Worst customer service ever.... Useless airline of all.... No response from their side to customer calls..... Stop this fraud immediately..... Dont ever book with this airline 😓

Firstly my flight from London to Delhi got delayed by 2 hours because of which I missed my next domestic flight. Secondly my 2 suitcases did not come on the baggage belt for over 40 minutes. Their support staff Mrs. SUNITA on the arrivals did not give me any support number so I could arrange a pick up for my luggage. It's been three days of updating my baggage tag at their tracing system butyet their is no update.Travelling with Virgin atlantic is monetary and mental harassment. Kindly avoid this airline as. much as possible

Very poor customer service. No proper address to reach office. Nobody picks the phone. Its quite pathetic. The worst customer care I have come across.

Called the customer care several times. As soon as you mention your status of an existing customer they put you on hold. No response for hours. All that they seem to be interested in is getting new business

Virgin check in desk at T3 terminal airport is full of good people. I was recently served by a team member named - Akash. He was supportive and managed to provide assistance with my family booking. He is an asset to Virgin team at Delhi T3 terminal. Keep up the good work. Thanks once again !!!

A total disgrace to me on my flight from London to Delhi my flight ✈️ was delayed for over 6 hours and the way that I was treated was bad joke I am dieing with motor neuron disease als I was travelling to India for stem cell treatment I have had very bad cancer and covid 19 I could ot go to the toilet for over 3 hours as the plane was sitting on the runway I was being kicked in my back by a you boy who was moved there by his parents because of a young lady sitting in of their child a out passenger would not put a big bag in the over head locker it was left on the floor for me to trip over I have instructed my solicitor to deal with this matter as I was in agony for hours a disgrace

Worst company ever! rebooked my flight 3 times and then doubled my flight time plus they should close customer service because no one is there.
