Dreadful customer service. The worst ever car-hire experience. We booked a 15-seater bus, but when we came to collect it we were given an 8-seater car. The manager was totally unhelpful, arrogant, dismissed our concerns and told us that the 8-seater car was 'in the same category' as the 15-seater bus. She justified this by saying that there were two tiny seats under the floor in the trunk, but these could only fit small children and left no room at all for luggage. We felt that we had been scammed. I strongly recommend that you avoid this branch of Avis.

Pros: Best daily rates, quickest service...rent a car and drive off in 10 mins or less....really!!! Cons: NONE Observation: Beautiful female representatives.... don't ask me about males, I don't care lol 😂

Best car rentals in Jamaica. We judged on them having the best price if you have the right credit card. Always a reliable car but not the latest available. We preferred reliable over flashy. All Personnel we encountered treated us very well. 5 stars +. Thanks Avis.
