I enjoyed myself as a total new beginner in the matter of ski. Of course, I will not compared to a glacier modeled on mountains but i had plenty of time to practice my turns, pizza-slices, and break... The blackweek ticket allowed to enjoyed 4 hours instead 2 hours for 29 euros. The staff was friendly. The food and drink at the restaurant were expensive.

Had a great time skiing here. It does get quite cold so do not underestimate the need for warm clothes. Free lockers for people going to the snow slope. Very friendly staff.

One star because there is no negative. Even if they pay me I won't go there again. Rental skis and boots in the worse possible condition. I had to change them two times for them to fit ( if we can call that fit ). One type of skis no matter your skiing ability. All skis are for beginners. The ski slope? Full of ice in the middle and full of heavy snow on the sides, in conjunction with the lame skis and boots, is a dangerous place to ski. They have a snow plow parked on the side but they don't use it to try to fix the slope runs. A total disappointment. I left after 45 minutes, although I paid for 2,5 hours and I will never step foot there again. Maybe it's just for kids to learn.

Just one slope but good that it’s near the city.m, can still get a bit of fun without driving hours. Friendly staff and good service.

All year round must see ski area. This huge refrigerated ski slope with pro shop. Bunny slope t-bar and chair lift. Free to check out. Hotel deals to be had in the off season.

To rent the ski, one should be here at least 2 hours in advance same as the international airport. Too slow service speed?! 😓😥 Other than the waiting time, it is a very nice place! 👍😉

Staff is very understanding and always try to accomodate the customer. Slope is not big but in good condition. Just a nice place to spend a couple of hours skiing.

The online ticket die not work for a while. Therefore I paid the parking fee after I got the park ticket. It will nice if there will be more explanation about the online payment, to avoid any confusion. Otherwise the place is good.

Very nice place to visit with the whole family. Many exciting activities for the kids, places to sit and eat or drink a beer/coffee. Personnel quite kind and the "skihalle" unique.

It by far won't compete with real mountains but is definitely a nice thing to do from time to time if you live in the surroundings. Good idea for incentives, workshops, they offer so many activities especially for groups besides the slope. Friendly staff all over and a very nice hotel. You can rent everything you need for the cold on site, except gloves, but you can buy some for 10€ that will do the trick for a few hours. Food served till late (about 10pm) in a alpine style restaurant. Plenty of parking spaces.

Great day with the kids. Clean, well organised, and on our visit it wasn’t too busy. Only 4 stars as it is an expensive day out. Food Schnitzel was ok - Kaiserschmarren was very good

Nice hall overall. - You can choose form 2 different lifts, whereby one will stop just a few yards before/below the very top of the hill - Pretty easy to get On/Off the lifts, independent of your level of proficiency - Your time (ticket) will start running as soon as you enter the hall thru the gate, The gate tells you the exact time you entered. Time will not stop or pause if you wanna take a break and leave the hall to go outside or something. It'll keep running. So, if you have a 4HR pass, and decided to take a (for example 30 min) break after 2HR, you would have 90 min left on the clock. - Depending on your level of proficiency, going downhill may seem kinda short or quick (300M long) - Nice staff - Equipment in good shape - Lockers very easy to use. No extra coins needed. - Wintersports shop a/v - etc.

Great experience, friendly staff and it was a pretty clear slope today so no queues anywhere. Plenty of parking too.

Always great, staff are very friendly, very family friendly, i have taken a skiing course here, and went skiing again a week later, the climbing garden is also super for adults and kids alike, fun football and mini golf are also great, they have restaurants outside and in, some with Buffet some without, they even have some good vegetarian options like a Linsen Bolognese, and not just Salat, check them out.

Fun place for adults and kids. It is located in Neuss.10 min driving feom Center. Hotel Fire and Ice has ski lift and there is also two ski halle one big for adults and one for kids. Hotel is located in nice place, and has about 80 rooms. There is also garden for mini golf, kinder garden, beer garden and a lot of things for adults and kids. Inside of hotel is disco and there is always party in weekends. Hotel has few restaurants, and small shop with ski equipment.
