last few years with my father, I can only say one thing - it's a shame what it has degenerated into! This widespread arrogance and ignorance among doctors, nurses, administrators, it's just unbelievable! Anyone who gets sick in Germany gets even sicker.

We went to St. Luke's Hospital to present our 26-day-old child to the children's emergency room because he had blood in his stool. I didn't even get around to describing this because we were told, rather unkindly, as we found, that we should come back because no one could be accepted at the moment due to a change in practice. We then said we would go to another hospital, which we did. We received a very friendly welcome there and were ultimately admitted as inpatients. I would no longer go to Lukas Hospital in the future!

Very nice staff, from the emergency room to the ward. I felt very well looked after, the doctors were extremely friendly and really wanted to do their best. The nurses were also very accommodating! Many thanks to the staff at station M4A. I also received good treatment and nothing was left out during the examinations.
