Unprofessional, mean spirited and petty administration. The administration in general are inefficient, they lack compassion, understanding or general manners. They over-charge and refuse to allow you to drop courses. They don't really operate as a whole with any common sense, or rationale. Compassion is sorely lacking. To be fair, the school does have some good lecturers, but the main campus is below par and the library is sorely lacking basic resources. I don't know what our school fee is going to, because it's not to maintain a decent campus. This is a fine enough place to attend if you don't have any other option, they are accredited, but that's the only reason to attend this establishment. The only reason they even get a star from me is because of the lecturers, otherwise I would say don't go. Pick a good online school and work with that. Anything is better than dealing with these people.

When I attended: very learner friendly environment. Always clean and tidy. Great lecturers. Came out very knowledgeable. But it was very painful dealing with some administrative/support staff. I requested my transcript and the registry advised me to pick it up at the Oxford campus as that’s where it was. When I went there the lady said it’s not there and I am to go back to the registry. Mind you the registry is located on another campus where I would have to take a taxi to get there (and that’s where I am coming from). The lady was adamant that’s it’s not there and I should go back even when I ask her to check properly. She then started ignoring me and started tearing waste papers and throwing them in the bin while I stood there. I got frustrated and started arguing that was when she starting addressing me again and that was just to argue with me. Another staff came in and ask me what I was there for and I told her and she just took up the envelope with my transcript and handed it to me. That’s what I meant by SOME staff being very painful to deal with. Still giving them a 5 star. Overall it’s a good school.

90% of my monthly salary has been going to UCC for this semester. Yet still I have to pay $7,065.00 to sit an exam. You guys are the worst, at this point UCC is all about the money. I would and will NEVER, EVER, recommend not even my worst enemy to UCC. If you're looking to be broke then UCC is the right place to go.

Environment was clean and ventilated. Security personnel were helpful and polite. The library was accommodating. However, the library closing time should have been extended to an additional one hour to facilitate persons who had exams at 6pm.

The university was relatively manageable to find. The security guard and receptionist were really helpful in assisting me to find certain places. The environment is suitable for learning and interaction, even during the pandemic, in keeping with the protocols. My first time there was really great! 😁👍

Being a past student, I was there from the beginning of construction and I must say...wow! The school has changed so much over the years and to see it now in its almost finished state is a beauty! Campus clean, friendly assistance and easy to find departments...go UCC!

I visited Ms. Davidson, whos customer service and guidance is deserving of a 5 star rating. Also visited Ms. Vessel and I must also say she provided excellent service. My only issue is lengthy waiting period for SFS

It was a very profitable and nice visit. Every institution has its flaws, but I can say, UCC give and make it possible the steps to attaining a tertiary education.

If UCC had ten lecturers like Dr. Stewart, it would become the top university in the Caribbean. Dr. Stewart has outstanding communication skills and is easily reachable. He promptly responds to your inquiries, unlike some other lecturers. With him, you are well aware of your grade and where you stand. We received our grade a day after the exam, and he explained how it was graded and scored. He communicates with us weeks in advance about when we will get our assignments and when they will be due. If you want to excel in Business Communication, Dr. Randy Stewart is the perfect person for the job.

Great ambience need to train some of the staff to handle customers and some lecturers need to know how to handle students as we are the reason they are even getting a salary in the first place.

Enjoyed my visit thoroughly. Loved my coordinator Ms. Shevell Hylton. Very professional and assisted me above and beyond. Good institution.

The receptionist was very nice very professional staff and lecturers. I really enjoyed my class.

Environment is welcoming. Great lecturers mostly. Admin staff welcoming with the exception of some registry staff. Very ill mannered I must say. Otherwise I recommend UCC always

I was able to gain access to Wi-Fi especially when I needed to email an in formation to Library for printing.

It was good experience, the environment is comfortable. an highlight for was the fountain with the fishes inside.

The main office staff are friendly and they offer excellent service. The cafeteria also provides great quality food at very affordable prices.

My experience at UCC is very warm. Anything you want know about your courses someone is there to carry you through the process. Highly recommended institution.

Overalll it's better than other university in Jamaica like the moodle set up and online classes are recorded so you can look back on it
