I’ve experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever had in Jamaica in this little store from an employee who seemed to be obsessed with my baby boy. She got upset by me saying “you could just have your own child”. She has been unfriendly and have used unkind words since. I am a long time customer and I’m familiar with most of the employees but I’ve decided not to go back there.

The best Ice Cream shop. Always look forward to the great customer service. And I must admit, you actual get value for your money.

Experience was very good

I love affordable places.....if you want Devon House ice-cream this is not for you.... But if you want affordable good ice-cream I recommend this place... Their serving size is also very generous... Which is always a plus with ice-cream 😊

Customer friendly service and a good stop for some ice cream or sweet treats such as popsicles. It's not Devon house but the consistency is good and I enjoy their icecream. Buy a box on a regular. Pistachio cherry, hot fudge, rum&raisin and pineapple orange are good choices.

Kremi Liguanea ice-cream shop is an easy stop for a sweet treat or if you want a hot-dog meal. They have several flavours, just enough for the modest space. There are a couple tables if you want to dine in. They sell several sizes so you can pick up anything from a single cone to a gallon for your party. It is conveniently located in Lane Plaza with access to parking. The service is like a 7/10.

Clean. Covid 19 compliant. Reasonably priced ice cream. Friendly staff. They also sell pastry.

The cashier was nice and explained any form of delay experienced whole serving. The prices are good. The janitor was wiping before closing time and getting upset when customers walked in. Parking was readily available

The service at Kremi may not be great but they have the most reasonable prices. Their ice cream flavors may be limited sometimes but trust and believe that the quality is good.

You get through pretty quickly, there is almost never a crowd. The staff is engaging.
