Very bad. I was so sick, lost my voice, running nose, cough. I ask for antibiotic. They did COVID test- negative. Send me home with nothing. I feel worse. They do not treat patient.

Wellness visit , Room I was placed in was not cleaned and dirty. The place seem short staffed. I was at the center to receive care and help. What a got was a speech that you’re a Big healthy boy and you’ll be ok. I don’t need to see a doctor often but I know my body and when I need help. It is now 3 days later and I feel even worse. I really wish the people running this building understand that patients are here to be treated not pacified. If you are not taking care of your patients why would they come back? I will not be using this facility any more. This experience is beyond frustrating and a waste of my time. Beware if you’re sick and need help find somewhere else.

I felt compelled to do this review as I have been to this location before and never had issues! I want to say the staff is lovely and very friendly! However, my examination room was so dirty! The table was NOT set up with paper changed and the floors were filthy. There was a previous test sitting on the counter and there was garbage overflowing from the garbage can as well as garbage on the floor. I sat in a chair waiting for the Dr and was very uncomfortable to be in such a dirty, clearly forgotten room.

Quick and friendly staff got right in and diagnosed. CVS next door had my scripts and feeling better that nite

The front desk was pleasant. I was quickly attended to. However, I didn’t appreciate how quickly dismissed I was by nurse and practitioner. The nurse didn’t even say hello or introduce herself. She came in, took my vitals and asked for my symptoms. Not friendly. The PA was no different. When I said I had chest pain I was asked if it was like a heart attack or just pain from cough. I said it felt like my chest was breaking. The practitioner said oh it’s just from coughing. I also mentioned I could t breathe and I said I’ve had a fever (101) for 2 nights. She told me that wasn’t a fever it was just a little elevated. I was sent home with a “negative” flu test. The practitioner told me there was nothing to do it’s just a cold. Today I received my results from the lab saying the flu was detected. I still have not received a call from urgent care about my results. It’s very frustrating. I will not trust PA’s. Next time i will just go to the hospital.

Came in for an issue with my 4 year old. All the staff was very lovely, receptionists, nurse, PA...I was very impressed. We were also seen in a very timely manner. Best part was my son was mostly ok, I came in just as a precaution but nobody judged me for perhaps being a little on the cautious side. Will come here for urgent issues from now on, for sure.

I recently visited Urgent Care of Middle Village and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly attitude from all of the girls working there. They were efficient, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Not only were they friendly, but they were also very knowledgeable and professional in their approach to my medical needs. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with thorough explanations and recommendations for treatment. Overall, I had a great experience at Urgent Care of Middle Village and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical attention. Thank you to all of the girls for their exceptional care and service.

I went to this Urgent care Sunday morning to address pink eye & upper respiratory infection. No one goes to Urgent care unless they are in distress. Once checked in I was assigned to room #1. No one else appeared to be in the waiting room. After waiting approximately 20 minutes I opened the door to my room and saw everyone on their cellphones. At that point someone came in to check my vitals. Another 10 minutes passed before a person who identified herself as a physician assistant walked in. I described my symptoms and the PA was finished with her diagnosis. At best she asked several questions. I was prescribed eye drops & nose drops. There was nothing during my experience in which I would recommend this Urgent care for your medical needs.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The Doctor was great she fixed the issue with ease. I felt so much better upon walking out the door. Thanks Doc!

