😠 Dhl have a very poor customer service...when I say very I mean very..... a package was send to me on the 20 of August up until today sep 20 I'm yet to receive it....most communications where made by me....I send emails they went no reply talk to customers service they will return my call I waited...     Dhl have a very poor customer service...when I say very I mean very..... a package was send to me on the 20 of August up until today sep 20 I'm yet to receive it....most communications where made by me....I send emails they went no reply talk to customers service they will return my call I waited an entire day waiting on a return call none ......When u talk about ppl being lies Check dhl..... it's not fair to say you offer express service when you don't.. . Communicate with you customers..... this is the first and the last I will ever use this service....they even give misleading information... I want to know what you ppl called express.....DHL need to sort themselves out.... and I'm awaiting my package......no apologies needed

    I experienced the most in efficient, unreliable service with this company. They had me waiting for an urgent package for almost 3 weeks. Everyday I would receive an automated email stating that my "package is awaiting customs clearance" & if I didn't call to check on the status of the package, I would not have know that I needed to submit my TRN & I.D. in order for the package to be processed. I had to pay for my package & I constantly expressed the urgency & even after that, at the last minute I still had to go pick it up myself as I was told that the couriers had already left & my package would not be delivered that day..... very poor customer service, no urgency...I might aswell had used the post office, I would have gotten my package in the same timeline & wouldn't have had to pay so much.

    Very poor service, vague and ambiguous information. When seeking to track my package the system says it’s on hold. I’ve been calling for my package that was supposed to be delivered a few days ago only to be told it will be delivered next business day. It feels like dhl works on their convenience. Communication is poor. Tara offers better customer service.

    Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had with any shipping company. - Terrible customer service - A lack of people skills - No updates via call or text so you will be left uninformed about what's happening with your package. - You will very likely just have to forget about your item which is sad

    I am not sure how their processes work because I don't use them often. I had a document to send so I called for information. Was given good, very specific information about steps to take and the different mailing options for these. I was also told of a current special going on and what my transaction would cost. Having decided which mailing option to choose I went to New Kingston to mail my package. I was quoted $4,000.00 more than I was expecting! I told the clerk what I was quoted over the phone and she said "oh the special..." (like really!???) Of course my question to her was, is it that you have to ASK for the special price to get it? To which she responded "yes"πŸ€”. Now I don't know if it is just me... Should customers have to ask for something they can benefit from if they don't know of its existence in the first place? Or should the clerk inform the customer of this awesome opportunity the DHL is extending to its customers to show how much they are valued and appreciated? I really don't get it... So what could have been an awesome in store experience because the service otherwise was smooth, quick and hassle free, left a πŸ€” πŸ™„ 😠 with me... SMH

    Sheldon at the Hainings Rd, Kingston Jamaica office did not only give me hope conducting business with DHL again but also with doing business in Jamaica. It’s really horrible trying to do any business in Jamaica. The staff whom I have encountered so far are unprofessional, sounds angry, lack of product knowledge, unfriendly and the list goes on. I was having an extremely bad experience trying to get a very important document to my recipient in the expected time frame. I called DHL and everyone gave me the runaround until I called and got Sheldon. He went out of his way to call the delivery driver for as long as 30 minutes, unfortunately the driver did not answer. The next day (today, May 3, 2023) was my mom’s appointment and the document was needed at the U.S. Embassy. I called and got Sheldon who literally got on the phone and gave directions to the recipient to the office until she made it. Sheldon left his desk and personally handed the document to my recipient who made it to the Embassy just in time to hand it over to my mom. He saved DHL from a claim, a very bad review, and a report to the Better Business Bureau. He has done so much better than those on the investigation team. Sheldon was professional, yet friendly, empathetic, and had excellent product knowledge. Overall, he went above and beyond to help with a technical situation that got not only me frustrated but all other family members and caregivers who were involved. The world at large need to have more people like Sheldon. He understands the meaning of urgency and what true customer service is. He is a Diamond in the rough. Hats off and salute to you Sheldon 🫑.

    We paid for express shipping from Canada. The package got to Jamaica on time. The customer service here was terrible. We had to follow up with them when we didn't receive the package. They advised that the package was still at the office and they didn't know when we would get it. We had to go to the office and pick it up. The customer service reps were unapologetic.

    What I liked about DHL is that instead of standing in line, you sit in line. Each export/import order is thoroughly handled by the DHL rep so this will result in a somewhat lengthy wait time. The environs are clean, secure and ample parking is provided for the customers.

    Been here two times now to dispatch packages πŸ“¦ and was very pleased with the customer service. They were very clear with what was to be done, and very helpful with sorting and repacking the items.

    I have wait outside for around 20 minutes then come inside and wait another 30 minutes. For customer service area they need a better service the same customer service representative doing collecting and delivery at the same time they are very slow here

    The attendant at the service counter knows her stuff. Very fast and efficient. International shipping isn't cheap but the professionalism causes repeat business from me.

    They embark up in helping their customers with know how, keen advice and alacrity. While others at a larger known logistics services provider are dismissive and cold, DHL agents were warm and instructive so as to meet the customers needs. DHL over the others from now on.

    This is by far the worst experience I've had today....first I was bullied by the delivery man who was not only argumentative but also unprofessional. He also left without me signing for my package which I'm sure he'll lie to say I refused to sign it!!!! Dhl would call to ask if you are home not show up at your gate to say where are you??!!!! People work as well dhl!!!!! How convenient that I cannot get through to someone to officially report this!!!!! Shame on you dhl!!!!
