A great help in getting to places I'm not sure about their location.

Courteous, professional staff. A visit to this branch of JNGI was a pleasant one. The staff staff was courteous and treated me professionally. They are also well aware of the options available for any insurance product that you may be interested in. Consequently, you are provided with full information that allows you to make an informed decision. There is no high pressure sales pitch so you don't act under duress. I would recommend that they be visited to get an alternative insurance quote before you settle on your provider.

The most unprofessional institution!!! Your dishonest client caused an accident and you all behave as though this person is in the right!!!! You refused to settle the claim before you bar these dishonest people. Who gives expired documents and refuse to report the accident and then deny it???!!! Do your work and stop penalizing the victims JN insurance!!!!!

I had to use Google Maps to find the place as New Kingston can be a bit confusing. I however able to find the parking lot that is located behind the main building on another street. The Security Guard was very helpful and allowed me to enter from the rear of the institution and to go to the Security Officer at the Front entrance to collect my ticket number. My wait was very short, the representative was very friendly and helpful and overall I got through in record time. Big up to all the staff at the JN General Insurance, New Kingston Branch. Keep up the good work.😊💯💪

The wait was out of this world and then to learn that only two persons were working at the desk... I suppose we doing alot of nothing.