The best urgent care office ever

This is not about the nurses or doctors at the Urgent Care. On the contrary, I found the nurse who works there, who took my Covid test to be lovely and very empathetic. This review is for the receptionist that works at the front desk. I would give it 0 stars just because of the interaction. I received a Covid test on August 20th along with my fiance (he is white, I am biracial). We walked in to Urgent Care at exactly the same time. I went in before he did and got tested. On August 25th my fiance got a call saying that they had gotten his test results back (he also got an email prior on the 22nd that said they had his results). I called them the next day, on the 26th after I hadn't found out anything regarding my results, NOT to ask about them, but to correct an error that they had made that I presumed was affecting the delay (I had clearly written my phone number for the receptionist prior and it was put incorrectly in the system. No worries, it happens, however, without the correct phone number I would not be able to receive a text that would allow me to eventually log onto their portal to review my test results when they did come in). Calling Urgent Care someone picked up the phone and then without saying anything placed me on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally did get the receptionist (as reviews prior state, someone with a Russian or European accent...I will note that I DO know her name, but will not write it here because I do not want this review to be removed) and began to explain that I had a Covid test on the 20th, before I could even get any further to say that my phone number was incorrect, she cut me off and began a lengthy explanation to say that they didn't have my results and that I would not get them in 7-10 weeks. How did you know that when you didn't have any of my information yet? I tried to calmly and politely say that I understood, I just needed to correct the phone number, but she cut me off again before I could get to that part. I then asked her to stop cutting me off so I could explain why I am calling and she cut me off AGAIN snarkily saying (she was snarky the whole time for no reason) "No, I am not cutting you off. I can hear you fine." Finally after 10 minutes of what could have been a 2 minute conversation, I had to scream that I just wanted to change my phone number. Only then, did she pull up my information to change it. Because she had brought up the Covid results, even though I never asked, I decided to clarify if mine had come in yet and, if not, why it hadn't since my fiance walked in at the same time, got tested a little after me and already got his. She made another lengthy excuse and said the center did NOT have my test results. She could see on the screen they did not have it. I let it go. The very next morning on the 27th, I conveniently get a call saying that they did have my results. A few days later, I call back to confirm the date in which they received the results. They got them on the 22nd -- 4 days BEFORE I CALLED THE FIRST TIME. THIS IS A PANDEMIC. Never-mind who I could have infected if the results were positive. This woman HAD my results in front of her and chose to lie about it. That is UNACCEPTABLE. Reading the reviews, I see similar things from other patients regarding what could be this same receptionist. I ask, why is someone who is obviously so hateful allowed to continuously work then for more than 2+ years. There are SO many people looking for work right now. I know people who would kill to have her job and who work extremely hard. Hire someone else.

Being an entrepreneur, I know the value of time, which is why I don’t like to waste any. Center Urgent Care, doesn’t waste your time. Their appointment system is incredibly accurate and efficient. I went there for a COVID test and I was scheduled, tested, and had results with 16 minutes and on my way. Thank you Center Urgent Care!🤗

The Staff and service was excellent!!! So nice! From the moment we walked in, the person at the front desk, the 2 (Natelia and Tyrell?) in the room with my Mother and I giving us the tests, we were so comfortable and pleased with their kindnesses and professionalism! And when they say “Rapid Test” they mean it, they had our results in under 10 minutes. Thank you all!!! You made it a rather pleasant experience. Stay safe and healthy everyone!!!

The doctor was good. The staff could of had better bedside manner. They just come in the room without a hello how are you. Like have some proper etiquette when you enter a room. Front desk girls were nice.

Front desk people are very welcoming and friendly. I went for the first time hoping they were going to give me some medication for me to take over there since my heart was beating so fast and my fever was really high. They just prescribed antibiotics and sent me home. Next thing you know I fainted right at the pharmacy next to them. My fever went higher and my heart was beating even faster what caused me to faint. The people from the pharmacy had to call an ambulance for me. I just wish they could have done more to help me at the moment. But overall my visit was good.

I went there today with flu symptoms. I requested a Covid test (rapid and Pcr), Influenza A and B tests, and strep. The medical assistant entered and took all the tests. They all came back negative. I said that was impossible. I asked her to take my temperature and I did have a fever. She offered to take the tests again. I said yes, please. Again, they came back negative. Dr. Rosalia Borohov came in next and agreed with me that it seems impossible that I am testing negative for everything when I have a fever along with all of my flu-like symptoms: headache, body ache, chills, ear aches, productive cough, burning throat and chest, etc… She even double checked to make sure the tests weren’t expired. She reassured me that she would not let me leave until she diagnosed me properly. She asked me questions referring to a possible UTI. She offered to do other tests to rule out other infections. Finally, she asked if I wanted her to do the Covid test again. I said yes and I tested positive for Covid because she did it properly. If it weren’t for her, I would have left thinking I was negative for Covid and I would have infected my family, friends, and my students and colleagues by not quarantining properly. If you want to put yourself and your loved ones in the hands of a really thorough medical professional, please request Rosalia Borohov, Physician Assistant. Centers Urgent Care: please retrain your staff to swab accurately. Lastly, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and polite both on my way in and out.

Absolutely phenomenal, spectacular staff and nice facility. I was probably more worried than I should have been but my son had an issue and the staff were so kind and fun with him, really open and laid back with their bedside manner to keep him at ease non an emergency, but also very on point, knowledgeable, and professional. X-ray service on site was a huge plus. Could not have asked for better people to provide my son's care in an emergency...100 stars.

