I
was
very
disappointed
with
the
clinic.
More
from
the
Sophia
station.
I
was
there
about
10
years
ago
and
then
last
summer.
It
has
really
deteriorated
for
the
worse
and
not
because
of
Corona.
But
from
the
employees.
I
didn't
feel
like
a
patient
then.
The
following
points
bothered
me:
-
despite
Corona:
no
consideration
for
distance.
If
you
said
something
to
the
nurses,
it
wasn't
their
problem.
-
Despite
Corona
with
3
patients
in
the
room,
which
are
designed
for
2
people.
Especially
if
you
have
anxiety,
a
3
person
is
a
no-go
-
the
lounges
were
more
like
party
rooms
for
loud
music
and
gamblers
(you
can
apparently
bring
the
PlayStation
with
you
and
gamble
for
hours)
than
the
real
purpose
of
a
lounge.
One
had
the
feeling
of
disturbing
the
other
"allegedly"
sick
patients.
Even
if
you
just
wanted
to
get
a
cup
of
coffee,
you
got
angry
looks
that
you
were
annoying.
The
carers
seem
overwhelmed
to
intervene
or
to
create
a
little
order.
It
is
more
like
a
special
school
than
a
clinic.
-
I
found
the
conversations
with
the
therapist
really
bad.
(I
had
a
wife
Dercz
or
something).
But
other
patients
also
had
the
same
problem.
Every
10
minutes
and
every
time.
Really
in
every
conversation
the
phone
or
cell
phone
rang.
And
it
works.
So
the
phone
call
is
more
important
than
the
patient
who
is
sitting
there
with
his
problems
and
depression.
And
it
wasn't
just
two
seconds
of
talks,
but
five
minutes.
In
the
end,
I
knew
what
problems
the
patient
had
on
the
phone.
Privacy?
Nothing.
When
you're
in
a
conversation,
you
redirect
the
calls.
That
can
be
done
in
2021.
This
also
applies
to
primary
caregivers.
I
was
a
disruptive
factor
for
the
therapist.
-
The
occupational
therapist
has
no
patience.
She
is
easily
irritated.
Sure,
if
everyone
arrives
late
every
2
minutes.
But
she
learned
the
profession
and
you
have
problems
as
a
patient.
I
am
a
person
who
loves
punctuality.
As
a
patient,
it
often
annoyed
me
that
everyone
came
when
they
wanted.
-
Music
therapy
was
awesome.
I
don’t
like
music.
Radio
at
work,
in
the
car,
while
studying
doesn't
work
at
all.
Music
only
fits
in
my
life
in
the
garden
but
not
in
places
where
you
have
to
concentrate.
So
I
often
have
an
aversion
to
music.
But
the
therapy
is
awesome.
-
Cleanliness
on
the
ward.
Equal
to
0
(in
words
zero).
Nobody
clears
their
place,
although
there
was
a
task
schedule
for
patients.
Hardly
anyone
put
their
dishes
away
and
there
were
a
few
who
did
the
work.
Because
some
are
lazy.
-
Rules:
rules
are
there
to
be
observed.
Despite
lockdown
and
the
request
not
to
meet
friends
or
relatives
(there
was
a
list
with
the
nurses),
only
a
few
adhered
to
it.
Since
there
was
hardly
any
therapy,
many
actually
went
shopping
or
took
a
walk
into
town.
With
all
my
heart
I
cannot
recommend
this
station
to
Sophia.
Make
an
effort
and
look
for
better
clinics
like
in
Munich,
Mannheim,
Warstein,
Stuttgart.
Everything
further
away!
But
it's
about
health
and
I'd
rather
drive
400km
away
than
the
Düsseldorf
area.
I
will
avoid
everything
in
the
Neuss
and
Duisburg
area
in
the
future.
I
wasn't
a
patient,
not
a
person,
I
was
dirt.
I
went
in
broken,
came
out
more
disturbed
and
destroyed.
(Original)
Ich
war
sehr
enttäuscht
von
der
Klinik.
Eher
von
der
Station
Sophia.
Ich
war
da
vor
etwa
10
Jahren
und
dann
letzten
Sommer.
Es
hat
sich
richtig
zum
Negativen
verschlechtert
und
das
nicht
wegen
Corona.
Sondern
von
den
Mitarbeiterinnen/Mitarbeiter.
Da
fühlte
ich
mich
nicht
als
Patient.
Folgende
Punkte
habe
mich
gestört:
-
trotz
Corona:
Keine
Rücksicht
auf
Abstand.
Wenn
man
den
Pflegern
etwas
gesagt
hat,
war
das
nicht
deren
Problem.
-
Trotz
Corona
mit
3
Patienten
im
Zimmer,
die
für
2
Personen
ausgelegt
sind.
