The doctor was nice and knowledgeable. But nothing was included for the 250 dollar visit. You want a flu test? 225 extra. You want a throat culture? 225 extra. You want a COVID test? 225 extra.

Was feeling lousy and had two negative home tests. Called Sat at 1, they booked for that evening 6-8. Then they called me back to say they couldn’t make it and booked the next day 12-2pm. After me calling them 5 times they arrived at 8:30pm- EIGHT HOURS after scheduled time and they never had even the courtesy to update me themselves. And they didn’t even offer to deduct anything for their insane delays. A rapid PCR Covid test and a Vitamin IV cost me $1200. Massive ripoff. Awful service. Will NEVER use again.

CAUTION; THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! I called them to get a COVID test and they said they would send someone to me! First I need to send money to them via Zelle or Venmo. Covid Tests in NYC are FREE and you never pay in advance and they never come to you!

I am anemic, friends recommended iron infusions. I found LEAA online and was skeptical at first. LEAA was absolutely great. Same day service. It was the iron infusion which is a step up from the regular vitamin infusion. Mike was great with the booking. Duvay (not sure of spelling), the PA who came to our home, was terrific. It took less than 1/2 hour and didn't hurt, just a pinch when needle went in. I started to feel better within days. My husband noticed my energy levels were up. I got a second one a week later. It's not cheap but it's affordable, especially if you have to work. Also, insurance might pay. (I did self-pay.) Some people get this done before surgery but I literally did it to feel better from low iron levels. This is the kind of innovation, efficiency and professionalism we need in healthcare.

I got excellent help for my 96 1/2 year old Mom! We needed someone to come to our home and LEAA Health came right away and helped with assessing her. We were then able to pursue Palliative Care and a Hospital Bed. Cost is out of pocket and expensive, but, because Mom did not have a Doctor, it was worth it. Thank You LEAA Health. You were professional, organized, and responsive.

I found them on google and I was kind of nervous it wasn’t real. But they came to my house within 3 hours of my request. The doctor was professional and gave my husband treatment for covid with vitamins and IV. It was quick and I’m happy with the service they provided. Thank you!

LEAA came to see my mom on the same day that I had called them, and they sent me the test results right away. I have used their services several times over the past two years. Thank you for providing fantastic medical care for my bedbound mom who lives in Westchester! Amazing service. Literally can get everything done in the comfort of my home. Was so sick and last thing I wanted to do was to go out and see my PCP. I had a PA come to my house within 60 min. Did all tests at home, Gave me fluids, and iv antibiotics at my home!! I was even able to get my blood work run on the spot!! I had constant follow ups and you can tell the staff really cared. Will definitely be using them regularly going forward. No need for my PCP.

LEAA has been a lifesaver for the past two years. My mom has dementia & getting her to a doctors office is nearly impossible. I’m so glad that I found LEAA, because on number of occasions, a visit from their staff saved us from putting my mom through the agony of a visit to the ER. Otherwise, they’ve been awesome just showing up & running standard tests, bloodwork, etc. My mom is always treated beautifully, with kindness & respect. I’m giving 4 stars, because there were only 1 or 2 times that the dispatcher was kind of clueless. I have no idea who it was & I was kind of shocked, because these guys are usually on point.

As someone with an autoimmune disorder, some post-Covid agoraphobia & general disdain for waiting hours in doctor’s offices I decided that I wanted in-home care. In looking I found tons for elderly patients but none that spoke to my situation (I have been having ongoing chronic issues that were nebulous but definitely concerning). As soon as I landed on LEEA’s website I knew I wanted to use them but I immediately assumed the cost would be prohibitive & out of my budget. I was wrong about that. The person who did my intake over the phone was informed, transparent & made the process so simple. I had a PA in my house less than 2 hours later, giving me an IV & going over how we would proceed to get me better. The provider was a qualified and competent PA whom gave me immediate comfort in having a decisive plan of action and insight into what was happening with me. I can’t overstate how this service has changed my experience and comfort levels in seeking much-needed medical care and doing so within the comfort of my own home which was absolutely wonderful to experience. The follow ups were quick. Xrays were ordered to mu home and that service was excellent. If you’re considering it, call them. It’s not out of reach & the care is top notch. I higy recommend using them!

