They have a whole separate building in Cairo Festival City inside the 5th settlement.. They also have a good restaurant there and a kids area.. Their prices are fair compared with the quality and the port customs.. I wish many branches like IKEA open in Egypt with the same structure..

IKEA is one of the Best places to get your furniture, from little things like candles, mirrors, and little decorations to big things like matters, chairs, carpets, sofas, but i don't recommend buying wooden furniture since most of it is not 100% wood and with time it will break and can't handle getting stained by water or other liquids, they have 100% wood but it's expensive comparing to other 100% wood stores, i think since you are in Egypt there's alot of good wooden furniture with less prices, the food, the atmosphere, the view is great

Many thanks Ahmed Ali who really has lovely smile when dealing with customers; it was great coincidence to meet him at the restaurant cashier then downstairs at IKEA Bistro. Thanks Mohamed Adel at IKEA shop. Restaurant decor is fresh and modern. Area was reasonably clean but missing wipes or spraying bottles for the customers to manage tables cleaning before and after service. Food quality and portion beyond amazing and delicious; we had free refills drinks. Many thanks for wonderful experience.

They definitely need to consider educating their people in the parking where cars should park. the security man asked me to park in the “loading and unloading furniture” area instead of parking correctly and advised that it is so “normal” to park in those spots(it was a weekday morning and the parking wasn’t half full even) . Singapore is considered one of the expensive city in the world because everything is imported and the cost of rent and man power are super high. Prices in IKEA Egypt are more than Singapore. Finally I found something strange . Nobody helps you to pack stuff after billing. You need to pack yourself including the breakable items. Our responsibility is to sell the items.
