The place has a nice vibe for a morning or an evening coffee. However, being a coffee fanatic, expected the coffee to be good, but it was below standard. Only the ice tea was nice. Both the cappuccino and latte had too much milk. And we had to call for an extra expresso shot to fix it. From the expresso, one can make out that the beans are also low quality, highly acidic ones. While the place has a good coffee machine (Astoria), there's a lack of a barista. The milk was both not frothed well, nor poured well. Roasted also seemed very low staffed and took a very long time to serve a small order with just one extra guest alongside us (this had been the case at an earlier time even in their restaurant Kheer).

Beautiful space, lovely design, seating & plenty of menu options. Keep in mind serving size is quite small for the price. Paid extra for sourdough and received 2 palm sized pieces, with holes so big we couldn’t even put jam on top 😂. Cappuccino was a bit watery as well. Nice atmosphere! But overall quality did not match the price. Pastries look beautiful though.

So opera pastry is average. A guy infront of me said same thing for pineapple pastry to girl rudely and told to inform chief. It’s not something worth 450 rs. Lady was polite and well mannered but when i asked her what flavour of macron is this. She replied :- you want it ? (In a way thst she’s irritated with my query) I mean if guest is asking about new flavours. How hard is it to answer? We are guests, not chief that we know everything. Without knowing flavour. How can someone buy ? It will go to bin if didn’t liked.

Don’t come here for coffee. It’s pretentious and extremely poor value for money. I paid Rs. 708 for a single cup of espresso. I accept that the place is inside of 5-star hotel and the price corresponds to that. What I don’t accept though is that for the price they can’t even serve a good espresso. It had 3-4 times more water than it should, and the taste was pretty generic, nothing outstanding. If the menu stated that it was a lungo, I wouldn’t have ordered it. I had much better espresso in Delhi for 1/5th of the price.

“Growing up without a father figure is like traveling without a map. You really can’t savvy or perceive the proper or correct way to reach places.” True ain’t it, but like every other thing in this world even the above has pros and cones. If you’re a loner and only blameworthy for yourself then not being prerequisited gives you freedom to develop rules suitable for your existence. But incase you plan on a commercial, giving living in a society, then probably learning from the existing would make it more acceptable leading to desirably pleasing. Born by the dexterous hands, minds of Chef Anand Panwar(Head Patisserie) and Chef Anuj Wadhawan(Executive), Roasted was lucky to have two fathers that taught it elegance, poise, and apt etiquettes In accordance to its birth place. Positioned alongside Upstage, Roseate House New Delhi’s cinema and retail arcade, its the hotel’s in-house patisserie and boulangerie’. Specialising in a wide range of macarons, savouries and sweets, Roasted is known for serving 34 varieties of exotic TWG tea, a signature of The Wellness Group and authentic Blue Tokai coffee with closed and open face sandwiches featuring utmost quality produce, exotic meats. Facing their enormous display of TWG teas that nearly touched the ceiling, i was soothed by some of their tea selections for me. Alfanso Black tea, faintly fragrant of mangoes was deeper in colour and light on the full flavour. Accompanied it were the platters of vegetarian and non vegetarian finger, open and closed sandwiches assembled in their freshly baked bread. Lined on a lookalike, of a wooden chopping board tray were three varieties of each strategically targeting different age brackets. Where Curried Tofu & Edamame (relatably savoured for Indian palate), Smoked Duck breast with arugula, onions & juniper(delicately open faced with mature flavours) and Grilled Brie with Juliennes of apple(a companion for wine) took care of the aged. House Cured Salmon with lemon cheese(mousse like consistency), Shrimp Skagon(minimalist relish) and Cheese slices with Peanut butter were more exciting choices for children. On the second round of TWG i was presented with a little sour and dense appearing Eternal Summer, vividly smoking & tasting of berries. It certainly cleared out my mouth and esophagus making space for Mr. pillow in my stomach. And As the same suggests it was comforting, inviting, therapeutic, decorative, soft and supportive. Constructed on a mud pie bed sat the airiest orange mousse centred with passion fruit jelly, decorated with white choco butter sheen.

Quite mediocre for the overprized products. Sadly, I saw other opinions after my visit, confirming the complaints about pricing, specifically the coffee. Service was quite insistent, not leaving quiet pauses. Bill details were not shown before asking to confirm the payment. Bill was not accurate either. Cakes look really nice, but do not seem entirely fresh. Ambient is good. EDIT: from 3 to now 2 stars: the service violated privacy policies by making misuse of my personal data (not provided by me!), to ask me via Whatsapp for feedback due to my previous evaluation. I did not expect to be interrupted with a *phone call* while sleeping at 04:59 at my local time. Very poor ethics, Roasted by Roseatte. You wanted an edit of my evaluation? Here you have it.

Picked up a chocolate cake from this place. While the the cake was expected to be great and it tasted really well but what was most amazing was the positive attitude of the bakery chef Anand Panwar. As I had taken the cake as a Rakhi gift for my brother, I felt the dressing on the cake was not worthy of the occasion. To be honest I did not expect favourable response to my request to make it a bit colourful but I still took a chance. And yes Anand Panwar obliged and personally decorated the cake to make it worthy of the occasion. Keep up the good work Anand and god bless

Being a regular here, I have an amazing experience at the roasted by roseate every time I visit. The staff is incredibly helpful, specially Ms. Kanika. She makes the best coffee and is extremely attentive to your particular needs. I would definitely recommend to visit. However, I would prefer if they added more dairy alternatives.

👍👍 Absolutely love their rice combos. Paneer rice is my all time favourite. Great option for dinner, if you work nearby. If you're looking for a place for quick bites, then you need to visit this place.
