The service started on time, the therapists were professional and informative about what was going to be done and the products used. The facilities were in good condition and COVID protocols were followed. I had a great experience and enjoyed my massage and facial, I would go here again.

Customer Service is top notch, there were a few hiccups (no fault of theirs), but the way they handled it? I wish more businesses were like this 😩. They communicated throughout the entire process…. My masseur was not only professional but actually knew what he was doing! I decided to do a deep tissue UB because I had been experiencing so much discomfort in my back 😣, and lemme just say I not only felt lighter but the discomfort had been significantly reduced. I got tips on what to do going forward and not only that but I left feeling more educated about Deep Tissue massage. So Matthew big up yuhself!!!

It was my first visit and a great experience. I felt very relaxed and quite comfortable. The atmosphere was quite welcoming and to top it off, I was prayed for by management at the end of the session. Awesome! I'll definitely recommend my colleagues to visit. All being well, I'll be going back!