I took my son today, and received the worst service. The nurse came and didn't seem to care and was walking around in slow motion, her thermometer wasn't working then said I'll be back. 30 mins passed never came back, another nurse came said what did she do with the swabs, I'm like idk you should know. He left, then we're waiting again.. nothing. Finally the doctor walks, does her checks, leaves and asks the nurse to do some more tests, the nurse takes their sweet time again. At this point we been there 2 hours and the staff has 0 urgency. Finally we get the prescription but they slow doctor takes her sweet time putting it in and midway theu realize they never toook my son's weight. So I had to take my son back in and at this point he is screaming. Then they refuse to give us a written prescription, the doc midway leaves to see another patient. Eventually we got everything 2.5 hours later From start to finish the staff was inconsiderate, and just was on their phone with airpods in one ear. Felt like they were doing is a favor by helping us.

I recently visited Urgent Care for a medical concern and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. The non-professionalism of the staff, particularly the nurse, was concerning. One of the glaring issues was the nurse's long nails, which made it apparent that maintaining proper hygiene and handling medical equipment would be challenging. This raised significant concerns about the overall cleanliness and infection control practices within the facility. During my visit, I underwent a test that turned out to be expired. Discovering this made me question the overall attention to detail and quality of care provided at this urgent care center. It is disheartening to encounter such lapses, especially in a healthcare setting where precision and accuracy are paramount. I hope that this place take these concerns seriously and implements measures to ensure that all staff adhere to professional standards and that expired medical supplies are not used. Patients rely on urgent care centers for prompt and accurate medical attention, and such issues can erode trust in the facility's ability to provide quality care.

These guys are seriously the best. I've gone at least half a dozen times and have accompanied 2 other people that I can remember since 2020. The receptionists are always wonderful, the drs and nurses too. There has only been one time that I can remember that I walked into a room that was messy/unkept. Walk-ins are welcome. They'll treat you if you don't have insurance- just call ahead and ask for an estimate. They are super transparent on pricing which I appreciate! I've come in for anything from covid testing (rapid and PCR) to pneumonia to STI testing to stitches for my boyfriend and each visit was smooth!

The medical assistant that checked my baby’s vitals was great. After that I waited and waited in the room. I asked when the doctor was coming not knowing I was talking to the doctor his response was “I’m sorry I didn’t know you were ready no one told me” then the tv was on and he stopped to watch the news he actually said hold on so he can watch it. If that’s not bad enough they said my son had strep when he did not. They also under dosed my son the pharmacist noticed it and had to call the clinic and sure enough he was right. These urgent cares I feel so not have enough experience you can get lucky and find a good pA In there but I would either go to the er or see the pediatrician it’s just too risky and unprofessional for me

I took my daughter here for imaging after being treated in the Astoria location. Each time I go to Centers Urgent Care, the entire staff is so welcoming and kind. This was no different. It’s like seeing old friends! We had a great experience as usual and will continue come here for urgent care needs. Love this place!

They were kind and helpful. I did not have to wait very long. It was very easy to get Covid testing. The waiting room is big and there was only one other person waiting while I was there too. My experience overall was great.

I came here for a basic Covid test and it was the worst experience I ever had at a medical establishment. They were rude and unprofessional from the moment I stepped in. Their system is outdated— at least it must be since they make you sign in on paper sheets using pens that they’re not even sanitizing rather than using computer equipment where you input information yourself so it goes quicker. When I commented how it was a little different than the alternatives I’ve been to, a receptionist in green made a nasty comment and said “well that’s why it says urgent care on the sign and not city md”— as if I didn’t know that. Despite being insulted, I ignored her nasty comment and proceeded to wait TWO HOURS for them to check me in— I went there at 1pm and it was 3 when they Finally called my name. By the time I was called up, my phone Had died which meant I wasn’t able to access my insurance card on the spot anymore so they denied me medical service— which i am pretty sure is illegal. If they had checked me in right away like basically every other establishment out there, or if I had done it myself (like at the city md’s the receptionist dislikes so much) I wouldn’t have wasted my entire day sitting at that office for virtually no reason l, and my information would’ve been in my file, so a dead phone wouldn’t have mattered. One of my first jobs was as a receptionist at a doctors office, and that long of a wait for patients was considered negligent and unacceptable, especially because I hadn’t even been checked in within the first hour In addition to the fact that they weren’t even very busy. (I saw maybe three other patients ahead of me on the check in sheet.) I will never EVER come back here again, and I have half a mind to report them to the department of health for denial of covid testing— not to mention the fact that I still need the test (I will be going elsewhere) so if god forbid I do have Covid, that is double the exposure to the general public so if anyone else gets sick from me, that blood will be on their hands. Overall it was a waste of time and terrible service. 0 out of 5– I do NOT recommend.

