Very professional and on time. The one day delhi tour by Pandey sir was perfect. Got to know the history of Delhi. Also the golden triangle tour from this office was the best. Guides, hotel stay and shopping was all arranged and we had a really nice time. Thanks to Radhakrishnan Sir from Chennai delhi tourism office for helping in arranging this perfect trip!.

They take you to plenty of places in limited time with proper description which you will enjoy. But spent wasteful hours in ITC and the hotel where they stopped for lunch was quite full n busy. Remaining everything was best. You can book tickets online as well as by visiting the counter a day earlier. That's good. I booked it online and started journey from RK Ashram.

Just Don't Book you tour from here. Read my full honest Opinion about them: - We booked two 2 days tour, one of Haridwar-Rishikesh and other of Agra-Mathura but they finished our tour next day around 10-11 am and took us back you to Delhi. - They always in hurry to finish the tour. At each place they say half hour here one hour here. - Compared to other private tours they are expensive we could have got the same package around 11-12k compared to their price of 13.5k for 4 people. - Their tour guides(driver) are little arrogant and have no knowledge of the places and they hired local guide for which we have to pay. - In my opinion hire a private tour from the hotel you are staying in you will always get a better deal. - There tours are fixed hence you cannot visit any extra places( we were willing to pay extra charges but they denied, also it was a car consisting of only four of us with a single forienger who also agreed to visit the extra place) - We always have to tell them to stop for lunch and breakfast they just don't care for the tour people. - Hope this review helps you and also if Delhi Government Services reading this review then improve your service else other than foreigners no local will book tour from you.

Provided good and required information about the tour operations and timings etc. Conveniently located at a central place.

Service quality has changed a lot, for the better, under the AAP Government. Kudos !

This is not the right place for Delhi tourism.

We did a tour to Agra, and really enjoyed it. Very cheap compared to other private tours. Tery took care of everything, took us to Taj Majal and Agra Fort and provided useful information.

Very expensive. Only good for foreign friends. For locals it's very expensive

Guide, accommodation and bus was very good. Bad thing is that they are halting for lunch n breakfast unnecessary expensive restaurant having worst food quality ever

This is the real Delhi Tourism Office , Govt of Delhi . Be aware by touts outside they will miss guide you and take you to other private/fake office . Here you can get services like Regular Tours , Car/coach rental and free information and literature like Delhi Map Metro map etc

This is a government tourism Agency undertaken by Delhi Government. You will get all Regular tours offer by Delhi Tours. Services given by the Tourism professional was really Amazing.

First of all this place is expencive compared to others. But far more important, they did not listen to my wishes or requests. I was travelling alone, so for me it was important to live in hostels with other backpackers. Is was very clear about this, but was still put up in mediocre hotels. In Jaipur there dere no other guests. Not a single one (which was also quite uncomfortable). In Delhi the hotel was very noicy and I barley slept, and no area to meet other guests. I made it very clear to the driver where I wanted to go, and that I did not want to go shopping. Still he drove med to all kinds of shops, where the salespeople were alot pushier than I have experienced before. This made mer sometimes Feel obligated to buy things i did not want or need. I know this is customary, but at the price I paid, I would expect better treatment. At several occasions the driver had set up a guide without asking me first, which also led to additional costs. Over all very displeased.
