Classy, clean, great service. Everything you need in a spa they have it . It’s not cheap, I must warn you

Zoe is an amazing consultant. She TRANSFORMED by skin in a way that no other Dermatologist has even been able to do! I truly appreciate her expertise in the skin industry. In my early days here I used to brand Emed Spa as a first class business. The environment and attention to detail is exceptional. My low rating is because while I thoroughly love Zoe's approach to working with me as well as the physical environment, I have a ZERO star experience with the staff. And, this is not just a one off experience. It's ALL the time. All of the staff (Except for the young lady of Indian/Polynesian descent) are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. They stare at you when you come in, do not greet you, and I am made to feel as if I am a burden, or causing a problem when I ask questions about the cost of goods/services, which are priced in USD. They do not inform you of the exchange rate (which changes daily based on the financial market), they simply calculate it and inform you without more, they only quote you only the larger size products, without fully informing you of the existence of smaller sizes, and thus less expensive products. In fact, my first experience with them two years ago, I actually swore off of Emed Spa because THE STAFF failed to properly schedule the first consultation that they themselves confirmed with me about a week prior. My latest experience here was with the cashier, not me, incorrectly charging my card in JMD and not USD. She was unapologetic about her error and borderline rude. While the issue was rectified, the manner in which they did so was subpar and no apologies were offered for the delay they caused me. Further, when I had asked to purchase certain items, the same cashier's response was "AS I SAID BEFORE, WE DON'T HAVE THAT" Unacceptable. I had recommended my mother to come her after my positive experience with Zoe's skin regime, but have told her never to return if she will have to face these staff members on her own. Sadly, although Zoe garners five stars in my book, her staff is enough for me to never come back, and I don't recommend others go either.

Friendly staff, great customer service. The staff's first priority is ensuring your ok and comfortable. It was so great I felt uncomfortable lol. My appointment was for a deep cleanse facial and it was a great experience for someone new to receiving facials professionally. I wish I received more feedback on the products I am currently using, other than which I should lien from and what is recommended from the line they carry. I was also hoping to hear how I should incorporate their products in my current routine if it is I do decide to make a purchase. It was a great overall experience and I am already making preparations for my next appointment.

I never thought I can find a place like Emed spa in Kingston. starting from hydra facial , deep cleansing to suggesting personalized ZO products according to skin condition . My skin is better than I imagined. Thank you Emed spa.

The staff is exceptional, the ambience is incredible and when you enter EMed you don't want to leave.

Everyone was courteous and professional. The place is clean and the process of laser hair removal was quick and it really worksssss 🎉🎉. Loved my experience! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is where I go when I hit that pause button and wish to just relax and unwind. I return to reality feeling refreshed and revitalized after a wonderful and blissful spa treatment (usually a facial, and they’re all pretty awesome). The service is excellent, the products are fantastic and I completely forget that I’m in the heart of the city whenever I go in for a treatment. Truly a treat whenever I want to have a little “me” time, an oasis that is impeccable at catering to my specific beauty treatments. Thanks Zoë, this place is phenomenal.!!

Great ambiance with knowleageable staff! I enjoyed the professionalism from prior even making it to the appointment: booking appointment reminders, setting expectations with who you will meet and what to expect. I went for laser hair removal, and once you get there, the place is set up so you are comfortable and relaxed. It is a seamless experience where all your questions or concerns are met...and after the sessions you get detailed information about how to care for the treated areas. Blown away by the place. Highly recommend it.

Saw Zoe products were recommended for my skin. I kid you not after the first use my skin felt so different and I immediately saw the difference. Went in today for my first professional facial EVER and the experience was awesome. Gabriella looked after me she was amazing. I am booked for my next facial for October. I have been a client of EMed Spa for almost 1 year. Customer Experience: The team prides itself on exceeding the expectations for all potential and current clients. The ladies are knowledgeable, caring, engaging and professional. They all believe in their services as they have individually gone through the experience of actually using them and where available, achieved certifications. Services: EMed is always exploring and offering the latest and most effective range of quality services at reasonable prices. They do not upsell you on all offerings generally but take the time to recommend the service or combinations that work best for the clients' needs. Personally, I have utilized their laser, dermaplane, hydrafacial and coolscupting services and can say that I trust them all as they ACTUALLY work. Zoe I came in with 2 objectives: stop wearing makeup and eliminating unsightly laser bumps. Over the past year, Zoe has taken the time to tailor a plan that we both believe in while empowering me to maintain the results through the use of top-of-the-line products that work best for me. Testimony: I have not worn makeup in months (though I still like having it as an option and not a necessity) and I am confident wearing a swimsuit again.
