Come early and be prepared to wait a long time. Clinic works on a number system. Take a number wait for it to be called, register, pay, and get covid test. Lots of people waiting so bring something to eat. Come to the clinic and follow sign to back of building where you obtain your number and wait to be called. Social distance observed here so wear a mask and bring your hand sanitizer. Very friendly nursing staff here.

Nice location. Parking can be a challenge but they have additional parking spaces close by.

Very bad customer service call experience to the Focus Opthalmology center just now, called to Inquire about an appointment that I have there, the rep basically hung up the phone on me after being very rude. It was so bad it would take more than a paragraph to write. I called on February 11, 2020 around 4:50pm in case feedback matters.

Made an appointment here 4 days in advance, showed up and the rude receptionist said she don't make an appointment for that day and that she can't help me. Obviously, this place only cater to certain type of people. The receptionist at gynaecologist has no manners.

Dr. Basir has been a blessing, his diagnosis has always been spot on and he offers great referrals. If I could give 100stars I would. He saved my life (bilateral pulmonary embolism) before even the CT scan confirmed it. Referred a friend who couldn't walk he is now walking with a cane (won't say what was wrong not my business) I won't ever forget it

Went here because my mom had fallen and hit her head so she had to do an MRI. Overall, everyone here is very kind and compassionate and they would try to put theirselves in your shoes to take to scale how devastated you are and try to comfort you.

Did my Covid test for travel and the service was very good. The rest was awful 😷. Took my daughter and no problem. We got the results in my email. Highly recommended

Dr Basir is a great person, great doctor, great friend. He's my doctor for more than 10 years now and also my friend, he's like a father to me. He's very thorough with his work, spend time and assess the situation and fix the issue. Very accurate and he also follow thru with his patients, very important. Continue to do what you do best, save life!! One love

Call and ask for Apex in error. the lady who answered was very unprofessional. Seemed as if she was annoyed that i ask for apex. She proceed to rush me off the phone and when I ask to speak with someone who is more customer-centric or a surgeon, she transfer me to a number that just kept ringing.

I have rung a few medical centers in the hope of receiving a Covid PCR test for travel, and by far they have been the most professional and caring people I have spoken to. Ms. Dixon who took my call was extremely professional and caring immediately making me feel at ease. Thank you Ms. Dixon!
