They overbook appointments so if they tell you an appointment time they do not honor it. you will be waiting at least 1 hour because they have accepted too many people. Today i waited 2 hours and saw many people upset and waiting for a long time. Finally i had to leave because i was going to miss the ishaa prayer and i was tired of waiting. The first time i came here i waited over 1 hour but tonight was ridiculous so i will not be returning. The doctor is very nice but the wait time makes me decide to find another doctor.

Good polyclinic centre, chic and clean. I usually go there weekly to check with Dr. Ayman elbadrawy - diet clinic.

Bad place , un professional receptionist , bad schedule , veryy very noisy and crowded and un clean noisy waiting area

Unprofessional receptionists!! they are not wearing masks and when I asked them to put their masks mahmoud the receptionist( in rehab) gave a bad reply and ignored!! They are not even asking the patients to put their masks and some of them might be seeking the doctor because they are sick of COVID!! I don’t recommend it at all!!!
