Good GYM but with a lot of crowds, weight plates and dumbbells, are insufficient for so many people training, Many of the people who train there, forget the GOLDEN rule of the GYM: LEAVE EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE AND NOT THROWN BY THE LIVING ROOM

As a result of what I’d call lazy customer service I never got the chance to try out the gym. I needed to switch locations for my class a couple of hours before the the time because of an emergency. They simply refused and wouldn’t give alternatives. They have 12 locations in Cairo, but will refuse to even attempt to help accommodate a customer. They won’t refund, or give back credit. Classes start 8:00 am but customer service is available only starting 11:00 am, I don’t really understand what’s the point of having a “contact us” tab on their website.

Missing lots of machine and dumbbells. It's over rated and overpriced for this kind of place .
