    Its love compound that has lots of brands caffe grocery and parking tou an spend there quality time till 1 am at winter mandate in summer .the place is well deckrates in Christmas.

    Excellent landscape features and safe to live in , of course houses here are one of the most expensive in Egypt. Free Pales-tine 🙌🏻

    This was an excellent complex. I visited a resident so only experienced one unit interior, but common areas were beautiful. Very helpful staff as well

    I live in it .. it is awesome and cozy .. everything needed is just few minutes around lovely to walk around and nice neighborhood

    Great place with plenty of restaurants and services (banks, supermarket). Highly recommended to use the underground parking, as you'll always find a spot there. This is a very popular place so it's always crowded.

    Great collection of shops, cafes and restaurants.. very crowded in weekends.. Shocks burger was not the best choice though.. poor cheese fries

Nowhere else will you find a pergola for birthday parties right in the middle of residential buildings where people live, a theme park in the middle of the landscape, and security personnel watching kids scream at 12AM...

😠 Do not buy here this is the worst company you buy a house from, after buying the house we found out that the under structure is not water sealed and they are forcing us to fix it on our expense. They have the worst after service DO NOT BUY
