It was hard to find at first. You guys need direction signs. The wait was a bit long and the supervisor had to tell staff to assist us; not good customer service.

It took very long to get serviced. However the quality of the product was great.

When I said out loud that I had posted my concern about holding for such a long time, the call was promptly disconnected. Quite deliberate and extremely poor!

Tried to get some stickers printed. Called initially to see the process, was told to send an email with the request for a quote. Got an automated email that instructed me to call the same number I did originally. I also did this, spoke to someone who said I should get a response on my email in the next 15 minutes. An hour and a half later nothing, no email no call. So I call back and am now told that my email is probably in a queue and is unsure when I will get a response. . . Request being made on Friday and I need the stickers for Sunday. So I ask her if I would be able to get them for Sunday. Lady on the phone says she does not know. . Like how ridiculous. They must have forgotten they aren’t they only printery in Kingston. I told her then I’m better off reaching out to some other companies ‘cricket cricket’. So I say okay thanks for all that helpful info. Hopefully the boss will read this and get their point person of the business in line. Customer first. Waste of my time. Bad customer service. Classic Jamaican customer service I should say- terrible.

Quick and easy service, I was able to print and collect a 4"x5" image on canvas in less than 24hrs. Superb!

I always get assistance from them when I call. The printing services are also nice and quick except the vinyl stuff but they do give you an accurate turnover time. They do good work but service at the store is trash. Imagine waiting 1 hour with only 2 people ahead of you just to pay for something as I completed everything else online beforehand. Workers moving back and forth, many of them, yet no one said a word to the customers. Another customer was grumbling that it was always like this when she came. That's horrible.

Efficient setup, helpful and courteous staff, quick service and high quality products. I am always pleased with the quality of the prints I get from them. The prices aren't bad either. I've tried other similar businesses but the quality is never the same.

Doing business here on Saturdays is a nightmare. Prepare to send over 2 hrs or more waiting. More staff is needed for that day.

I called on Saturday and ask the operator if I had a small adjustment to be made if it can be done she says yes just speak with one of or representative. 15 minutes later I arrive at the location ask the representative to just put the picture on the document for me, he says that it a Saturday and they don't make adjustments on Saturday. After begging and pleading to him how important it is and urgent and I don't know how to he still refuse and starts giving me a whole lot of attitude. Then he had me stood there not paying me any mind at all while starting assisting others. While standing there he just totally ignored me and my request.

One of the best printerys in Kingston with a wide variety of services including large format printing. A detailed pricelist can be found on their website online. Usually pretty busy so be sure to budget adequate time to get your job done.

Pretty much the easiest way to get things printed. Great service inhouse but I wish they would improve their experience via email.

Here at hot off the press u can get a variety of things done an also on a timely manner, here u can get personalized calender for office purposes or personal, here they also do flyers, banners, u name it they have it at an affordable price, they also have good customer service.

The waiting period to speak with an agent was extremely long. Customer service needs to be addressed. The process from request to payment needs to be revisited. On a positive note the turnaround time for job to be completed was quick. The space was clean.

The service was great and the staff I dealt with very friendly and helpful. He even suggested ways I could save on my printing job and the turn around for my prints was immediate. The cost was also reasonable. Happy I went there.

I do most of my printing work here. It is affordable and of high quality. The wait can be a bit long during peak period but otherwise they work fast. I have printed flyers, posters, foam boards, Tshirts, Flexi banners, cards and all sorts. I usually will go with my design and print but they do have people that can help with designing. I’ll definitely recommend!

One shop stop for printing and reasonably priced. Would recommend to get the waiting queue number as you step in and then you forward your documents for printing. Once printed you will be informed to pay the amount and thereafter you collect the prints. AC works well and have adequate seating, at times thier service is slow.

The offer every service you can think of that has to do with printing and postage. Their prices are reasonable and competitive and they offer discounts too (the best part). Their service is fast for the jobs. You must email the file prior to printing if it has an electronic version. The quality of the print is good. They have good opening hours and very good customwr service.

A supervisor corrected a set of poorly printed copies without a murmur and waived the bill for the first batch of new copies that I required to have done.
