    Not a reliable service. I’ve been with them for almost a year now and because the service was convenient I enjoyed using them for my dry cleaning. However, when one of my silk garment costing $500 (worn once) was sent over a week ago it got sent back to me damaged. The silk was no longer soft and shiny it was now dull and abit rough basically unwearable. I sent a complaint and all I received back was “it wasn’t our fault we did what the care label said” and a deflection to fraying in the dress instead of actually addressing the issue with the dress. I’m very disappointed with this as I trusted them to look after my garments and be experts in taking care of delicate material however the way my dress was handled did not show any real knowledge of handling delicate material. As you can see in the photo it is very dull and the feel of it is even worse in person.

    I recently signed up and trying to contact them to get some more info via the phone. There is no pick up and no return call. Regardless how many msgs you leave, There is an automated email which sent out for new customers. I have a single pure wool quilt to dry-clean but as there is no customer service I am now weary to ask them to do it. A company which doesn't respond to their customers in a proper manner is always very doubtful for me. I can't afford to lose the item or have it coming back damaged and dirty and not able to sort it out after. And obviously my card to be hit with the charge upfront. I now take my item to the local dry-cleaner, it will be slightly more expensive but at least there is a person there I can talk to and I can pick it up and drop it at my convenience. As they say: "The Bitterness of Poor Quality Remains Long After the Sweetness of Low Price is Forgotten" Unfortunately the high Google ratings misguiding and depends on expectations. If yours are not very high and just going for the cheap price, yes, I understand your fascination with this service.

    I wish I didn’t have to leave this rating - some of the service I have received has been very good. However, I recently sent an order that contained wash/iron AND dry cleaning. I used the appropriate separate colored bags for these items according to the service procedures. My dry cleaning item was returned washed & folded (ruined). I have sent 4 emails asking what Shirt Butler will do to rectify the situation - I received 1 response stating the error was mine. No response to my repeated follow-ups demonstrating the error was not mine. On another occasion I received approx 8 knit tops (polo style) hung from the shoulders on wire hangers which stretched the shoulders. I emailed and informed them what happened and requested my knits be folded in half and hung over the bottom rail of the hanger (like trousers) so the shoulders are not damaged by being stretched out. The response was to agree with me, no offer to re-do & correct the shoulders. But the next lot of knit shirts I sent came back exactly the same, ie, hung from the shoulders. This service only works well for standard business shirts. Would warn against sending them anything else or it may be damaged.

    Excellent service. The laundered items are immaculate. Makes having large family gatherings so easy regarding the cleaning and ironing of sheets. Pillow cases , Towels etc

    Absolutely brilliant. We've used laundry services in the past, but My Butler Service has to be the best service out there. They pick up and drop off to your door, and the washing is returned spotless every time. There's no scent (perfect for us with sensitive skin) other than clean clothes, and the turn around time is so quick. They offer so many services, they really do take care of everything.

    I had my first experience with My Butler Service today and I'm so incredibly grateful to the thoughtful driver who called me to let me know my dog was outside! And then put him safely inside for me! That above and beyond service is amazing I can't thank you enough. Dougal was safe and sound when I got home thanks to the driver who called me to let me know. ☆☆☆ West Pennant Hills

    Personally, I love the notifications sent re. driver collecting/delivering, comms are excellent. Shirts always look perfect. Good on this company for doing what it can to recycle hangers/packaging too. Money well spent, a true time saver.

    Awesome service, the weekly reminders and opt in/out are great. The quality is perfect and at a perfectly reasonable price. I got rid of my washing machine and the hassles, and saving money too.

    Excellent service. Friendly delivery & pick up service. I like the SMS system. Being provided with a hanger/hook and bags is great touch. Thank you…you made it easier for me while here in Sydney and not having to drive.

    Absolutely amazing service, and we’ve come to completely depend on them. Great communication - both on pickup days and if you have any issues. Clothes are beautifully finished - ironed or folded. What I love the most is that there’s a separate bag for things that can’t go in a big dryer, but that don’t need to be dry-cleaned - as well as specialty cleaning for blankets & doonas & cushions & pet beds (you name it - they can sort it out). My only wish is for an extra pickup day!

