One of my favourite places. Having a-lot of varieties for you and your kids. As you can leave them safely in kids area then you can enjoy going to restaurants & cafes & cinemas & market. Parking is so easy under the ground. I adore that place as well the kids love going there .

Premium location in new cairo with under ground parkings slots, along with Plenty of paid and free street parking ( depending on how far you will be from the mall ) It has drop off for kids ( fun makers) to safely leave your kids while shopping, Cinema is cozy Many of fine dining restaurants Hyper market Banks

Amazing place.. Let's talk about it.. First I've never seen before like this quite place and very easy get any thing from any shop.. Trade marks like adidas puma intersport nike and much more you can imagine.. Second.. The cinema 🎦.. Very clean and not crowded like others.. Watch movies 🎥 freely.. Third party 🎉.. Coffee shops is like amazing seats and comfortable with sure great positions.. Finaly I've never seen before a quite mall like this.. I love it sure ♥ 😘.. Thanks Point 90th Mall.

I had visited 3 days ago Very convenient mall I had enjoyed the food in Boulevard restaurant with good Shisha I went to the Cinema and I had enjoyed my favorite Cinnabon Rolls Also I shopped in Fresh Food Market which I consider the best shopping place specially the fresh Bakry section with there wonderful baguette

I like that it is quite a small mall, if you are looking for a specific item then it helps narrowing down your options, so mission to be fulfilled in a timely manner but there aren’t a variety of options which either makes it a good or bad thing, depending on your shopping trend. For clothes options you will find 6 or 7 shops, for shoes and bags maybe not more than 6 shops (on top of my head: Aldo, Adidas and Vans) and there is a samsonite shop, a cinema, some cafes and good variety of restaurants also you will find a supermarket, but quite a pricey one though.

Small mall with some brands e.g. H&M, Mango not a big shopping experience tho. The small food market downstairs has some great fresh products like Sushi, Sandwiches and a french bakery.

Great Mall with great shops And nice coffee places to sit in enjoying nice New Cairo atmosphere. Loved especially a coffee place in the uppest floor, amazing staff Is there, unfortunately i can't remember the name .

One of the best malls near the Southern Investors Area and the American University... you can spend a wonderful time in several restaurants and cafes.

Fun and nice crowd. Shopping is never any better and the food is great. Recommended.

Very nice and clean. Good prayer place for women. Not to big so you can get where you need to go without feeling overwhelmed. Small but decent FunMakers and a huge Billybees so u can drop off kids while you shop or eat. They are only missing better fast food options. They dont have many international brands like kfc, McDonald’s or pizza hut. the other restaurants they have are sufficient once u learn what to order. I prefer this place on weekdays. I can get very crowded both inside and in the car parking garage on weekends. Overall its my fave mall in new cairo besides CFC

Very convenient mall never crowded and ideal for dining and cinema experience. It terms of shopping, it does not have a variety of shops when compared to other shopping malls. Paid underground parking spaces are available but are quite pricy.

The Mall was not that big, but it was nice because its clean the entrance is amazing with the landscape design and entrance attraction, Starbucks seen in front, cinema for me 4d is best than normal you know what i mean. Branded eyeware can find here. Food court available, Sizzler restaurant for those like fancy. Hope this helps people. Nice for shopping experience.

Very Nice Mall, Small but nice and had some good variety for food and drinks options @ restaurant , Food Court is relatively small with very less options to eat from , However restaurants are everywhere , Also Had nice place for kids up to 12 Years , Vodafone and Orange Retail shops are there , Don't plan coming back with Taxi , It is Quite difficult to get a private transportation there , So better with your car or with Limo & Driver if possible. Or try to arrange Taxi ahead of time.

Cozy place, can't really call it a mall. It's more of a small shopping center. Not to many options when it comes to food. You can easily get bored if you visit it often.

Nice place for going out, restaurants, shopping, cinema, kids plays, supermarket and cafes with 2 level underground parking.

It's a pretty good cinema in terms of space and capabilities. I highly recommend it, especially if you're around the 5th settlement area.

Convient destination for cinéma ( 4D & normal) Food too much choices 2nd floor ( cookdoor,mince,desoky &soda with very nice view auc , cinnabon, heaven bakery,lord of wings) Samsunite , H&M , play less minisou,spring,parfois , bath&bodyworks, Pandora,Kam's,Etisalat , Vodafone , Electronic National Bank Ahly ,super market , pixi , Clarks , Faces, Paul , Starbucks , House of coco , espresso Lap, too much booths for vendors related to scarfs (La voie) Coffe machines , natural beauty creams and etc.....

This mall has a very good diversity of shops. The tenant mix is very good for everyone living around the area. The parking is easy and not expensive. I tend to go to Point90 to run many errands and I appreciate it’s being there.

Its a mall has a cinema and stores and a food court and a few activitys like skating other than that its cool i would say its good for a quick come and go or to watch some movies but not for walking around and playing games maybe you can do that at the food court but i doubt it basically its not suitable for kids very much or gathering your friends for a birthday or a party

A simple mall in one of Egypt urban areas (New Cairo), there's a great cinema in here, you can also practice skiing and eat in the dynamic food court after shopping in some clothing stores like Levi's, H&M, AE and more! If you're looking for a mall that's not bery crowded and has a good outdoor area with all restaurant categories you're in the perfect place!

Excellent place for shopping and eating

Well the Mall is not very large, as most of new cairo malls. 🤷🏻‍♂️ It's a good with lot's of brands there.😍😍😍😍 Also it has skiing in the ground floor as well as Billy bees which is games for kids.💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 Also it has Air zone for all ages so you can go have fun playing and jumping on the trampoline. It has some restaurants not a lot. 🤾‍♀️🤾‍♀️ Also there is a very good cinema 🎥🎞📽🎦which I really like. Also there is a large parking 🅿️🅿️🅿️if you wanna park indoor, or you can park outdoor in front of the mall. Overall experience for this mall is 4/5.

One of the easiest to navigate malls in new Cairo With a very nice cinema options

Nice mall for both casual catch up with a friend and formal business meeting. Also there are many different types of restaurants and others interesting shops.

I like the mall and the crowd. I imagine they could've done more in terms of outdoor space Restaurant variety is ok. The stores are decent in terms of variety and brand. It deserves 4 stars but there's strong competition especially in new Cairo

We just goin there for cinema. The 4d is awesome. At 10 am an 1 pm 120 egp is good price . But kids was at cinema making F**kn bad noises. They should not allow kids be at cinemas without parents. And cinema staff was really useless i lft the movie and talk to them to do anything but did nothing . Cinabon is good place there for dessert and recommended to use app called " wafaraha" making great discounts and crazy deals
