The staff were very pleasant and if you are there to purchase, it's not bad at all. If you are picking up, or worse returning, bring a good book to read. There is one person accepting returns, one person for order pick ups and when there is no line, the other 3 or 4 assigned to the purchase line help out. Unfortunately, this is business now. Purchasers get the best customer service and personnel staffing is minimal.

Hit or miss. Lots of variety, including make up, accessories, kids, clothing, men’s, women’s, shoes, toys, make up. Workers were very friendly, bathroom is very clean.

Nordstrom rack, it's okay, it's pretty much the same stuff every time you go in. But if you look around you could always find something some type of special some type of sale. If you like to cook I highly recommend you check this place out from time to time you can get some wonderful pots and saute pants that are relatively decent price. It's a good store with a lot of shoes and clothing that my wife is interested in and a small selection of toys for little kids that my toddler has to pick from. Their credit card also offers good discounts and you earn points toward small coupons of like 10 or 20 dollars. The staff I have interacted with is friendly and helpful as well so that's a bonus too

Staff was helpful with return and price check. Checkout line moved efficiently. Didn't have much time to browse but selection seemed nice and organized. Parking lot worked well

Shopping at Nordstrom Rack is such a treat! Sure they are a bit pricey. I’m just glad that you can find good deals for the whole family. They also have amazing shoes!

You have made this store a JUNK STORE. I used to be able to shop for wonderful appropriate work attire. Now nothing but garbage.... Shame on you, Nordstrom.... I will not shop there again. I will only use this store to return unwanted merchandise I purchased online...

Worst pick up service in town. After 12 days they didn't prepare pick up. Called them twice but they hang up phone. After wasting one hour traveling in public transport I got answer you can cancel and get money back in 5 days. Hire any good manager who knows how to give customer service.

shopping experience is bad, not up to standard as other location. shoe area has lots of missing shoe, unable to complete purchase, even if found something like. cashier provide poor customer service, and slow. avoid to shop here, go other location.

My son was able to get a suit that fit him off the rack within five minutes of looking. They need more inventory though.

A spacious store so social distance is easily done. Their shoes are reasonably priced. Quiet and clean. Fast and easy service. Parking available only issue is staff doesn’t really help to much.

Good variety of items for men, women and kids. Conveniently located in a big shopping center with other retailers selling clothing, furniture, home goods, electronics, shoes, food and more. Ample parking available. Generally the items were well organized with an exception of some things that were not placed back to where they were found by people browsing the store. There is also a clean restroom at the back of the store. Definitely beats shopping with the crowds in Manhattan.

I just simply love Nordstrom and its satellite store Nordstrom Rack. This location is simply out together so well. Smooth layout and friendly staff. Good job.

A one floor retail store with a big selection of an outdated clothes for male, female and kids, cosmetics, shoes and accessories. Nothing special.

The store was very clean and well organized. The fitting room attendant was very friendly and helpful. The checkout process was very fast. The person at the resgister (Thaniq F.) was also very friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back.

Was looking for a party to size M. I couldn't find it. All the tops were either too small or too short. More like for the younger crowd.

The lady (security guard)standing at the door was without tack, Beimg extremely forceful in letting us know that the store closes at 5:59 ! She was bullying and agitaive for no good reason I came to shop with out of town guess. Very embarrassing !

Selection was good. I just happened to see it and stop in. They are very helpful with the customers. ( I got off line twice and the same customers were still running around to purchase or add to their order.) Though I was annoyed, but I respected the dedication to customer service and the line was not long. Good prices just have to do your research. Will come again.

This is a pretty decent Nordstrom Rack it serves its purpose for women. I have small feet and can always find a decent pair of shoes in Nordstrom Rack. Their men selection is very very slim. They seem to be short-staffed at times because the checkout line was literally across the store one day I went after 3. Since it is in the Gateway Mall I suggest you try to go earlier then later if you can get there before everyone gets out of work and it gets too busy.

Nice place found a great par. Of walking seekers. Been looking all over the place for and paid a lot. Less than I'd pay anyplace else

It was pretty busy, because Father's Day is tomorrow. However, the staff were great. I found two gifts for my fiance and in total they were under $50.

PLEASE do not expect good customer service at this location. I called on 4/21/23 and the employee that answered the phone was BEYOND RUDE. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and she had an attitude when I called back and put me on hold again. I called back and asked for a manager where I received help from someone else because the manager was in a "meeting"! NORDTROM RACK PLEASE DO BETTER.

Had a great shopping experience today. Wonderful Ms. Mel from Beauty really took her time to help me with the sunglasses - patient, communicative, attentive and friendly. I'm watching her put things in order as she helps. So nice and refreshing that I had to give her a shout out. Quite frankly, all the staff I encountered seems friendly and helpful... However, Ms. Mel was just outstanding! Left smiling.

They have a wide selection of items in different price range for everyone. Especially shoes. You just have to stay within your budget as you can easily go over.

If you are looking for great customer service/ shot lines as is provided by Nordstrom stores, snood this store. Staff are rude and lines are long. One of my many experiences in this places, I’m I was making a return ( expensive shoes) from an online order, I have my receipt/ Nordstrom credit card etc) the cashier doesn’t even bother to ask for any that and rejected my return because they are too many frauds cases in the store and the first thing I say what do I have to do with that lol I have my receipt/ credit card/ ID I just left the store and called Nordstrom and made a complaint. Stay away from this store.

Online order to be returned in store. Sizing of product definitely off. @ store- Line for checkout and return were one in the same and line was 10-15 minutes long which deducts from a hassle-free shopping experience.

I have been purchasing my clothing here and nowhere else for a couple years now. (Besides a piece of clothing from a boutique here and there). I would just say that it is a good idea to shop during off hours to avoid high wait times.

I wasn’t happy with the selection of sizes available. When I asked an employee a question, they answered a bit unprofessionally. Having to dig through clothes for so long to find something that fits— among things that aren’t very clearly marked or organized— put me off a bit, so I left. Online is easier.

Good finds but long lines every time even on a slow day. Staff needs to prioritize better.

Meh. I went to sample and buy Tom Ford Cologne. You cannot sample any cologne nor perfume and even though I could have bought and picked up Tom Ford as per its website they were out. Didn't see any great sales or merchandise. Disappointed.
