It went quickly but she took the time to answer my questions and my son was also checked out in detail. The staff at reception were friendly towards us and later, when I asked about something again by phone, this issue was also solved easily. I would always like to see Dr. med. I have been with Dr. for several years now. Probst as a patient. I have always been very satisfied with the doctor. The practice staff has changed very often in recent years. Some of the staff are very moody and often awkward in their approach.

My request was uncomplicated and actually not worth mentioning; I only needed a negative tuberculosis test for a stay abroad. I had briefly read up on it beforehand, all I knew was that there is a skin test, a (more modern and recommended) IGRA test (blood sample) and evidence via an X-ray. Of course, the doctor immediately ruled out a chest x-ray, and I also emphasized twice that I wanted one of the other test options, not the x-ray test. I'm healthy, so you don't get X-rays just for fun. I was later informed of my tuberculosis test date by telephone - via an upper body X-ray. When I asked why I was told to take an just go somewhere else. That's exactly what I'm going to do now, I'm looking for a family doctor who won't turn even the simplest concerns into a nuisance and recommend disproportionate (unnecessary radiation exposure) measures to me, for whatever reason. It's good that I can react in good time before I have a more serious reason for visiting the doctor.

Doctor Probst is so understanding. Best doctor I've ever seen. I wish all doctors were like her.

Very good doctor, the staff are nice too... but I don't have a car and live a bit away, which means I always have to call in advance... so you sometimes wait up to 3 hours until someone answers because the line is always busy

Absolutely unfriendly practice. First of all, the lady at reception with the curly hair is the only specialist who treats you nicely and competently. Waited for an hour in the waiting room without a mask, so that at the end you were told that no treatment would take place without a mask. When you asked if the practice didn't provide one for a fee, you were insulted and yelled at by the doctor and her blonde assistant. Professionalism is something different.

Very unfriendly doctor's assistant. You can't get prescriptions that are urgently needed for a small child so quickly, but only in the evening when pharmacies are closed.
