As a frequent visitor, with each visit being a unique experience, I can confidently say that this place never fails to impress me. Whether I'm on a solo trip, enjoying time with friends, or with my family and kids, this hotel continues to exceed my expectations. During my last two visits, I attended a mesmerizing engagement at the club house , and the other where I witnessed my little girl's joy at her friend's poolside birthday celebration. What truly amazed me was the hotel's dedicated pool area for kids, ensuring their safety while providing endless fun. - Its location is ideal, especially for those flying in and out of the airport. - Love the exterior design specially the landscape , with outstanding services and top-notch facilities, this place is a true masterpiece for someone who appreciates the finest - Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed into a world of luxury, you’ll love the stunning landscape and breathtaking views from the rooms, not to mention, the spacious and well-maintained rooms offering utmost comfort during your stay. - The professional yet friendly team goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Their warmth and genuine assistance create a truly memorable experience. - Cleanliness is held to the highest standard, the dedicated cleaners and polite staff maintain the hotel's standards. - The main restaurant is a gastronomic delight with authentic dishes and a wide variety of high-quality choices. - There is this Italian restaurant resembling Venice, truly amazing atmosphere, delightful music, astonishing food, and I personally have lots of memories there. - The pools deserve special mention, they have a great size and beautifully designed, and lifeguards ensure a safe environment at all times. The relaxed atmosphere by the pool is the epitome of tranquility. To sum it up, it’s truly a remarkable place, where you're guaranteed an exceptional stay. It's no wonder I'm already excited to go back! ❤️❤️❤️

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I stayed here for a week spending over 2,000 American dollars. Considering we are in a troubled country, this hotel looked top notch with great reviews. I have been a bonvoy member for over 15 years and I know the Marriott Standard. This JW was below subpar. Starting from when we arrived, we were greeted wonderfully and warm. From there, it all went down hill. Bell men cat calling me in arabic in front of my husband (thinking I don't understand them, yet I am 100% Egyptian and understand every word and so is my husband). If I could have left, I would have, yet we were attending a wedding there over the weekend. Comes the wedding day and a server was standing by us "for our backing call". We asked for some extra bread and he went to each table collecting bread from OTHER PEOPLE/HALF EATEN, dumped them into one basket and placed it in front of us. I WAS BAFFLED. CORONA WHO? It apparently doesn't exist, but this was just despicable. Leaving going to our room, trolly men would run to the elevator before us and close it as fast as they can before we got there. Asking the door men for the golf cart to head over to the wedding, his response was, "She has legs, let her walk" in arabic (again thinking I don't understand them). Not to mention the extremely derogatory terms that they used about me. OH, one more thing. I called the front to have some water bottles sent to the room (For the bride while she was getting ready, which should be a given) and they said there will be a "charge". I said thank you very much, I can go up to the lounge myself to get the water. She said sure, you can do that. So after much harassment, disrespect, and humiliation, I am finally leaving a review since they thought this was a simple 25k point solution.

I came to the hotel and ate at the Plateau - which is the only outdoor restaurant. The view was nice and the service was good, but the food was very average. We did give feedback on the pizza though, which wasn’t done very well, and got a free dessert in compensation. Additionally, the chef came out to ask for feedback and was very polite. Also, there is a big bright screen which continuously flashes in your eyes while you’re eating - which isn’t pleasant.

Exquisite hotel that's absolutely beautiful inside. Beautifully appointed rooms and artwork throughout the Hotel. Friendly and professional staff that are fluent in multiple languages. Many pools and restaurants on site including a full gym and elliptical equipment. Kids club, water slides and more. Convenient location close to airport but still very quiet. Highly recommended.

Was there for a wedding and booked a room to get ready. The receptionist and concierge were lovely. The rooms were spacious but for some reason the air conditioning was turned to ‘heat’ on an unseasonably hot day. Mouthwash with the toiletries was a lovely addition. Room service was prompt and professional, there were diverse options on the menu with some kids’ options as well. The reason for the poor rating was the staff service during the wedding. Staff were very unhelpful, I had to ask for a glass of water/ soft drink 4 times and still didn’t get it :0 asking for cutlery was a nightmare. The wedding venue was not well conditioned. Staff were unfriendly and inflexible. Such a shame after a great start.

Super premium hotel by marriot in a perfect location , easily connected to all roads and cities. 5 star by all means , from safety and security to the great rooms , amazing view if you are golf side. The hotel is super huge and has a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool , along with an amazing SPA , decent prices, and very professional. He has a great barber and lady saloon and is super suitable for wedding venue and big events, with super spacious ballrooms and event rooms , not to mention the outdoor area. There are perfect artificial beach waves and great water sports for kids and family. Alongside, they have a fun entertainment zone for video games and kids place yet not suitable for small children and stay in the area. The food is amazing , lots of tasty places on board , apart from the great hotel good.

Hotel needs to ber renovated asap. It was one of the best spots to stay in hangout in Cairo. But it became very old. Last time the pool was very dirty, the duty manager just gave a completely nonsense feedback that the chemicals in the water are more that avg. needed so that to kill any viruses. But the pool was literally green. My kids had skin rash and poisoning exactly the day after we stayed there. I shared the feedback on Bonvoy app as I'm a Titanium Elite member but no reply/feedback. So i made sure to share it here maybe this time they see it.

