I’m never disappointed when I go here. Food is good and the attendants are friendly enough. The upstairs dining is very spacious!

I like the new spacious look. Five stars for one of the healthiest fast food places in Jamaica, using local products and helping to market our famous Jerked chicken. Try their festivals as a side. Satisfaction is the crowd favorite.

My son and I ate here the food was good, we sat upstairs and had a nice view of the shopping center.

What and experience after leaving Manor pk where I live to go to twin gate plaza as my local island grill had closed early I found that the restaurant was fairly busy after waiting in line for about 20 minute I finally got to the cashier who was definitely not in the mood to give customer service when ask by my friend what she good recommended to eat her reply read the menu i just would like to point out that the staff that you employ in different areas of you business tend to have a different attitude the women a Manor Park are pleasant polite and very informative and go out of there way to make sure your feel welcome in your establishment and that your experience is a good one I would like to mention that the youg lady who name was Melissa was much more helpful that her colleague wouldn't go back to twin gate to eat we need to stay in our area that is Manor pk

Just a girl obsessed with their Jus Nuff (1/4 jerk chicken & festivals), the escoveitch fish is fire🔥, I love the soup and the steam vegetables. This franchise is so far the best I've gone to in terms of customer service...so kudos.

I used online ordering offered by Island Grill on their website. BIG MISTAKE!!! There is a notice prior to placing the order that no changes, refunds or cancellations can be made once the order had been placed. This would not be an issue, if the website indicated what is available at the location selected. When I went to collect my food, I was told that an item was not available, and I would have to take something I did not want which DID NOT cover the cost paid. Additionally, my samdwich was not complete and I was not informed that some of the ingredients were unavailable. This was a highly disappointing experience at an establishment which I usually enjoy. I definitely would not advise ordering from their website.

On several occasions I've visited this particular location and evertime this location keeps making errors with my order. Never leave this place without checking your order or you will be surprised/disappointed.

Open til late on the weekends, this Island Grill is one of the few restaurants serving local dishes in a central and convenient location. *They also always have soup and give you nice big pieces of chicken unlike some of the other branches. *Be sure to try to fried green plantains as well as their latest item the fried breadfruit. *Yaadstyle anything comes with fried ripe plantains so if you’re a plantain-lover try those combos out!

The food was great and the Chicken was very tender Jerk Chicken and Festival

Went in the evening around 10 pm, and they had the veggie stew peas. I mention this because other locations in the evening typically are out. Also, they are open a bit later. I asked for extra bags, and they kindly provided them. Was a good experience!

One of the better branches in Kingston, in terms of presentation and atmosphere. The food is as expected and service is good. Only issue is the leaking AC, which has been the case for a when, when standing in the line to cash.

Just had a terrible experience at this location. First they gave me one meal when I paid for three. Then my chicken sandwich was as cold as if it just left the fridge. After they ‘fixed’ the problem my chicken was at room temperature & as tasteless as can be. They were out of plantain as well despite offering combos with them.

Food is always good but I would love for the spices, especially pimento, to not be in each bite. Can't these be put in a mesh or muslin bag? The flavor would still come thru in the food without me biting into pimento or scallion.

Best fast food I've ever had. The place was clean, smelled good, was well ventilated and you can see the kitchen clearly. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend

Great food without a doubt. Well seasoned and properly cooked. But ...it's best to check your order even if the staff says that everything is in the bag. You might go home and get your heart broken when there's no salad dressing, escovitch sauce, extra festivals etc in the bag. This seems to happen alot during busy periods at different locations but for Twin Gates ...4 stars for shorting me 4 festivals recently. I love Island Grill regardless!

Food is good after making your purchase there's no order it the wild west. No customer service noise absolutely no directions the delivery services bike riders are scary. Bouncing all over the place no supervision needs urgent attention

The food is for the most part, lovely. They try to be very consistent also. The jerk and barbeque are great. I LOVE island Grill 🙂

Wait time was short and the area was clean and spacious. The staff was also courteous. A great place to have lunch.

First thing I should say is the food taste very good, Buttttttt the customer service is extremely poor. I was there waiting for 43 minutes to be exact then I went by the counter to ask if my order was ready and this girl her nametag says Faloon she looked me in the eyes and asked me "what you want a raw burger" then she walked away and I felt so disrespected infront all those customer and that just ruined my evening but I tell myself the next time I'm gonna pull her over the counter.

