I stopped into GoPuff Market this past Monday with my son hoping to use a restroom, but there are no public bathrooms? Fair enough, but while I was in there it was very hot. The workers seemed exhausted, and I was concerned about my son's safety even being in the room. There was a fan but it was doing absolutely nothing. My son got a Gatorade and even though it was from the cooler it wasn’t cold. Seems hazardous

The location is so so, doesn’t really feel like a place you go for marketing. It’s just a storefront for GoPuff order pickup or for drivers to pick up orders for delivery. The pickup staff are really slow so it might take a while for the pickup to compete if you have multiple orders. I wish they automated the pickup process or made it simpler.

Friendly service and great coffee with pastries. Don't get confused if the truck says gopuff instead of bandit. There is a small seating area and you order on the device in front of the truck.

Excellent coffee and other drinks, and friendly staffs. It's just so convenient and better experience, you pay & grab as you go. My new favorite coffee stop-by spot near Grand Central!

Definitely don't enjoy saying bad things about businesses especially with the pandemic but I've been pretty disappointed with all my visits. I do like what they've done with the patio area with the lights and flowers. However, the coffee never tastes particularly good and on my last visit I got charged $8+ for a cup of hazelnut Cold Brew w/ oat milk. It wasn't even large! I mean I understand I'm getting a very particular cup of coffee but $8?! I don't know maybe it was an error but I was not happy. I could've eaten a whole meal for that price. Way overpriced for the quality.

My last 2-3 experiences at Bandit have been less than satisfactory. It is a pain to order on the app, and a bigger pain to use Apple Pay on the app. And it’s definitely not my phone since everything else was working fine, and their app was terrible when my friends tried too. Secondly, once you order, the app says your order will be ready in 2 minutes, which has nothing to do with the actual wait time. This function on the app is not in real time so you won’t really know when your coffee will be ready. One time, I ad to wait for 15 minutes after placing the order just to get a coffee. Other times as well, it was at least 5 minutes. And most importantly, their coffee tastes very different from before, and doesn’t taste as good. I tried it 3 times the week before the storm, and it was no good. I went another time after the storm as well, since the location is convenient but again, I was disappointed with the coffee (always got oat milk latte). I finally asked the barista if anything changed and got to know they recently changed coffee beans. Anyway, hope they can start using the older coffee beans again. And do something about that app! The sea salt caramel mocha oat milk latte was pretty good as well, not too sweet despite the caramel and mocha flavors which was great. Also love how you can conveniently order on the app and pick it up within 2-5 minutes.

Huge shoutout to Airani for the best customer service that I’ve received at this location. There was some glitch in the system that delayed my pick up order for over an hour and a half and she made sure that my order was prioritized and provided updates while I waited and ensured that staff on location we’re aware of the situation. Thanks again!

Awesome, unexpected spot to grab a coffee and quick bite. You can even get fresh pizza and milkshakes! There is some nice outdoor seating in the back if you want to hang out.

Had one of there pizzas like 2 days later and it was still good 100/100 nice lil kitchen

Normally my favorite spot but was confused that I got charged $7.03 for a matcha latte that’s normally $5.49. I wish they would have told me before asking that there would be an extra fee for the oatmilk :/

Order 3 six packs, at 13:39. Meaning nearly hour and a half and the driver seems like he is just doing a bunch of deliveries at once. I'd understand that but don't make me pay tip plus fast delivery if you're going to take more than an hour for beers I could've easily gotten. Seems convenience isn't part of the store.

Showed up at 10:40 with a confirmation of my order is ready, except nobody was there! I knew there was a reason I canceled my subscription. Very disappointed

Ridiculous. Ordered pickup at 5, said it would be ready at 5:27. Got there. Man said for some reason it wasn't "packed" yet and he couldn't make it until someone authorized it. But he didn't talk to anyone and took other people's orders. I waited 30 minutes and tried to contact customer support who told me to just keep waiting. I ordered a pizza and a half gallon of milk. Not rocket science. There were 4+ employees but only one behind the counter. And none seemed to have a clue. Including when trying to get support on the app. First and last time I'll use GoPuff.

I ordered and scheduled a pickup for the next day. I received a text saying it was ready to pickup. I arrived and there was a sign that said closed, and the doors were locked but an employee was inside. This was during the purported hours of operation.

We ordered pizzas from The Mean Tomato. They were over an hour late and predictably cold. The Uber Eats driver was great, but the order was subpar at best. Cold food after a long day on my feet was just not a great way to add to my evening.

My wife and I decided to try something new and saw The Mean Tomato Pizza by Gopuff on Uber. We gave it a shot hoping for some hot pizza. TWO hours later our pizza showed up cold. I DO NOT recommend this place if you plan on ordering an order for delivery!
