Four words: Jerk Chicken Spring Rolls. If you haven't had them, you need to go and have them. My top contender for the best appetizer on any Jamaican restaurant menu. So incredibly satisfying and flavourful with pieces of chicken, plantain and vegetables. Amazing. Honourable mention also goes to the Red Stripe Wings. For a heavier meal, I highly recommend the Mac & Cheese Crockpot with Oxtail. The Oxtail is hidden at the bottom of a mountain of macaroni and cheese, and is such a pleasant surprise. Incredibly heavy though and does leave you stuffed!

I visited once before but for work. This time was vacation. I had the Jerk Port platter that came with sweet potato, plantains and festival. My daughter had the mac and cheese with ox tail. Great service and the food was so good😍. 10/10 I highly recommend everyone to visit once in Jamaica. The meat was so tender and flavourful. Portions good size too.

I love this restaurant it’s big, the food was amazing and the waiters were friendly. The waiter also gave great suggestions for drinks. Even the security took pictures for us. This restaurant has great staff and attentive management. The ambiance is great, so was the music and the drinks. The wait for our order was not long at all about 10 mins. Honestly the best Alfredo I've ever tasted; superb is the word for it. Just minus the bread in the middle that crunched like crackers. I didn’t like that at all. The wings in beer sauce could have been better but they were okay. The chicken toco with the soft shell tasted amazing but it was really hard to eat, as the cabbage kept Falling out. The drinks were divine. The ambiance is sporty and true to its name. This place is very nice for a girls night, a date night or even a family night out as they have nice booths where you can sit with your family. They were playing old Jamaican mixes which set a rootsy, smooth tone. Service was good. In all it was a wonderful experience ❣❣❣ I will remember next time to charge my phone so I can have a pic of everything🥰

Love the ambiance The food is always good and the prices are reasonable for the type of business. The staff was professional and very patient. I say patient because my sister who was part of the group is not an easy customer to deal with. The drinks menu is also 👍 Music selection was great, a good experience.

Definitely a must stop when in Kingston! We visited on the last night of our three week stay and honestly wish I would've stopped before because I definitely would've returned! The location itself is very well decorated and I love all of the records that are found everywhere, as well as sports memorabilia! The staff were not the friendliest , but it was late maybe they were tired. I recommend the jerk chicken egg rolls and the jerk chicken burger!

Food was great. I think I went on a low turn out day. There wasn't a lot of persons but I got a chance to watch the Cinema TV. It was a wonderful and almost peaceful atmosphere. Only thing that ruined it (Based on what I was looking for) were 2 children with a little bit too much energy right beside me.

Food was good changed the recipe for the desert and still have it listed on the menu even though it isn't made with flambe bananas.

So we went there today and i got the fruitopia for drinks and curried seafood. The seafood was lacking flavor and I just didn't like it. The fish came in junks. I ate the shrimp and throw away the food and my bf drank the rest of the fruitopia because I didn't like it either.

The restaurant was pretty empty for a Saturday afternoon. The staff was super friendly and our waitress was very nice. The drinks were good as well. It does need to be updated a bit seeing as it felt dated. The restaurant was out of wings at the time of my visit. The Coconut Shrimp and Jerk Chicken Spring roll s get 5 stars alone! The jerk aioli dipping sauce was worth duplicating at home. The rice and peas was extra dry and the Oxtails were NOT falling off the bone. Complete disappointment and waste of money (oxtails).I would go back for the appetizers.

The place was full to the capacity, we were seated without any menus, however our server Abital came to our table and introduced herself. It was amazing how she knew the entire menu in and out quickly, and made recommendations, however the food took forever to come out. Abbey made our drinks which were delicious, food was good just had to wait long. Our server entertained us right through! Please ask for Abbey, her service was on point. She let us enjoyed our night, we will be back!

I had to wait 1 whole hour for my food as we were about to leave they served us. Food was not bad but if we had to wait so long to eat it don't even make sense.

I usually have a good time at Tracks and Record. The appetizers are sizeable, the ambiance and decor is good and so are the servers. The food is also good. Great place to chill and enjoy with family or friends.

