Owner seems good at first but in reality he sold us a puppy pretty expensive but that's not the problem, the problem is that the puppy survived one day than from there is getting worst everyday, there is a big chance the puppy is infected with a disease that 90% of cases are fatal and ONLY 10% SURVIVE, the puppy is on her 4th day and already struggling, Staff of Animal Park I hope you realize everything you have done and think about it if you have the capacity to have feelings like us humans and think like us. Update : the pet sadly died and got a disease that mostly comes from pet shops, I hope my puppy has a good afterlife and wish I could have done more with her and wish to punch the guy who sold us the puppy.

Very expensive (overly priced more than places like Carrefour and pet shops) and HORRIBLE, horrible pet conditions. Disgusting cages, barely ever cleaned. Often I find animals sitting in spilled water, food, or their own poop/pee. Crammed together and sitting out in the scorching hot. Poor things look miserable, I wish I could buy them all. And despite all that, very overly priced. Someone needs to shut this place down.

I wouldn’t recommend buying a pet from here, they’re extremely expensive and in terrible conditions, but they have a fantastic shop filled with all the types of food and accessories your pet would need. They offer delivery which is fantastic, and the staff are very informative and kind.

This pet shop sells both pets and pet products. Service is polite and helpful. I just wish the cages were larger. I've often found dogs crammed in together with little room to move, which I know is the case with most pet shops in Cairo. The cages are left outside the shop, far from the cash register where the staff are, and on my visits I find children harassing and stressing out the pets.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE i bought a cat from them. the cats and the dogs there were in a very bad condition and really sick none of the animals there are active they are all sleeping cuz they all have a virus and when I took the cat from them it died the next day it didn’t even survive for 24 hours I hope someone take care of the animals over there cuz it’s really bad and heart breaking.

terrible store. the worker is extremely rude and gets mad easily. i made an order on a fish tank a week ago and it hasnt arrived yet even though he said it would arrive the next day. he got mad that i asked him on when the tank will be ready. worst experience ever. would not recommend buying anything from him.
