It's a nice place, but mostly for kids. There aren't many clothes in adult size, and the merch is mostly animated-films-orienated (Micky Mouse, Frozen, Cars, etc.). There's almost nothing from the mega-franchises owned by Disney like Star Wars and Marvel. Also, it's not so cheap, to say the least. Ended up not buying anything, but it was a nice place to hang out for a few minutes.

Very cool store! Two stories. Escalator to top floor a must. Highly themed and organized areas. So many options! A Disney lovers dream. Store is very clean and has things that you can only find in store and not online.

It's big, 2 floors of Disney goodies. It might be expensive, but it's all worth the detour as there's licensed merchandise you can only find here. It's beautifully decorated with your favorite Disney characters. It's always packed with people, come early if you can.

Me and my wife visited the store while we were in New York City and we definitely enjoyed out visit. There are two floors in this store, with an escalator you can take to the second floor. There are a lot of different products spread throughout the two floors. It's a cool store to walk through and look at the different Disney props in the store. Everything in the store looked organized and the place seemed clean as well. Definitely worth visiting if you are a fan of Disney at all.

Cute shop to walk around, much cleaner and organized since it’s less crowded now.

This is a must-stop place for any Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar/Disney lover. Various artifacts are on sale that are exclusively sold at this location. Themed clothing, costumes, kitchenware, stuffed toys, dolls, are sold. The highlight of the store is most definitely the ambiance—on display are giant statues of characters, posed models, flashy products, and colored walls all accompanied with music and lights.

Disappointed. There were a lot of things from Disney, some specific for New York City, but I thought it was gonna be a way bigger store, and I didn't find anything I was looking for. At least, it saved me money. But is very beautiful nonetheless, after all, it's Disney.

The store is great!!! So many items to choose and not so pricey, compared to resellers selling Disney items. Totally recommend. They have things from 10 dollars to 300. I would like them to have more "adult" things available, such as key chains, scarfs, magnets, mugs, etc.

This place is every kids (& adults) paradise. Off course everything is overly prized and I personally felt not worth the price tags, but that should not stop you from taking a ride to fantasy world of your favourite characters. Luckily I visited on Thanks Giving weekend and there some discounts running. Must visit place if you are a Disney fan.

The Disney store in NYC is no ordinary trip especially with lanterns decoration in the esculators. The items are really cute!! I found a lot if sale items today!! I was really excited to find 25% discount on some t shirts and christmas items. I really encourage all to take scroll around. Be your inner child and juat explore.

I didn't actually buy anything, everything is way to expensive, but it is nice to walk through and look at everything. It's almost like a walk down memory lane with all the old Disney Characters. It's also visually very nice inside.

The store is clean and organized, though some areas are a bit tight to get into and with the flow of constant foot-traffic, it was a bit difficult to move around. In general, the store is worth a visit to see all the product they carry, but nothing really sets this store out from other Disney stores that are far-less congested. I get that this store is directly in TIme's Square and the only thing I am giving it 4 stars for is the expectation that with the amount of people that go in and out, I'd like to see the layout of the store be a bit more open to accomdate the flow of shoppers. It would be very difficult to get strollers in and out of here, especially when the store targets the younger crowd.

Great store in heart of Times Square I liked this store, all of Disney characters and products were so interesting. All kids were happy there.

This store is alright. I found it very unusual however that the first floor was roped off for remodeling when everything was visible to purchase nor taken down. The second floor has many stuffed animals, and toys. There are not many clothing options either or NYC themed items. The store is almost rushed and put together. The staff was very kind and helpful however. Will have to go back once the remodeling is done.

right off of Times Square you have a little magical experience. This is a great place for gifts for all ages ! If you’re a kid at heart then go for it. They have two floors and a great variety

This place is an absolutely magical store! 🪄 The Disney Store at Time Square 🗽 is a wonderful spot to explore and buy toys 🪀, plushies 🧸, and gifts! 🎁 Walking 🚶‍♂️ around the store really feels like an experience 🤩 and the ambience 🎶 is great, they have two levels filled with many Disney brands including Marvel and Star Wars! Staff is super friendly and welcoming! I wish I came here more often!

My kids had a blast on the 50st anniversary:) The bubble blowing when you arrive up the stairs were awesome. Sadly the prices are not wallet friendly, but once in a blue moon it's ok.

Disney always being Disney. A magic place that always worth the experience! We even got good sales there (mugs for $10) and the staff is really well trained to make you feel like in a fairy tale

Amazing flagship store in the heart of NYC. We have visited several over the years, but this is the largest yet, outside Downtown Disney (or Main Street USA). Two floors of merchandise magic. We always love stopping at the Disney Store in Times Square, with the kids or without! So much to look at, so much fun inside. We love to see the new collections in person. The staff is always top notch and the sale area always gets us to make some purchases.

It's a nice enough shop but I feel so bad for the employees who have to deal with the crowds. The employees (Security, floor walkers and Cashiers) were all helpful. Nice selection of products for the most part.

If you are a Disney fan you must go in this shop! I was expecting Villains and Stitch stuff, but there wasn’t any😢😢. Anyway, it has been a great visit! The staff was very nice!

The Disney Store was just like the one at home but a little larger. They have it all for the little Disney fans but for the adults you will still need to visit the World of Disney at WDW for the massive product assortment and high quality merchandise. Overall nicely decorated and provides that magical feeling of Disney.

This is a 2 floor store in times square. They've got a huge selection of toys (including a great number of stuffed animals) ranging from all the disney princesses to even a good selection of Marvel material. The escalators from the first to second floor include lanterns themed after Tangled - it's really a wonderful ambiance. I think any child would spend a good couple hours here marveling at all the displays. Also a nice selection of location specific paraphernalia like mugs that specify Disney New York.

Good spot for Disney lovers. There could be more interactive things for the kids like some of the other stores in NYC.

A two story Disney store located near the heart of time square. Has an abundance of employees working at all times so there's no shortage of help if you're looking for it. It can get a bit crowded but with so few Disney stores left in the country it's not surprising that people are carving out time to stop in. Definitely made us miss our Disney store that closed in Albany new York. Worth a stop just to browse.

If you are a Disney fan, this is a must. You You can find so many cool things here, from almost every character and movie that Disney has ever created. Pajamas, plushies, outfits, bags, pins, totes, everything you can imagine. Take a pictures with Statue of the Liberty Minnie Mouse!

I’m soooo in love with this place! Iconic Minnie Mouse as Statue of liberty is MAGIC! It makes you feel like you REALLY ARE in New York City! ✨💜 I loooove the stuffed dolls there (I just took photos of my favs characters) 💜✨ Strongly recommended! 💜

Everything was over priced. I would recommend going to the Disney website and saving an extra ten dollars on all of the merchandise. I am not kidding. I like shopping at the Disney website so I would know. I mean, I liked going in there just to look at the items. And omg, there was an LGTBQ section, but I felt like it was in a hidden spot. Like they didn't want the kids to be able to fully see the tee shirts/backpacks/ etc. That did not sit well with me. To me, it seemed like they were ashamed.
