    Love Grace’s classes, perfect for both beginner and experienced yogi’s. Grace is very hands on, always encouraging and moving around to correct poses to ensure you get the most out of classes and your practice is improving.

    I started yoga classes with Grace a few months ago hoping yoga could help me with my tight hips. Grace helped me with variations where I needed them and still always points out which poses are best to open the hips. Over those months I’ve felt an major improvement. Going each Monday sets up my week and the themes and mantras Grace talks us through have helped me develop a sense of calm and self- awareness

    This was my first ever retreat and I was not sure what expect. Grace and Nicole are fantastic teachers. Each had their own style and I loved the verity of movements and shapes explored and the structure of the yoga sessions. I learned new yoga techniques, practiced using breath to relax mind and body, met wonderfull women and explored Bali. I really enjoyed the experience and feel rejuvenated.

    Completing a yoga retreat with Grace and Nicole was awesome. They bring there own different but compatible styles and create a loving environment for all. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring my limited yoga moves and connecting with myself and others.

    I recently attended the Bali Yoga retreat with Grace and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. The resort was stunning with amazing food and experiences and both Grace and Nicole were incredible guides to a beautiful group of supportive women who I shared the experience with. If you're wondering if the retreat is worth the money don't question it, you will not regret it.

    The Bali Yoga Retreat was everything it promised to be - well organised with lots of time to practice yoga and have space for personal reflection, along with opportunities to be immersed in the local culture and visit attractions. The resort was the perfect venue and the food was fantastic!

    As a busy mum of 3 young children mindful meditation was just what I needed to reset for 2023. It was important to have time to relax, connect with myself and recognise that I am enough. Grace's voice is comforting, her words are eloquent and the content of her meditation takes you on a moving journey. The monthly mindfulness fits into my busy schedule easily and I will prioritise these sessions for my own well-being. It was a bonus that I had such a great, deep sleep the night of the meditation too! I've already booked in for next month, thank you Grace 🙏

    I‘d never been to a Women’s Circle before, but from the moment I walked in, Grace made me feel so calm and relaxed. A natural teacher who puts so much thought and consideration into her teachings. Grace is so good at bringing people, and in this case, women together with acceptance, connection and love. Can’t wait to go to another of Grace’s classes/circles x

    Grace’s classes have that perfect balance of strength, focus and mindfulness…..not always easy to find! Her vocal cues, technique and adjustments are incredible. I highly recommend Yoga with Grace - she’s one of the best instructors I’ve practiced with!

    I love Grace's meditation classes! She always manages to tap into some deep emotional side of you, leaving you reflective and feeling calm. I may nap for a minute or two as her voice is so melodic and relaxing😊

    I love doing Yoga with Grace. Grace keeps everything real and is very genuine, she shares her Yoga and gives us a real gift of reminding us that we are important and we need to prioritise ourselves in this busy crazy world of ours. I can highly recommend her classes both online and in person.

    I attended a women’s meditation circle tonight with Grace. Grace held a beautiful and safe space for us to share, heal, be present and connect with each other and ourselves.     Yoga with Grace is a wonderful weekly experience. Grace is so supportive and encouraging and we always have such a great time! She makes the sessions personal and tailors movements to her students’ abilities and comfort level. You’ll love Yoga with Grace!
