Lovely Homes that are really comfortable and much more affordable compared to other developers offering the same size and quality

Gore developments I have to be honest but a some dry weather house you guys build give us in Phoenix Park Village. Honestly you guys could have done so much better. The citizens suffer badly when it rains

This company has consistently fail to deliver home and communities that properly designed with the home owners in mind. I think their existence in the housing development market is the reasons why we have such low stands in development companies like these tend to lead the industry with volumes not through innovation. I think they are just a set old guards that need to be changed. Exercise every day gore you will get fit.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the utilities weren't placed underground...

Gore the developer has good intention but they do a sloppy job.. they just give the minimum...notning...fo it right and charge a price... Stop playing games

Customer Service could be much better. They need a team for clients aboard
