I
purchased
a
pair
of
Christian
louboutin
Pigamule
100
black
leather
shoes
via
telephone
order.
I
admit
that
I
did
not
open
the
box
nor
any
other
purchases
I
made
until
recently.
I
was
absolutely
horrified
to
see
that
I
was
sent
a
pair
that
someone
else
had
previously
owned.The
clue
was
that
when
you
viewed
the
sole
of
the
shoe
it
was
sticky
and
in
the
area
of
the
front
of
the
bottom.
Someone
must
have
tried
to
cushion
the
top
portion
of
the
bottom.Obviously
I
cannot
do
anything
about
this
now;
however
I
still
have
the
receipt
that
they
cost
approx
857
inclusive
of
the
tax.
I
am
disabled
which
is
why
I
never
opened
my
purchases
and
now
I
am
totally
appalled
that
a
department
store
that
I
grew
up
with
shopping
at
has
reduced
itself
to
such
an
inferior
level.It
is
totally
unacceptable
that
a
store
which
had
been
known
for
its
quality
and
customer
service
has
been
reduced
to
a
common
level.
I
am
disappointed
and
disillusioned
that
it
appears
there
is
no
quality
control.
I
am
adding
photos
of
the
shoes,
box,
and
receipt
to
this
review
.
Even
cream
spoils.
What
is
astounding
is
that
even
though
I
mentioned
having
a
receipt
and
adding
photos
of
the
front
and
side
of
the
shoe,
as
well
as
the
bottom,
nobody
reached
out
to
me.
I
am
absolutely
shocked
that
Bergdorf
has
allowed
their
inventory
control
to
send
me
shoes
in
such
a
deplorable
condition.
They
really
must
have
better
quality
control.
I
am
disappointed
that
the
store
did
not
reach
out
to
me
as
I
could
have
shown
them
the
receipt.
Furthermore,
you
can
tell
from
the
photo
of
the
shoes
that
they
were
never
worn
except
for
the
sticky
thing
that
they
applied
on
the
bottom
and
removed.
This
is
a
disgrace.
Oh
how
the
mighty
have
fallen.
I
recommend
that
if
you
love
Christian
Louboutin
shoes
you
purchase
them
from
a
Christian
louboutin
store.
Furthermore,
if
you
need
a
repair
go
to
the
Leather
Spa.
Although
I
posted
this
review
awhile
ago,
not
one
member
reached
out
to
me.
It
is
not
only
disconcerting;
but
also,
quite
appalling
that
I
did
not
get
an
apology.
Admittedly,
I
should
have
opened
my
packages
sooner,
however
the
pictures
I
submitted
spoke
volumes.
Obviously
the
shoes
were
new;
however,
a
sales
associate
must
have
added
an
outer
cushion
to
make
the
shoe
more
comfortable
for
someone
to
make
a
sale.
It
is
an
outrage
that
I
was
sent
shoes
in
such
deplorable
condition
which
I
paid
full
price
for.