We visited for the ital cooking class and all the food prepared here smells and tastes delicious. Ibby was a great host too, and obviously the location is just perfect. Absolutely recommended!

So we were driving past and saw a sign that said ital food, pull over! Well I didn't expect what I found. Inside under the canopy of trees was a little restaurant with grandma sitting near the entrance. A cosy little spot with an amazing menu. You have got to try the fritters, and vegan nuggets. I also had the lentil stew. Going by what I ordered I can imagine the rest of the menu was just as tasty. So much so that on our way back from the days events we drove back around to get some more fritters, not surprisingly they were sold out, but the nuggets weren't. We got such a warm welcome. Lovely family run business, the lady clearly cooks with love. I will be stopping by anytime I'm in the area ❤️

I'm sorry that the photos don't do it justice. I had the mutton and plain rice and it was WONDERFUL, very well cooked. My friend had the oxtail which could have done with a bit more cooking time for it to b"fall off the bone" but the flavours were all there. I don't have to recommend this restaurant because the food, the ambiance and the professional staff speak for itself. It was quite for a Tuesday lunch so I'd like to return on, say, a Friday night. A big thank you to the staff. 5* for the meal

We had so much fun! The port ribs with sweet and Irish mashed potatoes was divine! Dessert was a sinfully delicious chocolate cake. And for my ward she had buffalo wings with chips and milk shake. Truly a pleasant experience. Service was good. The general vibe was great 🙂

Adequate food, great vybz but poor service I've been here 3 times and my first visit wasn't too bad as the place was full so I gave it another chance because the atmosphere is cool, after my second visit, not so much I went with a party, we ordered and waited a good 45 min before food was distributed and I only got a side of fries lol I ordered an entree and a extra side of fries and got only the fries and after 10/15 min of waiting I decided to call the waitress over to tell them to cancel my order cause I lost my appetite, 3rd visit, was not optional as I was invited out, I ordered a pasta with a tomato sauce reduction od some sort and it was disgusting, all I tasted was garlic, after explaining my issues to the waitress, the chef came out.... told me off.... and basically asked me to choose something else since that was how it was supposed to taste😒🤢🤮

Food was amazing spent my 2nd month anniversary there in July it was my first time there too had a great experience. Ordered my dessert but I didn't get so I just let it slide hence the 4 stars. Otherwise from that everything else was good and even the bathroom was in good condition aswell. Was just a good authentic jamaican experience

Very good restaurant. Wings are amazing. Overall meals are great. I even took their "Hot Steppa" sauce 💀. Not overly priced, but you can check their menu online to plan your spending in advance. Rembr to consider tip or service charges after you tabulate your bill.

Also doing away completely with physical menus is not feasible for those who don't have a smart device on them at the time. The food is excellent. A bit tricky to find as it is tucked away in a little strip like mall off the main road. It would help to have a billboard or sign close to the main road. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Again food is very flavorful. I do think the price point is a bit high and wonder how locals afford to come here. I bought the platter which costs $26 USD and is the same cost compared to platters in the USA. Other than that shocker, a solid choice for anyone seeking out good ambience and food.

Didn't like the service, the mac & cheese crusted oxtail was just okay & the strawberry daiquiri tasted like it was made with regular strawberry syrup. The side "salad" was ONE slice of cucumber, some lettuce and 2 lemon wedges.

Nice place to have some food and drinks, food can take some time to be served but it is very good. The souvenir store is small with some merchandise, could have more products.

