I
was
informed
via
the
MyCharts
portal
that
my
tests
were
never
processed
(no
reason
as
to
why).
Please
stay
away
from
this
location,
particularly
if
you
are
sick.
Unfortunately,
I
had
a
bad
experience
here
and
was
really
disappointed.
I'm
not
sure
if
this
is
a
preventative
medicine
office
only,
but
I
visited
while
sick
with
general
cold/flu
symptoms.
Because
of
this,
they
informed
me
that
my
appointment
had
to
be
rescheduled
to
a
virtual
appointment,
and
that
doctors/nurses/staff
could
not
be
in
the
same
room
as
me.
They
ushered
me
to
a
room
(that
was
very
dirty.....)
where
I
needed
to
download
an
app
for
the
virtual
call,
but
without
phone
service
in
the
building,
I
could
not
do
so.
The
staff
was
very
upset
that
I
was
struggling
to
download
the
app.
I
was
never
seen
by
a
nurse
(vitals
were
never
taken,
I
was
never
weighed,
never
asked
about
medication
allergies,
etc.).
A
doctor
did
see
me
for
less
than
5
mins
to
swab
for
different
infections,
but
I
have
yet
to
receive
these
results,
and
MyCharts
says
there
are
no
pending
tests
under
my
name.
When
I
was
told
to
leave
(someone
opened
the
door
and
asked
"why
are
you
still
here"?),
I
was
told
not
to
stop
at
reception
and
pay
my
copay,
so
I
have
no
idea
how/when
that
will
be
billed.
Super
disappointed
by
the
level
of
care
here.
I
was
confused
as
soon
as
I
walked
in
the
door
and
have
never
felt
so
guilty
for
being
sick.
I
deeply
understand
&
appreciate
COVID/illness
protocols,
but
they
treated
me
like
I
was
radioactive
and
wanted
nothing
to
do
with
me.