Hope to see a reinstatement of late Night operations. It was always one to look forward to when on the road late. Apart from this atmosphere always welcoming and security on spot at all times

The customer service need improvement, the cashier and servers need to understand that not everything you should discuss in front of customers. There pumpkin rice is awesome, I'm disappointed with the meat portions.....two pieces of bone🤨, I think you need to stop doing steam vegetable, it smells horrible and the kitchen staff don't know how to prepare it....you don't use oil to steam vegetables. I love the space upstairs tho, clean and quiet for meals.

One of my favourite things about this place is the extra seating upstairs. The lower level tends to be a little crowded, esp during peak hours, but upstairs seems to be calm and quiet.

I like Island Grill but the quality of the franchise has fallen significantly over the years...chicken is most times not properly done inside and the steamed veg is quite often raw and full of onions.... I notice the festivals are getting extremely thin of late! As the prices increase, the quality and quantity decrease

Always out of leg and thigh. The breast they served instead could be used to start a fire, which they possibly did since it was burnt and the cashier clearly is being held there against her will, it showed in her demeanor, face and service.

Jerk chicken was average. The skin of the chicken didn't have the fat rendered out so I couldn't enjoy it as it was so rubbery. The BBQ sauce packets were impossible to open. The green plantains were like cardboard and tasteless. You're better off getting jerk chicken from one the street vendors. Also took FOREVER to get your order. Hard pass for me.

Disappointed that i had to clean the table myself before eating my lunch. Food was good and the expected turnaround for a fast food place

Food is healthy, and the taste is consistently good 👍 😋. My first choice place when I want to order food.

Most of the staff are very nice. But a few need to go work street side to fit their attitude.

Everything was right I didn't of to wait for a long while the workers was so busy by attending to we the customers for us to get our correct food that we purchased so that we could get out as quick as possible I really appreciate what they have done

I usually order jerk chicken with rice and peas or festival or steam veg. Sometimes the leg quarter isn't wort it based on the size. But there are times I see the value for money. The soup is expensive but it taste really good. They need to work on adding more protein when serving the soup to customers. The customer service is usually good for the most part. The restaurant is usually kept clean and everyone enters have to follow COVID-19 protocols. P.S. The green juice is really refreshing!

I really like their food options and the reasonable prices. Customer service was average and needs working on. What i didn't appreciate was the flat burger slang the Yabba with little meat and Lots of potatoes.

Island Grill has done well in maintaining their level of professionalism and service over the years. Enjoy their soups; their meals are reasonably priced and affordable.

Customer service is ok and everything but the food is getting sloppy. The rice is like I got the pot bottom and it's dry, no salt it's fresh and all I taste is a little sugar in it....the meat is ok though.

The festivals were a disappointment after getting 12 extra. The pumpkin rice was not good either. The prices are too high. The ripe plantain however was good.

When on the go and as a vegi lover, i can get a quick (yabba meal) vegi chunks with pumpkin or calaloo rice .. great flavour for your money.

Customer service needs improvement. They are a little more pricey compared to others with the same service and product. The quality of the product is not maintained.

My last visit before yesterday was years ago but I enjoyed my meal yesterday which consists of fried green plantain and jerk chicken, which I fulljoyed although it was a little bit. It's better than KFC to me and tastier. I'll be returning soon anyway 😌

Good food but u guys need to listen I said fries and the lady gave me the opposite u guys need to step up your game.

I had to check the order and have them correct it before I left the counter. The staff was friendly however they are not paying attention to the packaging of the orders and that causes a problem.

Soup always a finish, management need to improve, staff are unpleasant and unprofessional at times. They argue in front of customers too. Please train staff in human relations. I've seen it happen in different locations. The most professional branch is the one in manor park. I have no complaints for them

The food here is consistent and good with reasonable potion sizes. You might be deterred from the outside by what seems to be a crowd, however the wait time is relatively quick.

I give a satisfactory rating for this location. The cashier who took my order the last time I visited was pleasant but there is really nothing else that is worthy of mention, just average service overall.

Very long line but it was lunch-time in a very busy area. Food was good, we took advantage of the seating upstairs. There was a WC on-site.

Frankly I prefer going all the way to this branch than going to the one at Sovereign Centre (I live closer to there), especially as it relates to customer service. Plus they open later - til 1am on weekends!
