Just awful. Rude, inept, zero training, even less 'urgency'. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. Note the picture of the angry gal who was only really good at relaying staffing shortages - and completely stumped by the check-in system - just as she asked the 'doctor', "Are you going to help me check in patients or are you just going to watch." He literally replied "Just watch" and then got up and left the room when he saw me start taking pictures. 😂😂😂

Went twice this week to get my PCRs and had a great experience. Even though they were overwhelmed with long lines and wait times, the nurses were friendly and even apologized for making us wait since everyone is scrambling to get their tests done. Just FYI, PCRs might take 2-3 days now due to the surge. Please be thoughtful and respect these health workers as they are at high risk doing their jobs.

Known for billing fraud. This is my second time doing a COVID-19 test. First time, they billed me when it was supposed to be free. Second time, they billed me twice. The first one was paid by my insurance, the second one was of course denied by my insurance as it was a double charge. Instead, they brought the second duplicate billing to me. Billing department does not answer ever despite repeated calls. Never come to this place. Responding to their reply: No, your number is useless and I have call logs to prove that. It rings forever and nobody answers. Not billing or corporate. Called multiple times a few days straight.

The receptionist was unprofessional the entire time. She was on her phone while doing my check-in & when requesting of me to complete papers & to sign, she tapped the paper instead of using her words. She seemed annoyed with my presence. The “doctor” did a 1 minute check-up & told me to take pain killers.

Spectacular service indeed, love the atmosphere of the venue. Great location, and simple sign in procedures. Every time I’ve gone to be tested or treated I find the staff to be on point and knowledgeable. I find the turn around times for testing to be better than other Urgent Cares I’ve been to. Highly recommend when in need of quick care and expert advise.

I got a covid test from here in February. Seven months later I have received a surprise bill of $235.00 because the doctor was out of network even though the facility is not. If you try to call or get in contact with the billing department, nobody answers. I am going to file a formal complaint with the government about this place.

I have never been so shaken up by a doctor. Every time I go in there he tells me what I have is viral without even doing a full exam so he doesn’t need to prescribe me medication. I told him I thought I had strep. He told me it was viral because my tonsils weren’t swollen. He HADN’T FELT MY TONSILS and then tried to convince me that my tonsils weren’t where they are. Sir, have you gone to medical school?

Davia was so attentive and professional… made my visit very easy going considering the pain I was in … in fact the whole staff was great !!!

The care was lackluster. I was not greeted by the front desk staff and presented myself as a patient. Everyone was friendly but just seemed unamused by my presence and my symptoms. The provider I saw was also friendly but uninterested and seemed unamused by my cough for 6 weeks. He did not introduce himself. The exam and past medical history questions were very basic. Despite telling him I had new onset wheezing episodes at night, he determined that my lungs sounded clear at that moment therefore did not require further work up as it would not change his diagnosis of post nasal drip. I ended up seeking care at NYU urgent care the following day due to another wheezing episode. I was worked up, had a formal diagnosis, and was given an inhaler and advised to follow up with a pulmonologist. One extra day of symptoms is not long enough for this large of a gap in care. I would not recommend or ever go back.

Very clean and fast urgent care. They were all very kind and nice people.

The closing doctor on June 11 2023 was very rushed. He came into my room an hr late because he was stitching up another patient. As soon as he came in the room he kept mentioning the bill even after I assured him it was fine with me. Then he wanted me to go to the emergency room for my wound, which the ER doctor laughed at because it was a 2 min job after the dressing was off. Then he starts making excuses about pain medication, which is when I grabbed my stuff, confirmed my info won't be charged. Then I left to the ED, no where have I ever faced such unprofessional.

3rd time here for a rapid covid test and yes- I’m in the system already, no need to type in a ton of info over and over. That right there is a good customer experience, not every place around here is able to do. I found this place consistently friendly, professional and organized so far, whether with 10+ people waiting or just me.

I love the place! The staff is always very friendly and the service is quick. Never had a problem with my visits and the providers are very helpful. I highly recommend this urgent care.

The staff at Chai Urgent care are always friendly, welcoming, kind, professional, and caring. They provide a full analysis of your diagnosis. The facility is spot clean and the staff always wear PPE before each patient. I highly highly highly recommend Chai Urgent Care

I had a horrible experience with Dr Michael Boucher. He came in, sat on the counter spreading his legs, and started rambling on and on about why he wouldn't do what I came for, barely making sense. He kept going on random tangents and analogies to the point where I had to keep steering him back to my case and what he was trying to say. It was clear that he hadn't read my chart as he mentioned symptoms / diagnoses I "did not have" that I had literally just told the nurse. At one point he made a Finding Nemo analogy. He was dismissive, condescending, and bizarre. To the point where the nurse and I were making incredulous eyes at each other and he apologized to me afterwards. Was very unprofessional. Facilities were clean and the other staff was great. *edit: He called me and apologized after reading this review. He was caring and admitted this was a very badly handled visit.

No wonder it's always quiet. bad attitude and slow service. Many times they don't have a Dr on premises

Amazing staff! Quick and smooth service from start to finish. Christine the x-ray tech was super nice, caring and attentive. Definitely would recommend to everyone if you want the best care!

She is very generous and kind and always make sure that I feel welcome when I visit the Kent location I am hoping that everyone feel welcome like I do thank you for everything I will told my friend to come hee whenever they have an emergency

I went to Chai on 11/2/2023 after falling in the street and twisting my ankle. Everyone was so kind and so helpful. The doctor a true professional explained everything to me and what I needed to do moving forward to care from my ankle ;actually a chipped bone in my ankle . From start to finish even making sure I got home OK . Thank you so much for making a terrible day endurable. I am in awe of the kindness I received along with the superb medical care.

I was seen promptly for my appointment and out quickly. The doctor has a great bedside manner and explained next steps for me. The receptionists are very helpful and nice. I never have issues coming here and it’s very clean!

Hi I'm so happy to have PA -C Huy and pA-C Ariel at the chai clinic Williamsburg location they are the best doctors hands down fast accurate service they do covid testing n flu rapid and also they treat ur asthma n copd on site they x-ray tech is very good the whole staff is amazing especially wen your waiting on your doctor appointments it's the fast track to go to they ask important question and listen to your concerns I appreciate everything they have done for me ty so much guys

The front desk staff and doctor were all very friendly and I was in and out pretty quickly.

i went to this urgent care on labor day because it was the only one open. the doctor barely saw me for 3 secs and was very unprofessional, the receptionist messed up my prescription and sent it to another pharmacy, i had to go the second day to rectify this problem and i was received with a horrible attitude and manners.. would not recommend this experience to anyone and honestly they need to re-staff the receptionists at the front desk because they are clueless and non tech savvy..
