My experience with Jan's cakes have always way surpassed my expectations!!! I'm confused by the fact that I see people leaving less than 5 star reviews. Her cakes are beautiful... works of art and she aims to WOW her customers. You really cant go wrong!

Excellent service, I was having a bad day and she made it better with just a small gesture. I mean look at this beautiful cake. This cake was such a hit, I have friends who are gonna now use Jan for upcoming events. Just excellent😂

Great variety of meals. The food never disappoints. However, I have to admit that the customer service is very poor. I have been there many times for lunch and the wait time is atrocious. After visiting for over 2 years I thought it would have improved but it stays the same.

Warm, welcoming, awesome tasting food and pastries. It takes a little bit of wait to get your order but it's worth the wait. I enjoy coming here all the time. Not suitable for dining but you can take out your food. I love the pannini, cheese cakes and Mac and cheese etc. Just to name a few. Oh by the way Jan' s Mac and cheese is made from scratch. That's something she boast on.
