The absolute worse place to buy a car, if it was possible to give this zero stars I would, a warning to all future buyers avoid this place trust me the customer experience is awful and be prepared to be treated with disrespect once you have made your deposit on a vehicle and expect little to no assistance from any of the workers concerning anything about the car you have made a deposit on and please be reminded that if you try to get a refund of your money you'll only get a fraction of what you deposited even if it's less than 24 hours you made the deposit. Words can't explain the disgust of this place. Try another car dealer anyone except auto channel.

If it was possible to give this place zero stars I would, more than once. When it is that you have to wait 6 months for the purchase of one car, that is not good customer nor business service. When you ask for a particular car I understand the issue in in sourcing said car but at least keep said customer whose deposit you have taken, on the progress of the purchase. If it is the customer who has to initiate everything about the transaction something is wrong. Told I was getting a particular color car, resigned myself to it, only to be told no it is not that color but white...if is one thing I hate is a white car....good thing though they offered to change the color, under much duress, I still shake my head. If it is a must you shop here be prepared...be very prepared for a frustrating journey...

Beware!!!! They are very deceptive. The vehicles are defective and they're skillful in hiding the defects. When you purchase the vehicle and start driving it within a month or two you will surely have all sorts of mechanical problems . The prices are not bad but in the end it does not work out

Update 16.01.2020: Mi finally get back mi money....dodged a bullet with this one..but Christmas and New year's Eve 2019 i will never get back..... They ruined all my plans Pros: The deposit refund cheque did not bounce 🙏😂🤣.....glad that's over.... Cons: Lies and more lies.....i still cannot recommend, because between Oct 2019 and when the last straw pop mi back, still no working car (2017 Subaru Impreza Sport Wagon) delivered yet, and more promises and lies. They don't even call me to lie anymore. They just pretend not to have my money.... lol 😂 A going fix them business....legally....anyhow they try to my steal my deposit. Deliver or refund now.

The customer service is very poor, I bought my first car at auto channel and trust me, the memories isn't anything to write home about. They took the fun out of such a great experience and a major investment. They lie about a lot of things. They barely patched and hide some of the damages on the vehicle which became visible in no time. The most disturbing one is the fact that they sold me the car with snow tyres which is not for our weather type. I didn't realize since this was my first experience and when I took home the vehicle this was pointed out to me and I went back to ask them to change them and they refused to. The manager himself go on about it, up until today they hadn't changed them.

I was using my credit card to purchase a car and they charged a 3% fee, we all know they have make a tidy profit on vehicles. Then I had to wait weeks for them to get it cleared.... Fast forward to 3 months after that I went to purchase another vehicle from them and went through the bank. Their were challenges with bank loans officers which resulted in a delay and I was charged a late fee because the bank took too long. I reminded the boss man about the delay with the previous vehicle but that didn't matter.... Never again

They got vehicles no doubt, but I don't think any are for sale...in the 8 minutes we spent there, no agent came out to say welcome much less try to inspire a sale..as my companion said, doesn't seem our money was showing. This was actually my 2nd time there, similar play out...❌ of my list.

Helpful and courteous staff with really good customer service....that's not too common nowadays. Would recommend them if you're looking to purchase really good quality vehicles at reasonable prices