This visit exceeded my expectations. Of course this visit was for routine Covid - 19 testing and did not have any extraordinary diagnostic or medical prowess to perform this procedure.

I loved the service, Dr was very gentle.

The front desk was an elderly/older women. She was beyond disgusting. Whole time we were there she was coughing In her hand and did not put hand sanitizer in her hand afterwards or even tried washing them. Than to ask for peoples ID and insurance!? Are you kidding ?? Especially with everything that’s going on. If you come here wear gloves !!!!

We went around 6:30pm for rapid and pcr tests. The receptionist was polite and prompt. The nurse was great. She had a sensor of humor and made the process easy. Definitely recommend and will be going back for any needs.

The PA and the Nurse tend to my little one with attention and care. They listen and asked questions. They made her comfortable enough to speak on her own and describe what was the situation. Definitely worth the ride over. Front desk staff was swifty and nice

Staff was very warm, receptive and pleasant. I was in and out in no time. Receptionists, PA, and doctor I met with are wonderful. They truly care about your health! I would now refer this place to friends, family and neighbors!!

I love this place Everyone is friendly and you usually get into an exam room real quick. Very little waiting even for the doctor to walk it. And they register you personally. The other urgent care not far away makes people use a tablet to fill in info. Not fun when I don’t feel good. I only come here now when I am sick.

Great service here each time. A hidden gem! This place really helped during early pandemic with testing. Today I went for my first dr visit and dr was very knowledgeable about traveling oversees and water bacteria. Friendly over the phone for questions, friendly staff and great doctors so far! 👍

Dr Caroline , the X-ray technician and the support staff were all extremely caring and helpful. The doctor really went the extra mile in ensuring that I received a treatment that considerably ameliorated my condition and followed up early the following morning regarding the X-ray results which relieved anxiety. I had to go for a Covid test today. I was able to book the appointment on line. They kept me apprised of how many people were ahead of me. They told me when you head on over there. I ended up waiting outside for about 5 minutes and was called in and immediately taken care of. I was ver impressed with the speed of service. I received my results (negative) about a half hour after my rapid test. I will definitely recommend them. This is an update for my visit today. I had to go in to have them look at a knee injury I had. Everyone was very pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Efficient & highly competent. Visited on a Friday just before lunch, not crowded. Sent me right in for examination. Was expertly evaluated, tested, and advised promptly. On my way home within 40 min of arriving. Large & clean facility, will use again

Dr. Findley is amazing. I found out I was pregnant and it terrified me. She made me feel so much better after hearing me out and took my concerns into consideration. Went in there for something small but the doctor and the receptionist were both really understanding and patient with me. It was quick and easy no hassle. Myself and my 3 kids have been coming here for mostly weekend emergencies for a few years now. It always seems like the kids end up with something over the weekend and this place have been our savior every single time. They are great with kids (1.5yo, 3yo and autistic 11yo). The wait time is none to very minimal which is amazing for a busy working mom. Great bedside manner and overall friendly and welcoming staff.

Brought my mom, who’s averse to doctors, to this urgent care based on the reviews—and so glad I did. They made my mom feel at ease, were patient and most of all kind and professional. Thank you.

My daughter was taken here on Saturday and even with us telling them everything she was feeling and experiencing from fevers to pain they told us to wait 5-7 days so she can get antibiotics. Come to find out she’s had a severe ear infection and this location couldn’t simply prescribe her. Her primary care doctor was caring enough to attend her immediately this morning no thanks to this place. You guys should reevaluate who works here. Completely clueless.

We went for covid test. The staff is very professional starting from the front desk to the PA. There was no line which was great. We didn't have to wait. The facility is clean and it has a comfortable waiting room.

