I was pleasantly surprised by the smoothness of my recent visit. While I can't predict future experiences, I can confidently say that this visit was nothing short of phenomenal. Both my doctor and nurse were outstanding in their approach. They truly listened, and we had a meaningful discussion about my health concerns, without any sense of being rushed. This level of attention and care made my visit exceptional. I'm definitely looking forward to continuing my healthcare needs with them. This time, they undoubtedly earn a perfect 10!

On first impression looks like a great place , clean and pleasant. But that only first impression, then you sit there naked waiting for the doctor for 2 hours with no one communicating to you about when the doctor will actually come in. In my case it was after I opened the door and said it’s absolutely ridiculous and got dressed to leave. They make everyone get an ECG/EKG and Somehow everyone I know that went to them needs a cardiologist appointment and a heart ultrasound?! Everyone I know! That doesn’t even make sense statistically. Which is of course additional cost that will be charged to add on top of the other random charges you’ll receive even though it’s an annual and it should be fully covered by insurance. And if you want to contact the doctor for a question… good luck with that, you’re never getting an answer. Update- They originally asked to contact them for them to look into the matter, suddenly this was changed they can verify I was a patient. I have bills that prove otherwise. So a. They have zero patient service abilities. b. How did you look into my name? You have zero knowledge of who I am based on my profile so you are clearly lying. c. But let’s say you know my details, and couldn’t find me in their records, which is a complete lie. I have receipts that prove otherwise. But I’m not surprised when it’s coming from a place that literally tried to extort money from all their patients claiming they have heart problems.

I love this office. Dr Shaham is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. She really took her time with me for a comprehensive look at my health including my family history. I didn’t feel rushed and my concerns felt heard. The trade off is that there can be a bit of a wait time, but honestly so worth it to talk to my same doctor each time. Plus the nurses and techs are super friendly and efficient, so are the folks checking you in and out. (Shout out to Miyah who I wish could schedule all my life’s appointments she’s so cheerful haha)

Fantastic experience. Efficient in-person appointment and great communication with their customer service leading up to the appointment with the many questions I had 😃 Dr. Kim was personable, a great listener, and he cares about your health. He brings a preventative mindset and is well versed in alternative approaches. In addition, the bloodwork was easy and painless! Thank you for the great experience!

I am a new patient with new insurance this year, so I didn't quite understand what I was being billed for after my visit. I called and was able to speak with Samantha immediately. In just a few minutes, she was able to pull up my account and explain the charges and how my insurance factored into it. She answered all of my questions and even followed up after the call. This was absolutely the best and fastest experience I have ever had with a billing department, especially in healthcare.

I booked a different doctor through Zocdoc but by a happy accident, I wound up seeing Dr. Quinones on 10/18. He was EXCELLENT. He listened and was empathetic and super helpful. He understood me and took the time to get to know me and my needs. Office is also gorgeous and staff was very friendly—the medical assistant was the nicest I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if this is the norm, but my wait time was also under 10 mins! Really great experience.

My experience at MOM was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Quinones has great bed side manners, he's compassionate, kind, informative and very thorough. Dr. Quinones took his time and eased a lot of my concerns. The entire staff is extremely helpful. The receptionist, the medical assistant (thank you Lucy), and the lab technician were all so friendly. The facility itself is also very clean and welcoming.

Dr Kim is one of the best doctors I’ve been to. He takes every little detail of my medical history before making any recommendations. However, at my last visit, my experience with lab work has been a little disappointing. I requested getting an allergy test done for salmon, but when I got the report (after significant delay) my blood sample was tested for everything but salmon. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Dr Kim’s office as well as LabFinder but to no avail. That isn’t to say that I do not recommend Dr. Kim. I highly recommend him and I would visit him again in the future. But this experience has been very inconvenient to say the least.

This was a follow up visit to my annual physical. Based on my blood work, Dr. Kim provided me with some excellent, pragmatic feedback. It was delivered in such a way that I could understand it, and take action in order to further improve my health. Front desk staff were also excellent. I'm not the easiest of clients to manage, but the staff were respectful, understood my requirements, and were able to make adjustments as I requested.

Dr. Kim has been my PCP for several years now. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Very caring and attentive. I never feel like “just another name on an appointment,” he remembers what we spoke about the previously and it always feels like we picked up right where we left off. 10/10 recommend

Dr. Dang is an amazing doctor. You can tell she really cares about you as an individual and is very supportive helping you learn, progress, and be your best self. Everyone at MOM was super friendly- from lab techs, to admin and medical professionals. Dr. Quinones listened to my concerns and guided me through it all. He is very easy to talk to, easy to understand whenever he explains medical terminology and you can tell he has your best interest at heart. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean, modern, sliding doors which are very efficient and elegant, and the office is very thorough with its practices so I can trust that the care is solid. It started with intake with Elizabeth C who was friendly, kind, and got me started and provided the providers with my inquiry and documents. I appreciate Christi Cherian, PA and Dr Daniel Kim for their kind help and explanations. The front desk staff also very good. Thank you also very much Dr Daniel Kim for directing a practice with integrity and thorough policies. I understand the need for excellence in care as that's vital for everyone. The cleaning staff was mopping the floors even at 1:30pm also so the floors were spotless. The bathroom was extra clean and modern and elegant as well as my examining room. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I have been a patient for many years and I was thrilled when they opened the office at 72nd Street. The office is bright and welcoming. I got to see Christi Cherian thank God. I get very nervous in doctors offices but Christi made me feel right at ease. Her bedside manner is top notch, her follow up impeccable and her commitment to care is refreshing in a day and age where doctors seem more and more busy and less and less attentive. Excited to continue on with my care with Christi.