Vor
allem
wenn
man
Angstzuständen
hat,
ist
eine
3
Person
dazu
ein
No-Go
-
die
Aufenthaltsräume
waren
eher
Party-Räume
für
laute
Musik
und
Zocker
(man
darf
ja
scheinbar
die
PlayStation
mitbringen
und
stdlang
zocken)
als
der
eigentliche
Sinn
eines
Aufenthaltsraums.
Man
hatte
das
Gefühl
die
anderen
„angeblich“
kranke
Patienten
zu
stören.
Selbst
wenn
man
nur
eine
Tasse
Kaffee
holen
wollte,
bekam
man
böse
Blicke
zugeworfen,
dass
man
stört.
Die
Pfleger
sind
scheinbar
überfordert,
man
einzugreifen
oder
ein
wenig
Ordnung
zu
schaffen.
Es
gleicht
eher
einer
Sonderschule
als
eine
Klinik.
-
Gaaaaaanz
schlimm
fand
ich
die
Gespräche
mit
der
Therapeutin.
(Ich
hatte
eine
Frau
Dercz
oder
so).
Aber
auch
anderen
Patienten
hatten
das
gleiche
Problem.
Alle
10
Minuten
und
das
jedes
Mal.
Wirklich
in
jedem
Gespräch
klingelte
das
Telefon
oder
Handy.
Und
die
geht
ran.
Somit
ist
das
Telefongespräch
wichtiger
als
der
Patient,
der
da
sitzt
mit
seine
Probleme
und
Depressionen.
Und
es
waren
keine
2
Sekundengespräche,
sondern
locker
5
Minuten.
Am
Ende
wusste
ich,
was
der
Patient
am
Telefon
für
Probleme
hatte.
Privatsphäre?
Fehlanzeige.
Wenn
man
in
einem
Gespräch
ist,
leitet
man
die
Anrufe
um.
Das
ist
machbar
im
Jahr
2021.
Das
gilt
auch
für
Bezugspfleger.
Ich
war
für
die
Therapeutin
ein
Störfaktor.
-
Die
Ergotherpeutin
hat
keine
Geduld.
Sie
ist
schnell
gereizt.
Klar,
wenn
jeder
unpünktlich
ankommt
in
Abstände
von
2
Minuten.
Aber
sie
hat
den
Beruf
erlernt
und
man
hat
halt
als
Patienten
Probleme.
Ich
bin
ein
pünktlichkeitsliebender
Mensch.
Das
hat
mich
selber
als
Patient
oft
genervt,
dass
jeder
kam,
wann
er
wollte.
-
Musiktherapie
war
der
Hammer.
Ich
mag
keine
Musik.
Radio
am
Arbeitsplatz,
im
Auto,
beim
Lernen
geht
gar
nicht.
Musik
passt
nur
in
meinem
Leben
in
Garten
aber
nicht
an
Orten,
wo
man
sich
konzentrieren
muss.
Daher
habe
ich
oft
eine
Aversion
gegen
Musik.
Aber
die
Therapie
ist
der
Hammer.
-
Sauberkeit
auf
der
Station.
Gleich
0
(in
Worten
Null).
Keiner
räumt
sein
Platz
weg,
obwohl
es
eine
Aufgabenplan
für
Patienten
gab.
Kaum
einer
hat
sein
Geschirr
weggeräumt
und
es
gab
einige,
die
die
Arbeit
übernahmen.
Weil
einige
faul
sind.
-
Regeln:
regeln
sind
da,
um
sie
einzuhalten.
Trotz
Lockdown
und
der
Bitte
sich
nicht
mit
Freunde
oder
Verwandte
zu
treffen
(dafür
gab
es
eine
Liste
bei
den
Pflegern),
haben
sich
nur
die
wenigen
daran
gehalten.
Da
es
kaum
Therapien
gab,
gingen
viele
tatsächlich
einkaufen
oder
in
die
Stadt
spazieren.
Mit
ganzen
Herzen
kann
ich
diese
Station
Sophia
auf
gar
keinen
Fall
empfehlen.
Gibt
Euch
Mühe
und
sucht
nach
besseren
Kliniken
wie
in
München,
Mannheim,
Warstein,
Stuttgart.
Alles
weiter
weg!
Aber
es
geht
um
die
Gesundheit
und
da
fahre
ich
lieber
mal
400km
weg
als
der
Düsseldorfer
Raum.
Alles
in
Umkreis
von
Neuss,
Duisburg
vermeide
ich
in
Zukunft.
Ich
war
kein
Patient,
kein
Mensch
sondern
Dreck.
Ich
ging
kaputt
rein,
kam
verstörter
und
zerstörter
raus.
