One of the best place and my favorite place to buy fresh donut and coffee. I always prefer donutking for donut cause no one make donut fresh like them. I love visit this place all the time. All staffs working here are awesome and friendly. It’s located inside stockland near commbank opposite to woolworth. All time favorite place for me.

I have been a daily visitor to Doughnut King for at least 2 years,BUT lately the service has been terrible!!! In the last 4 weeks i have either got the wrong type of coffee or lack of sugar or the coffee is not hot enough!!! Saturday 4/6/22,there was 3 MEN plus one girl working there,omg all of them are telling each other what to do!!! Total Confusion!!!! Sunday 5/6/22,2 Girls 1 Man,once again it appeared they were confused!!! My coffee was just warm!!! Ive noticed over the last 4 -6 weeks new staff are working,fair enough they need time BUT why put on all inexperienced staff at once.Before all this happened once the "old" staff saw me they quickly made my HOT Cappuccino.There is a lovely lady who works there early mornings is the best!!! Please put experience staff with inexperienced staff together

Team here are great they work well together & remember their regulars! Good coffee too! These guys are great always happy & smiling.

They normally make coffee depend on their moods… sometimes they make coffee okay but most of time they are not good as expected. They need experienced staff!!!!

Staff behaviour is so rude while answering to the customers. Cinnamon small cup is not at all good. It’s waste of money. When I touched one cinnamon donut it is so cold and I felt it was not fresh. I asked can I get fresh ones. When I ask the same staff replied in very rude manner that I touched . She would have replied politely but that was not the case. I will never come to this shop again and don’t prefer small cup.

These guys have the best donuts! They have the super light and fluffy yeast donuts in all forms, including iced, filled, eclairs and finger buns. They also have the best cinnamon and sugar donuts that I have ever had. They make small batches so you can usually get some that a hot and fresh. Great service. They are always busy but you'll be glad you liked up because these guys are excellent.

When making a hot dog do not over microwave the hot dog and when adding tomato sauce and mustard, put these on the roll and not over the outside of the bread roll! You owe me another one,

Second time visiting this place asking for a Mint Lime Quake shake. First time I got a chocolate thick shake, second time I got a lime thickshake. I give up. Your staff need to listen better when someone slowly and clearly asks for a mint lime shake in both English and Mandarin....

No cinnamon on the plain Donuts is a bit strange, the chocolate donut was pretty nice though.

I visited Donut King New Years day as I love to have a coffee and donuts they are the best. Staff always friendly thou I was horrified at the young male staff member as we all know with this pandemic he was'nt wearing a face mask nor gloves which is ok, he would touch his face then nose didn't sanitisd his hands picks up a coffee cup for next customer and did this continually honestly made me sick. I was just hoping he didn't bag my donuts when leaving I mentioned to the young girl what he was doing she just turned away and laughed. Sorry if you found this funny but I don't you are serving the public and need to be more aware of what you are doing.

Coffee's not bad, nice free donuts for Seniors, very popular comfortable place. Staff service is prompt. Go there reguarly

Worst Donut I have ever had. Tried twice and disappointed. Bread of the donut is so poor doesn’t taste like having donut, feels like having bread with jam. They should change the quality of the donut!!!!! Apart from this there coffee is good no problem with that.

Yesterday I bought arround I half dozen of donuts and I couldn’t eat not even one of them they don’t taste fresh at all at the dough is really too dry I was very disappointed Cz it was the first time I try this shop sorry