LEAA Health was recommended to our family when we were looking for an alternative to frequent visits to the hospital for our very elderly mom. We relied heavily on their services for the past several months; for everything from blood work, urine cultures, intravenous antibiotics, fluids and infusions. The providers have been caring and professional; the provider being either a nurse or physician assistant. They are always able to accommodate a request for a same day visit which has been important as health status can change very quickly in a very elderly person. The hospital is not always the best place if testing and treatment can be provided at home. We have learned that after multiple visits and exposures to pathogens in emergency departments. Grateful to have an alternative when there is not a critical need for an emergency department.

We absolutely loved LEAA and Dr. Duvy. So thankful for the care for my husband, and so thankful he did not have to go to a hospital. He is traumatized from his last experience during the Covid pandemic.

The LEAA physician arrived promptly, conducted a thorough exam, administered necessary tests and an IV with kindness and efficiency. LEAA is the best.

I highly recommend this service. My elderly aunt who lives by herself and was getting over “ a cold” frightened me when she said she felt too weak to walk to the walk in clinic that’s 2 blocks from her apartment. Her Neigbor and friend were sick with the flu and I live 4 hours away. I called at 8 AM and they had a provider in her apartment in an hour. He called me and was SO professional, kind and concise. He recommended IV fluid for dehydration and reassured me that nothing more serious was going on and that she didn’t need an ambulance. She perked right up and was able to see her primary care provider a few days later in office. I am forever grateful for the care she received and will certainly use them again should she need them.

Excellent communication and Patient care. My mother was very sick and even though I am in Florida and my mother in NY, the nurse kept in communication updating me on how my mother was doing and the process. Excellent overall patient care!

Seriously, I have NO idea why I don't ALL see 5 stars here. I read those other reviews and I think they may be speaking about a different company...... just saying. I feel like a Kardashian after my FIRST experience with Kristen today. OH my goodness!!! FIRST OFFF, the doctors and team are SUPER QUICK to respond. They work with you. They are empathetic and understanding. Healthcare is crazy these days, but hey, they made time to answer my questions and I know I am not the only one!! I saw one of the Kardashians getting NAD IV and I was like I NEED this. I found LEAA Health and did my research and something stood out to me about their staff. Their professionalism, honesty, credibility and eagerness to lend a helping hand. I have had such LOWWWWW energy levels for years and I've been suffering in pain at only 36 years of age, but after just one treatment, I feel like I'm coming back to life. And Kristen was awesome!!! So kind! personable! My veins are impossible, but she's a supernova. I am highly impressed and I know they will work with me to get me signed onto a VIP monthly membership. Doctor was right on time... came on a Saturday night...was patient, kind and efficient. And he gets extra points for liking my dog!!

When I called and I couldn't get to a hospital I was told I was gonna get an IV. 1st off they gave me just a push which is a shot not an IV so they lied totally and charged me $1850 and told me my time for covid would be shortened. Needless to say I was sicker after they gave me the shot running 102 fever and I was totally sick for at least 14 days and I called them up to tell them about 4 or 5 days later after they came to see me and I spoke to Tiffany Grabiwski and some nasty guy named Mike whose emails are [email protected] and charmer [email protected] and they wanted to charge me another $500 for another shot. it's a rip off it's disgusting. The nurse that came up he was in-and-out in 2 seconds and I have proof from the front desk and the friend who was taking care of me. Do not use this company it is a total rip off They did nothing I don't even know what they injected me with because it didn't help at all I was severly sick abd now have post covid problems and God knows what they even inhected me with. I never write scathing reviews but this one deserves it and I'm also not weakling I'm strong and I shouldn't have been sick that long from what they advertised. Never even got the IV. Buyer beware!!!

It was nothing short of divine intervention where I stumbled upon this phenomenal service. I was at my wits end with Covid for myself, and my mom who could not keep anything in her stomach, therefore could not get proper treatment with medication’s. She was unable to move and felt absolutely horrible. To my pleasant surprise, LEAA brought treatment directly to our house. The doctor was very thorough, and very nice and comforting. He explained everything he was doing., And such a crazy world. Medically, it is nice to know that LE AAA has brought Medicine back to the people, who are so sick that they can’t move from their homes and for that we are forever grateful. I have already let others know of this fantastic service, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service all around. We have used them twice for my 98 year old mom that is bedridden. One ocasión bring Christmas time. Unbelievable service. A bit pricy but worth every penny. A true blessing being able to get the diagnostic testing done without having to go to an emergency room. I would highly recommend them.