Went in due to severe difficulty breathing and was seen almost immediately. The first nurse tested me for something totally arbitrary to my symptoms which I found strange, but the actual doctors who addressed me acted quickly and worked to remedy my issue. Unfortunately because the center does not have the machine necessary for chest imaging, they weren’t able to provide a concrete answer so I’ll be seeing my PCP this week to follow up. This is second time visiting this center and I’ve always been treated courteously, respectfully and with kindness. Special thank you to the gentleman who checked me in expeditiously (heard my wheezing and shortness of breath) and went the extra mile to make me laugh once my breathing was back to normal. Aside from the young lady who administered a test that had nothing to do with my reason for visiting (though I’m sure she was doing her best and thought it was a good idea), the whole staff is lovely, gentle, warm and genuine.

I wanted to leave a review. My experience at Centers has usually been about average but the people on call on October 27th (between 5-7pm) were awesome. I ran into an urgent situation with my little girl and they were SO extremely helpful from the receptionist to the PA. I believe the PA's name was Julia (?) but totally forget. She was just so friendly and so was the receptionist. I was so stressed out and they really pulled through in helping me with my little girl and I could not be more appreciative. I wish these were the only type of people working in healthcare. It's clear they genuinely love their job and care about the patients and we need more of that. Thanks for being awesome! I'll continue to bring my family here for all of our urgent care needs.

Had a small workplace accident needing stitches. I was seen, treated, given after care supplies and instructions within 45 minutes. Very professional, very fast and efficient. I was back at work before anyone expected.

I have visited this clinic twice in the last year and both experiences were very positive. The clinic has great wait times and the staff is professional and I appreciate that my concerns were listened to and taken seriously. They also have a wide range of services including x-ray, blood test etc. Environment is also clean and comfortable.

This evening to sum it all up nurse and Pa was great no issues. Front desk lady asked her twice to verify if the prescription was send to the correct pharmacy I gave her the address and she verified. After waiting in queue for an hour at the pharmacy, the prescription was never sent there. It was sent to another location further away. When I called to vent my frustration to correct the error. She just hung up. She can’t handle or listen to patients issue then she is not the right fit for the position coz she is the first and last point of contact and she should know how to handle patient complaint. Patients can have bitter experience and wouldn’t come to the Centre.

Went in for covid test had been another time. Everyone was helpful and caring quick and professional. Turned out I was positive gave me note for work and advised on what to do if symptoms got worse

I had a cut on my toe and being a Diabetic these things don’t heal very fast. It became infected. The staff at Urgent Care was excellent. They took great care of me, from inspecting my toe, to giving me the proper meds to heal my ailment. Couldn’t have been in better hands.

Wasn't bad at my surprise, if I hadn't had issue at the same time as My granddaughter I wouldn't have thought once about this site. 1: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for reception quickness, 2: ⭐⭐⭐ Waiting, 3: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ M. A. 4:. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1/2 for Dr's Attention etc.

I really like this care center and have been using it for some time now. I was surprised however, with this last visit, that despite my condition, namely congestion, sore throat, and dry cough, the doctor neglected to check my chest (lungs), throat, neck for swollen glands, and ears. I’ve always been under the impression that this is the usual protocol for any patient exhibiting these symptoms🤔. The doctor was quite pleasant, but I felt she wasn’t thorough with my checkup.

I went to the freshpond location yesterday for a UTI. The staff was super nice and made me feel super comfortable. I didn’t always have the greatest experiences here in the past but the staff yesterday was great. I wish I had remembered the nurse’s name. She made me feel so heard, understood and most importantly comfortable.

Very thorough & professional care. My experience was also very personable. I didn’t have a long wait! Highly recommend this Urgent Care to friends & family.

My child almost died because of this place. I know it sounds dramatic but only someone who almost lost their kid can understand. I want other people to be aware. Please don’t go to any urgent care where they have no doctors instead some PA. They are not doctors they didn’t go to medical school. These people opened a facility and hired in adequate PAs to do doctors job. I took my 9 year old here after she had suffered from days of fever and pain, the pa checked her throat and was like oh just a little red, I took her because she had rashes all over her body. He said it’s probably just viral just keep giving her Tylenol. It was her 5th day of being sick, my daughter is extremely tough Girl. I am a single parent so maybe my daughter just very understanding and has strong tolerance for pain. After two days of checking I decided to take her to the hospital. I myself have been extremely sick. At the hospital her strep throat/flu came back positive. She had scarlet fever.so if they had a doctor she would get better care. But that was just being cold
