The
food
here
is
super
amazing,
the
prices
are
surprisingly
reasonable
($50
for
two,
with
drinks),
and
the
staff
are
very
friendly,
polite,
and
professional:
they
are
experienced
and
well-trained,
and
speak
English
too!
Interior
and
ambiance
are
very
welcoming.
I
love
Lebanese
home
cooking,
but
generally
avoid
Lebanese
restaurants:
they
all
serve
the
same
food
and
it
tastes
far
inferior
to
Lebanese
home
food.
I
consider
Abdel
Wahab,
Falamanki,
Karam,
Leila;
etc.
as
tourist
traps:
the
food
is
just
okay
and
overpriced,
staff
could
be
snobbish,
service
is
okay
to
poor.
I
was
expecting
the
same
when
I
went
to
Kahwet
Zaytouna
;
but
to
my
surprise,
the
dining
experience
exceeded
all
expectations:
food
tasted
amazing,
felt
light
and
fresh,
and
was
plated
and
presented
well;
service
was
fast;
hot,
fresh
bread
was
served
continuously;
the
staff
were
attentive
and
responsive
to
our
needs;
the
interior
design
created
the
impression
of
an
open-air
courtyard;
and
we
expected
to
pay
much
more
for
this
experience!
