Pay your copay to be put in an exam room and left there for 45 minutes even when you have an appointment! My husband and I have been here twice this week and both times the wait was long, but today has been absurd. I really don't understand the good reviews- are they real or were they paid for or something?

This is the best workplace ever for gynecologists In Forest Hills. Easy appointment scheduling is a consistent perk of going there. The workers all seem quite nice. There was no waiting for the doctor to completely explain everything and even follow up with me after my appointment time had passed. My prescriptions were also delivered to the pharmacy in a timely manner.

I’ve been to many doctors throughout my life and no one has been as good as DR SALIB! He’s absolutely the BEST doctor in today’s industry. I feel like more people should know about him and he’s underrated. He’s professionalism and knowledge is exceptional. I admire his work ethic and respect for his patients. I wish there was more doctors like him because he genuinely wants to HELP people. God bless him! His staff are good too but there’s days you don’t get the best staff members. The PAs or medical students aren’t at Dr. Salibs level but they try. I would appreciate if Dr. SALIB hired medical providers who reflect him and treat patients just like he does. Overall office is clean and wait time isn’t too bad unless they are short staffed.

From appointment scheduling, through initial exams by a nurse, then a PA, finally to Dr Salib the experience was exceptional. As the the doctor was explaining my situation he was also educating his staff. Everything was well explained and treatments were ordered. Prescriptions were sent out and only if a follow up was needed, you leave very satisfied especially when you get a follow up call 👍👍👍

I love this medical studio , everybody is so kind and gentle. That have a lot of professionalism and respect , which is very important . People are happy and you can feel it in the air . I just don’t like unhappy people who work with public and that’s why I do appreciate very much people happy at work

I love this office. Every time I go it’s easy to get an appointment. The staff is courteous. They take care of you at the appointment time, no waiting for the doctor to explain everything thoroughly and even follow up with me. Also my medications were sent to the pharmacy promptly. Very little time was spent with me. To enter, merely stroll in. Not a second is wasted. They had a really courteous medical assistant who helped me. After taking my history and performing a quick physical examination, he suggested I consult a doctor. The PA came in to help me right after he left. The best course of action in regard to medication is to discuss two alternatives. She engaged me in determining my future well-being. Excellent service for Covid Tests in Forest Hills.

Everyone was great. The entire staff and PA who treated me were so empathetic and attentive towards me during a time where I went for a covid test in Forest Hills. They were very thorough during my exam and I feel 100% better within less than 24 hours. I would come back here anytime.

Had a wonderful experience with this MyDoc Urgent Care location. To start off, the front desk employees were very friendly and made my appointment process go very smoothly. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving to get my intake done before seeing the gynecologist and the two assistants helping me were warm and kind. Once I saw the gynecologist she was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the whole visit. She also went above and beyond and helped me find another location that would be able to do the procedure I needed done. I will definitely come back as this urgent care experience was one of the best I’ve had within the neighborhood.

Since the time I walked in until the time I walked out of the clinic, it was quite a soothing experience. The physician, nurse, and the doctor were absolutely friendly and amazing. Listened to my problems thoroughly and gave me the perfect solution for it. I would consider this place and the doctor for my primary care more than any other place.

The doctor was very good, but now I'm upset because nearly a week later they still haven't given me the results of my PCR Covid exam. Employee refused over the phone and the email on their website is invalid. The form on their website also doesn't work. Their online automated agent texts me a number that has generic voicemail but so far my call has not been returned. Finally got my results after numerous attempts

super sweet staff including the receptionist. they took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me treatment right away. also, good luck to the student nurses who spoke to me there. i wouldn’t stress about giving them a call or stopping by

Came here to test my 6 yr old for covid. He had a cough/cold symptoms for a while and wanted to be cautious and makr sure he was negative before a visit with the grandparents. Yesenia, one of the medical assistants was very nice and professional. She made my son and I feel very comfortable.

The staff are very helpful and caring. However Dr. Nalib is a bit nosey and made me uncomfortable. Asking how long Ive been living in my area. Am I looking for a PCP. How many years now I have my current PCP. It's an urgent care, why ask those questions.

This urgent care thus far was the fastest place of service better than any other. I've been too, and most importantly, I didn't feel rushed either. The x-ray technician was great with our four year old. Thank you for making her feel comfortable. Thank you for providing excellent care that was patient focused. Thanks to Dr. Salib for coming back quickly from another site to make sure we could get our x-rays done quickly. All the staff were kind from the female security guard to the receptionist. The next morning they were also very kind to our daughter and gentle when explaining the need for a sling for her elbow. Thank you very much!!

I had a great experience at this location. I came in with loss of hearing and I needed an ear irrigation and I definitely got the royal treatment just for a simple ear irrigation. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. I'll definitely be returning here for my medical needs.

This MyDoc Urgent Care Forest hill is great from the front door to the back door. 100% best urgent care in Kew Gardens NY. The nurse and the doctor are both very friendly and warm. It is a huge plus if they use their knowledge by explaining things and giving advice.

It's clean, the staff is friendly, and I feel safe here. I've had my urgent care in Queens Blvd twice, and the nurses are some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. Appointments made online are preferable for a number of reasons. Patient focus and attention to detail. The waiting area is pleasant and well-maintained, as is the case at any other business.
