I came to Egypt to a surgery in my hip. My doctors were Dr. Hatem Jalal and Dr. Mohammad Wasify. And the attending nurse was Nurse Amal Ali. She was the best and highly qualified. I was delicately taken care of, and by god's grace, everything went well. Dr. Mustafa Shukry and Dr. Ahmad Al-Faqih and Mr. Sharif Hussni all have passed by and checked on me. They have made sure everything was okay. I stayed in the fourth floor overnight after the operation. Inside the hospital, the hospital is quite clean and quite modern. Food quality is also good and healthy. Doctors are really humble and ready to resolve all doubts. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Admin support was exceptional in all matters from the date of admission to discharge. The atmosphere of hospital was fresh, clean and positive. Hospital was well organized and everyone working in the hospital treats its patients with respect and dignity. Highly recommend this hospital.

Worst experience ever They said total is x then we found out it xxx When we asked for someone to explain they said theyre wrong and they will fix the bill After letting us wait alot they came back saying we didnt say it will cost x Even the branch manager Ahmed ElDeeb is attacking us by calling my Mom and I liars and when i asked him to explain what is the extra amount for, he said if you dont pay thats fine ill call the cops, even when i politely asked him for an explanation he couldn’t and he’s just giving rude attitude. They have different prices, it depends if your paying cash or with insurance Very rude staff, doctors, specially the hospital manager which is supposed to fix the problem cant even explain the bill. Nightmare. At first i found patients leaving and saying out loud this hospital is trash but i thought maybe i dont know the full story. Now since i dealt with them, I can confidently say these people are scammers, liars, doesn’t have humanity or even understand how to deal with patients.

Emergency department are not professional and no senior doctors in the whole hospital to check for my boy who had a very high fever and this junior doctor insists on keeping him in the hospital and get him in a room upstairs although case requires only some IV medicines as per his doctors advise . مستشفي اهم حاجة عندهم المسلوبة

Got in with high fever and stomach pain at 7 am. The doctor in the ER was sleeping :) so I had to wait until she fully got up and came to me. She decided I need saline and that’s it, after tests, they let me go. Three days later, I still have fever and stomach pain. Nothing has changed.

We are so happy that Nasaaem Hospital cares for patients and the hospital is more organized from the top up to a cleaner team am studying obstetrics and gynecology so I have so many hospitals but Nasaaem Hospital is the top one
