Diabetic father all on 4 I had the experience their for my father as a diabetic patient lost most of his teeth , we could make all on 4 thechnique there by implanting 4 German implants in every jaw then after 3 months loading of 12 teeth on those 4 implants , it was easier and safer than i thought . This is by far the worst dental clinic i ever went to. The staff is extremely unprofessional and they dont know how to give patients appointments. They take their money and they dont follow up as to when we can come. Abdelrahman that works in the reception is the most unprofessional person i have ever met; he sent my approval to the insurance company incorrectly and i’ve been asking him to adjust it for the past 6 months with no reply. The doctor that is in charge (i think Dr Shady) called me when i wrote a bad review and promised that they would call me back for an appointment and as usual no one called. When i saw the bad reviews before going i decided to ignore them and thought i would have a better experience, but trust me, you dont even want to go there.

Don’t Go ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Commercial Clinic Very commercial place, they lack experience and knowledge. Most of the doctors lack competence and experience. I went there to do a check up as they were one of the service providers on my insurance company. They said I had to do panorama X-ray as part of the check up, then they said that there’s two teeth that need work. So I agreed. They totally damaged them and I wasn’t able to eat, so I went to them back saying I can’t eat on both side now, although I was fine before. They said Oka another doctor will have a look on the job done, he said we need to do it again. He did the job again, coz it was done bad. After couple of days I called them I said I can’t eat, so I went back pain still going after 3 weeks. I had to go to real doctor not commercial clinic, and he did everything again from scratch. Reception and customer service are extremely clueless and the worst I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what to do with insurance, send wrong files and wrong claims and never call back or answer the phone to begin with. The person I dealt with was called Abdelrahman, no idea how this guy got hired by a supposedly good dental center. Never going back there again. 1 star just because the place is clean EDIT - got contacted by customer support to fix my problem, they said they'll call me back in max 3 days, its been 2 weeks going onto the 3rd. customer support team are unbearably unhelpful and liars

Nice clinic, clean and great staff. My journey started five years ago when I lost one of my front teeth. I searched for a good clinic in my country but all was so expensive. One of my friends suggested this clinic for me and I came to Egypt to try. Before that I contacted them and made an appointment. I arrived two years ago and start my treatment with great doctors. Additionally, I finished first stepand I had to wait for few months. Later that year, Covid 19 came and I couldn't go to them. During that year they checked with me several times to check. Finally, I was able to finish my treatment and be able to smile again.

We worked out a comfortable treatment plan, got my teeth x-rayed, and started work immediately the same day. I have to say I am really impressed with how I was treated by everyone there.