    Greeat service! They pick up and drop off at designated days depending on your area. They even give out free bags. They will debit your card automatically after providing service and swnds a receipt via email. It's a very convenient and hassle free! 👍

    Absolutely terrible organisation, created account but didn't actually place an order, terrorised by text for pick up which wasnt ordered, doesn't allow an opt out on SMS, driver turned up unannounced, received a bill for futile trip. Emails bounce from their support address, telephone calls go to voicemail after 30 seconds. Not exactly a butler service if you ask me, some of the worse customer service (automated) I have experienced and I didn't even place an order with them.

    Would not recommend My Butler Service. Numerous times expensive items have been missing in dry cleaning delivery and it was only due to me following up I was able to get them returned. Very hard to contact someone when you have an issue. No phone number to call and text communication is very poor. Will not be using My Butler Service again.

    Completely stretched my linen skirt. They returned it to me safety pinned to the coat hanger, which was completely unnecessary as the skirt had loops built in specifically designed for hanging the skirt on a hanger. Because of the way they hung it, they stretched the skirt out and it is unwearable. The skirt was once high wasted and it now falls way below my belly button. Currently in the process of rectifying the issue, so will see what happens. Update: they picked up my skirt again and confirmed they had stretched it after comparing it to the sizing guide on the stores website. They altered it back to the size and returned it. Turn around time for the repair was just over 2 weeks. Getting ahold of staff staff member during that time was still proving to be difficult as the phone continuously rings w no answer. Now that the skirt has been repaired you can’t see the damage.

    I have only just become aware of My Butler Service through the needs of an elderly gentleman I have started to assist. Unfortunately at first there was a big mixup with payment of an account but they still came and collected his next load of washing. Now the mixup has been cleared up. They were always courteous and tried to help. I would recommend My Butler Service very highly

    Great service. You book they collect, clean and return. Receiving txt messages on collection and drop off so you know when they will arrive and return. How much more simple and reliable can you get. love it!

    So reliable! Every week I send off my bed linen, dry cleaning etc and it’s back within two days. If there are ever any issues (which is rare) they respond immediately. Great service! So glad I no longer need to deal with dropping off and picking up dry cleaning or doing my own bedding which takes all day to wash and dry! So easy -they pick it up and drop it off in special bags with your name/code on there! Thanks so much for your great service

    Used them once a few months ago and thought they were quite good. However my recent experience means I won't be considering them again in the future. I emailed to add an address to my account as I had moved and to my surprise I was booked in for next pickup without my consent (was intending on having the address added and then booking when I knew what I needed done). I found amy that responded to my emails to lack some customer service skills, perhaps emails could be a bit friendlier. My previous communications before this experience had been fine, but now they are severely lacking. My main issue however is with the constant rain in Sydney the company refused to confirm the driver would knock on the door to collect and drop off my items. I said my house does not have a covered porch / verandah area so I do not want to leave my items in pouring rain on pickup and drop off. The response was well we can't do that and I have to somehow materialise a covered area to protect my own belongings. I therefore cancelled my pickup because there is no point having items cleaned just for them to be destroyed by the weather. Quite surprising it was too hard for them to just knock. I work from home so someone is always there. Will consider their competitors now.

    I see many high ratings which is why I tried this service. Unfortunately, I haven't had a good run with the company. I placed an order on 16 Jan 2022 and was advised it would be a 2 week turnaround time as the large blanket needed to be dry cleaned & a new ribbon stitched on it. It is now 4 Feb and I have had no communication about the item and when I try to phone the support line, I get the answering machine and haven't had a response as yet. Very disappointed and won't be using them again.

    I have used My Butler Service several times for a range of items. In every case they were professional and did an excellent job. In particular I used them for a wedding dress that had significant dark dirt marks that had been left for several months. The dress came back spotless with no damage to the crystals stitched into the dress either. I would highly recommend them.

    Of course the cleaning is great, either via dry clean or just wash, the ironing is perfect. But the service is amazing - from the weekly text that you reply Y or N. To the colour coded bags. The front door pickup and drop off and the very friendly staff and drivers. I have been using them for over 6 months now and I’ve never had an issue and have been very happy with the service. I used to get hassled because I waited so long to get my suit dry cleaned, I hated the pickup and drop off and missing garments, little pieces of paper and staples all over the place - not any more.

    My Butler Service is super convenient. The SMS service is great and keeps me up to date with what is happening with my delivery during pick up and drop off. Competitive prices and the different bags for ironing, dry cleaning etc makes the experience super easy to use.