I took my family here for dinner, we were seated at 7:59 p.m, Tricia took order at 8:10 and we waited for 1hour 35mins, with no apologies! Server didn’t apologized or said anything! OVERALL EXPERIENCE - Ambience was alright and the place looked and felt somewhat fine. Problems came up when a live band came around to perform. It was much too loud for me to even talk with the rest of the people I came with and to even order food from the waitress. Visibility was awful to the point where you would need to seriously watch where you're going if you're walking around as a member of my party nearly tripped and fell at the restaurant. Along with this, it wasn't easy to see the menu in the lack of lighting. Another thing is that drink/dessert menus were not even provided to my party and when ordering the drinks, the server failed to clarify/explain what exactly was on the drink menu that was nowhere to be seen, so it was something like a blind ordering where you did not know what you were getting. Along with this, the servers gave us tap water instead of regular spring water because they supposedly ran out of bottled water. Restaurants of this size should seriously have enough stock to distribute amongst patrons, and that seriously disappointed my party and I. FOOD - The food was okay, but a little lackluster. Portion sizes were small for the price but that wasn't too much of an issue. CUSTOMER SERVICE - The customer service wasn't that good as the server took very long to even bring the drinks for us to at least try and get our minds off the fact that we were hungry. The server was even trying to force us to pay a tip of a certain amount for the bad service. They couldn't even give us some water to drink while we waited for over half an hour for the food. In conclusion: Usain Bolt's Tracks & Records is an okay place to come and eat, drink and maybe have a laugh, but one must be aware that this restaurant isn't that great, and really isn't up to standard. From the standpipe-type faucets in the bathrooms to the loud and overbearing music to even the horrible lighting that people could run the risk of injury. The food isn't that great either and it'd probably be better to stay home and cook your own food.

Phenomenal experience. Televisions face all seats so we were able to see the races . Of course I chose to turn my seat to watch the gigantic screen tv. The food was authentic Jamaican food. I had a Jerk chicken burger with plantain and fries. Excellent. The jerk did hit the spot. When the races were going on with Jamaica, the patrons and therefore myself cheered . I absolutely loved the chill experience with my cousin. I will definitely go back to watch all the evening races when I can.

Went recently for a Gustazos deal they had going on. I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta and my partner had ordered the curry mutton. The food was delicious although there was a bit of a wait. The drinks (fruit punch cocktail) were good although my bf ordered non alcoholic and got alcoholic. We also bought the jerk chicken spring rolls which is my all time favourite dish to eat. Overall it was a great experience minus the wait time, definitely would go again.

I went here when it just opened. Food was okay then and it's about the same now, a bit lackluster. Service was good. The venue is set up for sports (lots of tv screens) and also can be transformed into a club vibe.

This was my second visit; the first was on my birthday, and the experience was terrific. This visit, however, was lacking in a few areas, namely customer experience. As a trained professional with experience in the service industry; there were a few things I anticipated. The waitress did not introduce herself or check on the table. We weren't aware of the time that the kitchen closed therefore, we didn't get to order an entree.

The oxtail was mashed out, salty, and overall did not taste good. The rice and peas was tough. Waitress did her job and did it well. The service was excellent, but I would’ve rather bought food on the street side. Way better flavor. This restaurant is overrated! This was my second time going and it wasn’t great!

Was seated very quickly, lovely spacious seating area, own tv but it’s a shame we didn’t have the remote as almost all other TVs were showing English football and our one was American football which we would have preferred English premier league. Anyway the food was amazing I had the bbq cheese and bacon burger, this was so filling it came with chips and onion rings. The chips needed a bit of salt and they didn’t even offer any salt or pepper but we easily done without it. Overall the food was delicious, the ambiance was lovely. Would deffo recommend

Food I ordered for my daughter(kids burger was spoiled and smelled). Waitress did not listen to my order and brought me the wrong thing for my order...Assistant manager was combating my dissatisfaction rather than listen and apologizing. I remember it like yesterday, and this was four years ago. This is my worst restaurant experience. I would not even recommend my enemy to this restaurant. I went here for my 21st birthday. The food was not palatable. I ordered shrimp pasta, I took two mouthfuls and could not eat the rest. My friends' burgers were burnt. They get one star for the entertainment.

Restaurant is very nicely themed and staff was courteous. AC wasn't working well when we went so we spent most of our visit sweating. Food was typical of a sports bar so don't go expecting much more. Perfect place to watch a big game and hang out for lunch.

Boy it's the first time I ever went somewhere and say make it spicy and it was actually spicy (an entire scotch bonnet cut up on the pasta) ensured that. I finally met my spice match and was laughed to scorn by my friend. Notwithstanding, I enjoyed the meal especially the jerk chicken spring roll. You should definitely try it.