MORE THAN 3000€ WAS STOLEN FROM THE ROOM!!!!! BE CAREFUL WHILE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL!! We were a regular guests at this “five star” hotel and now we can’t feel safe anymore here. HUGE AMOUNT of money was stolen from backpack, pockets and pocketbook, which means that somebody from the staff have known where exactly to search. DONT EVER TAKE A PRIVATE GARDEN ROOMS, this gardens is perfect space to enter the room and take all your property. There is no cameras around, no security at all! It could be strangers, guests, housekeeping, literally anybody has permanent access to your room. THIEFS have just ENTERED the room WITH NO OBSTACLES! The favorite part of this event was no apologies, no attendances in searching and no compensation from this famous “respectable” (not anymore) hotel. This case is nothing for them that just shows their TERRIBLE INATTENTION and INDIFFERENCE to their guest’s safety and comfort. BE CAREFUL WITH BRINGING ANY COSTLY PROPERTY! DONT LEAVE ANYTHING UNATTENDED!

A very pleasant stay! The hotel has excellent facilities, the rooms are bright and our's had a great view over the golf course. Most of all the staff are all very friendly and service minded! But be aware that you are quite far away from downtown - for good and bad. Recommended!

Five stars for a well deserved five stars hotel. The place is so luxurious. The food was perfect and many items with very good taste. The Classical style in some rests, bars and large areas give a sense of solitude and relaxation. The service was so nice. The managers are all around by themselves checking every detail.

The building and rooms look like they were built in the 60s. The rooms are falling apart, bathrooms smell bad and the floors in the hallways feel like they are about to collapse. They have multiple food options but they are all pretty bad. They consistently get food orders wrong and staff lacks basic common sense. The only redeeming qualities are the 24 hour bar, Lemon Grass restaurant and the weekly brunch. This hotel was so bad, that I ended up checking out 4 days early and relocating to another hotel. I'm gold elite with Marriott and this is by far the worst J.W. I've ever stayed in

We didn’t stay in the hotel, we wanted to reserve for wedding celebration there. Unfortunately the social events stuff weren’t helpful nor welcoming specially Ustine (يوستين). We met her twice, although she represents salespeople in one of the most prestigious hotels brand she has no idea about hosting or welcoming. She didn’t give us enough details & she looked almost carless, rude & it ends up we crossed any further deal with this place. We won’t recommend it for anyone.

If you don’t need sleep, this is the hotel for you. While it’s normal in Cairo that hotels host weddings and parties on weekend days; they normally stop loud noise at 12. Meanwhile this hotel just completely disregards ANY sort of responsibility towards its paying clients. At 2.30 AM the bass in my room is still so loud that I can feel it, my bed is literally vibrating, it’s like I’m at the concert or whatever the hell is going on. Never experienced anything like this in a 5* hotel. Unhelpful offer to change my room, sure as if I will now pack my stuff in the middle of the night??? How about not hosting a concert at a hotel where business travelers stay? Never again.

Excellent location few minutes from Cairo international Airport. Stuff are friendly and well trained. Food is tasty and the breakfast includes all your can imagine. Rooms are equipped with all your can ask for. One of the best hotels in Cairo for a wedding.

Our firm initiated an event and it was super fabulous. The hotel staff were friendly, the service was fantastic. As usual no matter the country. Thank you Marriott.

Best experience ever. My family and I had a wonderful time in the hotel. The hotel is old but has nice facilities including huge lobby, nice restaurants, beautiful outdoors, many nice swimming pools. Mr. Majdi Sami, front desk rep made our stay more relaxing and comfortable where I would like to thank him very much for his support. In fact, all the hotel staff were very welcoming and supportive. Definitely, the JW became my home in Cairo.

Amazing stay, I was just there for 3 days for some business meetings but wished I had longer. Nothing was ever too hard for the staff here, they always made sure you were comfortable. Even before check in the replies on the Bonvoy App were replied to promptly. Excutive lounge was fantastic here, food and drinks were good and there was even a nice little outdoors area Close to the airport

I went to check the gym and pool and had a day use there i have to say the staff deserve more than 5 stars all of the ones who helped make me comfortable there, food is average 4 star, the gym clean and has all the equipment so 5 stars however i gave 4 star for the atmosphere because I didn’t see any personal trainer there to help if i don’t want to pay for private sessions also it was mostly older people there like 60 or 70 year olds and i wanted a more lively atmosphere so i think its a little overpriced for not having a trainer to assist people and something for younger members to cater to them like they do for older members and the place could do with some renovations

I came for a business travel so I had not the chance to go to the pool, but it’s huge! Rooms are quite big and with all the comfort you need. My unique recommendation is to introduce vegan pastries at breakfast, you offer a lot of pastries without vegan option unfortunately.

I love it soooo much. There are many kinds of beaches that you can change with indoor or outdoor or with waves and aquapark too. The hotel is huge and is very well decorated. I'll always go there.

