Love the gym, very nice easy location right across from Rehab gate 12.( about 5 minutes walk) Very good equipments, all what you need for a full muscle work out , free weight area upstairs and lady's gym down stairs, Captin Waleed is a very friendly knowledgeable trainer who went beyond making sure everyone in the gym is having a good time and working out a good intense work out if that's what they need. He interacts with all members and help guide, spot everyone with a very knowledgeable conversation. Thanks ya coach!

Very good gym. Clean with nice staff. Great for resistance training, every thing you could want. Quality Techno Gym equipment. Had shower facilities, sauna and hot tub. For day use of gym only 100 EGP.

This gym is very decent. They have great equipment. Very good coachs that give you instructions and you can also pay extra for private sessions. It's monthly subscription is 700 LE that includes 2 Private sessions. They also have a sauna, jacuzzi and a steam room. Also the gym's vibe is very energetic and motivative. So i suggest if you're close you should go for it. 💪

Decent gym with excellent facilities and coaches, but a bit expensive in light of its area and size. But yet its the best in the area.

The trainers not qualified enough in that Gem , so l have got big trouble in my back bones and the doctor told me that I need a surgeon, so I advice you to run away from that trap

worst management and experience. i don't suggest for anyone to waste their money on such a place

Very well equipped Gym however prices are very very expensive compered to similar places in the area, however i have to say that they are the first to operate there but it's still not an excuse for over pricing

Cool gym but in a very busy area

I highly recommend it to anyone suffering from injuries. I was suffering from a back and shoulder injury caused by another gym, and I found that the injury specialists at First Gym were at a very high level. Thank God, I rehabilitated in it in a short time, and the problem was resolved
