The room was very clean. However travelers with lots of luggage should be aware that there is no elevator and there are first and second floors. Staff was okay but instructions were a bit confusing. Breakfast starts early which is great. Very convenient location with lots of restaurants, shops in the shopping mall.

The big thing is there is NO ELEVATOR at this hotel. There were 4 people traveling in our group and 3 of the 4 were over the age of 70 and we had to lug luggage up steps! My reservations were made in June, 2022 and there were no option to stay on the ground level!!! There is no place to eat your breakfast. They did serve a good, hot breakfast but you had to take it on a tray back to your room to eat. Wasn't appetizing at all having to do this. Would NOT stay here again for that reason.

The hotel is in a convenient location, next to the highway. The room was clean, comfortable and tidy. Liked the breakfast very much. Staff is friendly and caring.

Way over priced for quality. Breakfast atmosphere was horrible. Had to put food on a tray and take it back to the room to eat. No elevator and my husband and I are both +70 years of age and he has a hernia. No one offered to assist with luggage.

As soon as we arrived, the girl basically told me that we couldn't stay there because my credit card was declined. Apparently, they wrote the expiry date down wrong. Not a great first impression. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Good rooms, good service and good breakfast. You can't go wrong here! Located near the mall with quick walking time.

A good simple hotel. Wifi, bed, pillows, shower - all are good, nothing extraordinary, just ok. No reason to complain. Breakfast is also standard. You get what you pay. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Nice place to stay rooms were very clean. Breakfast was ok, but the young lady looking after it could have been more pleasant. A person asked her a question about where the butter was, and she pointed to the refrigerator and rolled her eyes, and this was not the first time I had seen her do that during our 2 day stay .

I travel with a cat. This hotel is suppose to be pet friendly. They gave me a dirty room that smells and charged me more for a crappier room. Wouldn't reccomend it even to a kennel. Shame on this hotel. Charging over 200 a night. Hotel Should be charged for scamming pet owners.

Service and location no complaints. The rooms are not at all clean and this place needs attention. The carpet in our room was jumping with fleas, cleaning leaves a lot to be desired particularly fir the price where there are cleaner options nearby. Not good at all.

This was such a great place to stay! The rooms were clean and the beds nice and comfy. Staff was really helpful and breakfast was great. Less than a 20 min drive to the PEI Ferry.

Loved the location . Tim’s and Wendy’s are right beside it. Highway is right there as well. Need to brush up on there smoking policies . Hallways smelled like cannabis and cigarettes. Great service behind the desk. I will definitely be booking again

Sadly this hotel did not match the previous reviews. The room smelt stale and sour and the free breakfast the next morning included uncooked and inedible scrambled eggs sitting in raw eggs and the butter packages they provided were clearly gone bad which you could tell from the look and the smell but were in a bowl sitting out with many opened and unused packages mixed in there as well. If you are looking to possibly have food poisoning then I would highly recommend this hotel. Sadly it was not what we were expecting and we will not be back to this location. Comfort Inn has always been great for us until this visit.

Rooms were very small and there was musty smell. The receptiin on cable was very poor. Very few English channels. The breakfast however was excellent and the lady attending was very attentive , friendly and helpful.
