They not only make sure everything is taken care of but they provide very helpful counseling sessions that help to mentally prep you for your interview, and when you think that's it, the journey continues. They keep close contact to make sure everything goes well with picking up your visa and planning the date to travel. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially those who are embarking on this journey for the first time, this is definitely the agency to call.

Hands down the most informative and experienced travel agent I’ve ever worked with!! Working with Sasha didn’t feel like just another business ever interaction felt personalized and process was so simple and easy it felt like I had to do nothing but show up at the embassy. I also signed up to do the coaching session which I definitely would recommend that everyone does because the questions are the same questions asked at the interview. I was wowed when Sasha called me the night before my interview at 9pm and reassured me because I definitely needed it and I received another 40 missed calls the morning of my interview as she was anxious to hear the good news. I love this travel service, dealing Sasha is quite an experience like never before. I bought a round trip ticket to Panama to Mexico and also to return and those ticket now is very expensive nearly $400,000. Every question i have she answered eventually i changed my mind about the trip for reasons. I asked for a refund and I received it back without any problems or any money withdrew. I was messed up a couple times by a travel agent and also could not get a refund back. I was hesitant at first because of the company's name but then I tried and here i am happily writing a review.