Great hotel. Friendly staff and good location for working in New Cairo. Not too bad to get into central Cairo either, there were plenty of Ubers available close by. The fitness centre was also really good. Nice restaurants and central bar also. And a great breakfast selection. Slightly dated in places but didn't detract from the stay.

Very poor customer service and zero hospitality from Ali in the Social Events department. If his intention was to discard initially excited and interested clients, then he's a very successful employee. I'd like to kindly advise him and this department to remember what they were hired for. Taking our business somewhere else, just like you should.

Large room with comfortable bed. Aircon was very noisy and had to switch it off over night. Great selection of food for breakfast. Free airport transfer every hour.

Very well known hotel, classic, quiet, very nice views , and good staff. The only comments Mattress are not comfortable at all in twin beds but it better in king bed, I believe such hotels series shall take care of this issue. Overall was good,

It is one of the best hotels in Cairo. I went for breakfast there and the service was excellent, especially Mrs. Shaima Saber, who welcomed us and was very friendly. The view there is also beautiful, The best thing is to listen to someone playing the piano “live” while you are having breakfast.

Great service and friendly staff, hotel is showing its age and some maintenance is really required. Expensive compared to newer better hotels. Pity. Well equipped gym and the pool is great for length.

Rooms are very wide and beds are comfortable. Bathroom is equipped. Tv is big and with lot of channels. I ordered room service but they didn’t bring salt and pepper and it took him 10 minutes to get it so I ate without it which wasn’t good. Also I went to the wedding in the club house they bring tea without sugar. I think waiters need training.

The hotel is very good, clean, very helpful friendly stuff, I enjoyed my time there but, my concerns were that rooms are old which needs renovation and swimming pool seats also weren’t the best they need change. I tried food on the pool it is good and not too expensive compared with other hotels in the same level

The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. The food is amazing and the variety is great. Excellent breakfast buffet. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The swimming pools are great and the room was great. Overall, it was a great experience! I am looking forward to going back in the future. Also, I highly recommend Cucina, the Italian restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is great and the atmosphere is wonderful.

Distinctive to luxury, warm welcome and receive the visitor, the design of the rooms and their contents above the excellent, a wonderful site that includes everything you can think of. Personally, I adore the beautiful greenery spaces designed for golf.

At check in time the hotel reception changed the agreement terms and increased the room rate from our booking rate . As they asked to present the credit card itself which is impossible as. i am in a different country, it was a surprise for a bridegroom, he left the hotel in first day of wedding,Beside that they confirmed that the room is without breakfast as well and asked to pay more than 3000 Egp. From what have we agreed for

This hotel is fantastic! From the first time you’re greeted upon arrival to the housekeeping team cleaning and stocking your room, you will feel welcomed, comfortable and safe. And that is just the beginning. You have to go for the buffet breakfast at Mirage Cafe. They will greet you and seat you like an old friend and offer high chairs, assistance carrying your food if you have little ones. Customize your eggs or coffee with no trouble at all and ask to get one to go. Be sure to try strawberry or guava juice if you’re not familiar but like the fruit / do unreal good! I also have to brag on the outdoor staff: life guards keep everyone safe but also will try to ensure everyone is having a fun time. Each of the pools is worth a dip and if you have kids be sure to let them try out the slide. The towel team is aware of how to make your beach visit comfortable and will move chairs/umbrellas by just asking. I would recommend wearing shoes in the sandy areas though because building and breaking down the wedding area seems to result in random loose screws and broken glass. The views of the pools and outdoor features is so unforgettable from the room.I’m sure the golf course side is nice but if you only have one visit, enjoy the sunset here. The only possible negative is if you mind a gentle pulse from a lively wedding party which is certain to happen every weekend- we loved seeing the beautiful people and the low music as we left the balcony door open. Room service and onsite restaurants are amazing 🤩 they also know all the local your guides so ask for help from the concierge. Last thought (common travel tip I’m sure): if you are traveling from IS, be sure to bring small bills unless you are comfortable with changing to Egyptian pounds- not many people have change but concierge hooked me up on the last day.

Great place to stay in Cairo--even better with all the improved roads! Wait/staff is top notch, food is great, and all among the best you'll find in the world. And in 2022, so nice! Architecture and finish work on the interior is a special treat in each area you visit inside and out. I was here in winter just after a rain, so we were lucky too!

Wonderful facility with excellent conference center amenities. The hotel breakfast is a great way to experience some of the cuisine that Egypt has to offer and the service in all hotel restaurants is exceptional! Highly recommended as a place to stay when visiting Egypt.

During my visit to Egypt, I had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Resort. The atmosphere of this place is truly enchanting. In terms of affordability, it falls within the average range, and what's even better is that you can utilize your loyalty points to make a reservation. This resort caters to both kids and adults, making it an ideal destination for families. Ever since 2003, I have regarded this resort as my second home in Egypt. Not only is it conveniently located near the airport, but it is also surrounded by a myriad of captivating attractions waiting to be explored. If you're seeking a place to unwind and rejuvenate, the JW Marriott Resort is undoubtedly the ultimate choice.
