ZERO STARS. They botched my blood sample and lab could not run my tests. Now they are playing a cat and mouse game with phone calls and emails. During my second visit, one of their 'assistants' (will keep 'them' anonymous) asked me for a job because this place doesn't pay them enough. They also have constant scheduling issues and make you wait for doctors who are running late. Their incompetence is palpable. The last doctor I saw was fresh out of med school and had no idea about the existence of a certain condition/syndrome. If you care about your health, DO NOT GO THERE!

I went for a covid test. Confirmed that I was good to leave and the cocid test was covered. I get a bill 3 months later stating they gave guidance on smoking and my weight that never happened. They are NOT a trustworthy practice

Worst clinic I’ve ever been in NY! Completely disorganized!! The first time I made an appointment through their app for primary care, I had all the confirmation email/messages and when I got there they said they couldn’t find my appointment on their system. I had to have an urgent care appointment so I could come back for a primary care doctor two weeks later. So today I came for my appointment with the primary doctor which was last confirmed yesterday (but they called me 4 times to confirm this appointment, I have all the calls and messages here) and they told me the doctor canceled all his bookings for today and I should have received a call to RESCHEDULE and not to confirm it. I had to change all my schedule to be there today and they simply messed up with everything. And they didn’t give me any other solution besides calling back to reschedule it. Horrible service!!

If you want to be charged for services not received and price gouging then feel free to go there! My daughter went for a simple PCR test and rapid test wasn’t informed what the price would be. And got charged $1000 for services that she didn’t receive or request.

It smelled bad and looked dingy on the inside. Arrived early for a 1pm and finally just walked out at 1:40 having not seen the doctor. Appt. Was to receive a vaccine. You sit there with a video cam on you and then have to listen to someone offer you all these services that it seems they can't provide you in a timely manner. It's just another corporate medical facility with high promises and little return to the community.

Used to come here all the time but never going back. It’s a shame because the doctors are great but the staff is horrible. I had accidentally cut my finger and may have needed stitches but since I never called to make an appointment they refused to take me despite it being a medical emergency. I guess that’s my bad for not knowing that I was going to cut my finger to make an appointment. They were closing at 8 and I came in at 7:30 so I’m sure they didn’t want to be bothered. Thankfully city MD actually cares about people and took me right away. This place needs to hire more competent staff.

Everyone who works here is very nice and efficient, from the front desk to the doctor. They really seem to care about their patient's health. I went for primary care and had many blood draws and the technician Champa was especially patient and kind, talking to me to distract me while she drew blood because I said I have fainted before. I didn't feel a thing! In general I like Nao medical because it is easy to get appointments and they follow up thoroughly.

The online scheduling was super easy and was able to get an appointment same day. Christine Daza and Andrew Liang are so kind and helpful, had a great experience at this location. Highly recommend

I’m giving one star because I have been waiting in the waiting room over an hour to get covid tested while the doctor is gallivanting around the halls like he has nothing better to do. In the future, I will be going to CityMD. News flash.. don’t give APPOINTMENTS if the wait is OVER AN HOUR!!

Wanted check on my strep throat to make sure I was not developing complications after 8 days of antibiotics. Went in to Nao Medical and was seen almost immediately, and in addition to checking my lungs, they took additional swabs to culture. Left feeling comfortable with my progress and that I was on the way to getting over my infection. Have been back to Nao Medical several times in the past year and always have had good experiences with the facility, very professional, prompt attention, I highly recommend it.

Not a pleasant experience at all. Front desk was very nice but doctor did not even examined me asked me what my symptoms were told me all my tests were negative and that was it. I’ve been to plenty urgent care before. I’m in the medical field myself so I know what a visit should look like and it wasn’t what I got. I had a sore throat, My strep was negative but as a provider, he still should have looked in my throat and examined me properly and that was not done all because my test were negative. He told me have a good day. And because I asked for a throat culture is why it was sent out because the MA wasn’t even going to do one. I didn’t even want to go to the doctors office at that because I could’ve waited to just do everything at my job the next day, but I said why not just go in because I was not feeling well and the whole experience I could’ve save myself some time, and just gone to a testing tent on the street because that was exactly the same experience.

You might as well just go to CityMd. Firstly, 4 different people entered the room total at seperate times. They won't let you leave a follow up question for the doctor without another appointment. Went for a throat issue and its been several days with no help or improvement & they tried to call me to book an appointment to "discuss results" but the doctor initally told me it was negative when I left. Now apparantly I did test positive for something and they didn't have the courtesy of sending antibiotics in for me or anything. They just want your money for the appointments. No sense of urgency or care.

Really great care by provider by Andrew Liang, but was never called with a positive time sensitive test result. Tested flu positive while pregnant and waited over 24h until I called to request the result. At that time I was given the link to check my result and saw that I was positive. I requested tamiflu, which is recommended for pregnancy (48-72h after symptom onset) and which I specifically requested at the time of my visit. I was told that I had to make a follow up appointment to get a prescription which I would have been a waste of time and money.

I had a great appointment with my Dr today. I didn't even have to wait! As soon as I walked in, the receptionist asked for my name & told me which room to go to. The Dr was thorough & answered all my questions.

As far as nicety of the staff they were nice. I went in specifically for a covid Rapid PCR test that I called and asked about before going in. When I arrived I was informed that they don’t do them although I was told otherwise. When I decided to take a regular PCR I then specifically asked if the results would be in within a day because I have a scheduled hospital stay. I received my results 7 days later. Thanks for the urgency, I had to postpone my procedure

Dr. Subhas Chandra, MD did an exceptional job on me. He accurately & correctly diagnose my issue which wasn't easy and very complicate! I am very happy that Nao urgent care in Astoria, NY has such a good doctor so we don't have to run in the city ! Thank you Dr. ! Highly recommended