I love the Medical Offices of Manhattan. They are very attentive of one’s need from the moment you step through the door to the moment you leave. Everyone works as a team to ensure that you have a pleasant and efficient visit with your doctor. I’m glad I switched doctors and met Dr. Daniel Kim. He listens and shows genuine interest in giving you the best care that you need.

Update: While I still wish they had been upfront about all of these charges from the beginning & presented me with the chance to opt out of pricey "preventative measures," I do appreciate how much Mary has helped me in finding an appropriate resolution for this issue, and communication has been great. Original review: Wish I had read the negative reviews before coming here for my annual physical. I only came here because my job requires a form to be filled out each year, and I had no health complaints whatsoever. I've previously gone to the Midtown East location of Medical Offices of Manhattan without any issue, but this location was more convenient this year. What a horrible costly mistake that was! Avoid it at all costs, because they will scam you out of hundreds of dollars for a preventative annual physical that should be free. They never discussed the costs with me related to any of the extra stuff they did. Without any family history of heart issues and without any complaints about my heart, they made me do all of this heart screening stuff, even saying as they did it, "We're just doing this as a preventative measure, because we have no reason to believe your heart would be anything but healthy!" Well, they billed that to "Manhattan Cardiology," which means my free preventative care was no longer free, because I saw a "specialist." Mind you, this was in the same location and even the same little office room as my annual physical, and again, extra costs were NEVER mentioned or discussed, which is beyond shady. I also had the same issue as another reviewer where they insisted I come back in for results, instead of discussing them over the phone. I live in Flatbush and made the 1+ hour trek to their location only to be told, "Everything looks great! Nothing to worry about!" And guess what? Because I returned for a "second" visit (that lasted literally 30 seconds), they were able to bill it. I've never had such a terrible dishonest experience with a doctor before, and I will never return to Medical Offices of Manhattan ever again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Libbat Shaham, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. As someone who values professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere in a medical setting, this office exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The medical staff, including nurses and assistants, were not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also compassionate. They took the time to address my concerns and answer any questions I had, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in their expertise. Dr LIbbat Shaham, also took the time to really listen to me and find the best treatment that worked for me. In conclusion, I highly recommend Dr. Libbat Shaham to anyone seeking a healthcare provider who values both the physical and emotional well-being of their patients.

The entire staff is pleasant and efficient. The office is welcoming in a word. And, it's neat and clean. Dr. Kim stands out as a special doctor. I'm so glad he is practicing. And, I look forward to seeing him again. If I have a medical problem, I am confident he will address it because he is so knowledgeable, a good listener, and pleasant.

Updated: I have to say the customer service here is 5 stars. Everyone is very kind and the wait time was fast. There was some miscommunication about the billing but Mary kindly reached out and let me know she would be taking caring of it. So 5 stars overall :) look forward to coming back one day

I went to the Medical Offices of Manhattan (Upper West Side) for an annual physical in March. Inexplicably, the office sent my blood work to an out-of-network lab without my knowledge or consent. I have a major health insurance plan that is accepted at most places, so I am confused as to why the office would send my blood work out of network. The insurance is covering part of the costs, but it appears I may be stuck with the balance. I've called the office to discuss, but no one answers. To echo other reviews, it is nearly impossible to speak to someone on the phone at this practice. I absolutely will never go back to this practice again.

Dr. Pate is very compassionate, respectful and caring. She listens to her patients and very interested in their concerns. I have been a patient for more than 10 years and look forward to many more years of being her patient

Dr. Daniel Kim is an excellent physician. I am new to New York and was nervous to find a doctor that I could trust, but Dr. Kim and his team are wonderful. As a DO medical student, his caring attitude towards his patients makes me excited to also become a DO physician.

Dr. Kim is very thorough in addressing health needs. Saw him for my annual physical and we discussed all concerns and ways to address those issues in a very thoughtful manner. One of the best doctors I’ve seen.

I recommend Dr Cohan highly. She has excellent bedside manner and has gone above and beyond on several occasions to make me feel comfortable. I'm glad I have found her and will be returning to see her again for my next doctor's appointment. The medical office is clean. The nurses are helpful and friendly and there was no wait time.

Dr Kim was great - reassuring and practical, thoroughly explaining his recommended treatment for what I came in for. The assistants were warm and very diligent in understanding my medical background vs. current ailment (which cleared up quickly within a week thanks to Dr Kim!). Will make MOM my go-to for routine health checks.

I had an amazing experience at this office. The staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I saw several technical professionals and never had to wait for more than a few minutes between exams. I even spoke to a cardiology professional after my ultrasound. I had arrived early for my appointment. The reception staff was very accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in very early. The offices and exam rooms were also clean and professional. Everyone seemed happy to be working there as well. That makes a huge difference. The NP, Ramona was very caring and informative. I feel like I have found my new medical team.

I really enjoyed my recent visit to this new location, it is very convenient. Diana Rojas, PA was outstanding and took time to clearly explain everything in details after a VERY thorough check up . She and Doctor Pilchik are a great team and seem to be down to earth. I didn't feel rushed and would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at the Dr’s office. My primary care physician was unavailable, however I was able to see Dr. Shaham who takes her time with her patients. My nurse Francesca was amazing and my check out with Tanya went as smooth as check in. Not to mention I always find parking!

The entire staff, med techs, and doctors, including Dr. Kim are so courteous, helpful and supportive. I appreciate being able to see my main doctor but get a referral inside the practice to more specialized care. Dr. Kim has become our family doctor in equal measure due to his expertise as well as interpersonal demeanor and communication. Very satisfied.

My first visit with Dr. Victoria Finn was very pleasant. She got to know me and what was going on in my life. I have type 2 diabetes. Dr. Finn plotted out a plan for me to go forward. Looking forward to our next appointment. Thank you, Dr. Finn.
