Good coffee but slow service.

My favorite coffee shop Cafe. The location and atmosphere is nice. It have a great view over the dancing fountain. The coffee was good as usual as it is basic authentic Costa coffee. It is great for work also. Alit bit crowed over the weekends

This branch is really nice . The outdoor siting is cool . You can see the whole lake and the fountain. The crew is helpful too I take cappuccino and caramel cappuccino and cheesecake strawberry. All the order was good . Prices is acceptable. The have breakfast menu and lots of sweets Its always crowded at night

Wonderful place and the staff are friendly; however, I don’t like the system of orders. They have to give me the choice whether to order in counter or to order on seat.

The palce is facing the water fountains ⛲️ and located on the upper floor, I didn't try it by night, but I think it will be so nice 😀 The place is self-service, which you order inside and bring your own tray 😉, the atmosphere outside is excellent but don't go in hot days and AC inside is almost not working Freindly staff The experience in summer is not the best, so again, avoid hot days.

Worst service ever; 30 min until the table is cleaned. the waiter brought a wrong receipt and when I complained he said it's the same amount and when I asked the man in charge he gave me another receipt with 40 L.E less.

Great and clean place. Good coffee. Food is fresh and delicious. Staff is very helpful. Free wifi is available at a great speed. I recommend the place for a dinner with family or as a working place. Just grab your laptop, headphones and your latte. Enjoy. They also have delivery options.

Delicious rich coffee that's priced correctly, order didn't take long to get, but the waiter took a long time to bring the change, My bill was 228LE so I gave him 300 and I was hoping he didn't think I gave him 70LE Tip! Overall a good place to enjoy peaceful mornings.

Tried Americano coffee. I wasn't impressed tasteless in comparison to the Costa coffee I am used to in London.

Worst experience. The staffs are very unprofessional and kinda racist. The audacity to say in Arabic to my husband Chinese but not white?! We are not even Chinese and do they assume we don't understand Arabic? Shame. Will never repeat this branch.

Well known Costa cafe but having a good view overlooking the fountain in the middle of the mall’s yard. Nothing unique in particular other than that. The outdoors seats are a bit unconfy if you’re planning to sit for some time as they are wooden with no back support.

No longer have table service, you go on make your selection and pay at the till. Food pre packaged also Covid restrictions possibly, but then again other places serve freshly prepared food. Bonus is the view over looking Dancing Fountain and the coffee is still delicious

I highly recommend Costa coffee on all branches , they are always amazing , fresh coffee and fresh bakery, I love the croissants which they make and the latte 🥰🥰

It’s strange for me how I see good comments about coffee. I tried costa coffee in many places in different countries, here the americano doesn’t taste like costa coffee, it’s kinda watery and taste is not original!

Corto price is 40 , and taste really nice. Nice view by cairo festival fountain.

Amazing as usual, but one thing new is you get to place your order at the cashier, that must mean they've cut down the number of workers, it's a sad thing for all those who lost their jobs. Costa café at CFC with a wonderful view of the fountain ⛲, relaxing specially in the morning.

Sinply the best chain coffee place in Cairo. their coffee never fails and if you crave sugary treats, their cookies and desserts are equally as good. Their signature coffee is the mocha cortado, plus its also cheaper than other coffee places.
