One of the best Govt agencies in Jamaica. Parking is a horrendous challenge but the customer service is too notch, they are speedy and efficient.

Staff extremely helpful & courteous

The app is absolutely ridiculous, what is the purpose of it when it does not work, if you send in a prescription you have to wait actually on entire half a day before you get a time when to go and pick up, then the rest of the day to collect. Waste of time. An to top it off the pharmacy with in the mobay regions has no manners sometimes, imagine you want to find out if they have the medication you have to collect a number and wait, then supposed they don't have it after wasting your entire day garbage app.

Truly the highest functioning office in all of Jamaica. One page form to complete and a 10 minute wait to have the card produced. Seamless and exactly the way it should be. The rest of the government should take notes. All this service is FREE for all Jamaicans to access. This essential service is running like a well oiled machine and props to the people who are doing a great job in this office with a smile and impeccable efficiency.
